I came up to the location last Friday, seeking to lease or finance a car. I started off seeking a lease. I was seen, which started off great. My bad experience was after the fact. My credit was ran and my car loan score was lower than all 3 of my other FICO 8 scores. They use FICO 2 scores. Since my score was lower than I thought, I knew my down payment would be more. I started off with 500 but that wasnt my max amount. I wanted to see what they could do for me with that start. I was told that Monday, I would receive a call regarding further steps (what car I could get, etc). Monday came, I called around 2 just to give them time. I was told that my application was processed and I would receive a call after he was done with a customer. That call never came. Tuesday comes and still no call so I email. No response to the email. It is now Saturday and I never received communication regarding an approval or deny. You all say YES and I didnt get a YES or NO. I also was willing to pay a higher deposit than I first stated and have a cosigner but I was never given the chance to state that. I ended up contacting my credit union who Ive been with for 14 years. They approved me and communicated with me.I wish my experience with car sales was like others in the reviews but I think I was judged off of my score (which was considered fair) and the amount I started off withA good salesperson will try to work with you, suggesting one may need to pay higher, cosigner, etc. All I got was silence.

I have been to this place twice. I took my 2014 Chevy equinox to get looked at and fixed twice. The first time they replaced the brakes, calipers and rotors. Not even 3 weeks later my coolant was a cream color, I took it to them again, they had my car for 2 months..I had to call them to figure out what was going on. They told me that the engine was not causing oil to go into the coolant, so in other words it looked like someone deliberately put something in my coolant. They replaced the hoses and tank for the coolant, I was charged $2,152..my cars engine was louder when I got the car back 😠 it hasnt even been over a month and now it smells like something is burning when I turn the air on.I am taking my car to a different repair shop to figure out why my car is loud and the smell of something burning when the air is turned on. I spent so much money with this place just to have my car in worse shape then when I took it in. If the other repair shop tells me they did their work wrong and made the car worse, I am suing. I want my money back and someone to be held responsible.

Sensor fell off of my back bumper. I took it to get it fixed and was quoted a price of approximately $600. I told them no thanks and when I got home I called a repair shop who actually did it for nothing, it took about 10 minutes for the repair

The true definition of Shiesty dealership I have had the WORST experience dealing with Andy the past year from selling my husband and I a STOLEN vehicle to replacing the vehicle with a lemon that sat in their service department for over 4 months to trying to FORCE us into another car after this June’s Initial FLOOD I’m completely livid and frustrated with the service

June 2020 my experience was great! I was told when I scheduled my appointment that it would be 2 weeks before they could even look at my car to get my AC fixed. They called me within a few days with the diagnosis and price quote. I had it back in a week and a half with ice cold air! This time around, October 2020, I dropped my car off October 8th, and said I was hoping to have it back by October 23rd to return to the office for my new job. 2 weeks, supposedly wasn’t going to be a problem. I hadn’t heard from them, so I called a week after I dropped it off on the 15th. Was told I was going to get a call back- never did. Called again on the 19th- same answer and no call. Tried one more time on the 20th, no one was able to give me an update, no apologies-nothing. I went in to pick it up later in the day on the 20th after still not hearing from anyone. I had such a great experience the first time in July, so I returned when I had another issue. BUT, the service was so much different compared to last time, and I wasted my 2 weeks working from home where I could be without a car for it to not even get fixed! Disappointing is an understatement, and I will be taking my car an hour out of my way to a different dealership that has always provided me great service! I was hoping I had found a closer option.

My go to for repairs, maintenance, or when I buy a new vehicle. Jen is the best to work with out of any dealership I have been to. Shes funny, polite, cute, and gets you out of there as quickly and efficiently as you could imagine. You can tell shes enjoys her job and knows what shes doing. Ever in a doubt make sure you go to her.

Jessica Johnson is THE ONLY REASON this review gets any stars. After a very frustrating ordeal with the service department Jessica got involved and turned things around. She truly is a problem solver and cares about her customers. The service issue was ridiculous but it sure made a difference dealing with someone who had compassion and understanding. Hours of sitting there is a different situation when you have a trustworthy advocate fighting for you! Thank you Jessica!

Very good service center here. Always get you un on your appointment time. When you get your car back, its been washed and ready to go. If you have to wait in the showroom you can look over new models, have coffee or popcorn, or just watch tv. They also have wifi for your browsing interests
