Great store ... but just to late in the season to find life jackets
The shelves are a bit bare because of the pandemic but the staff is very nice and helpful
Good they stock a lot of parts
Needed help with my dinghy, Robin went above and beyond to help me. I am very thankful for her.
They fine any part you need for your boat
Has always had great products & service.
Expensive and lacks any stock whatsoever. Rude and unhelpful staff
The workers are extremely friendly and knowledgeable!
Great marine supply store on Telegraph.
Last 3 times in no purchase due to low or no inventory. last time in I was looking for a base low end bilge pump, only stock was 100.00 and up high end units. no other box sporting goods have them either. things is why Amazon is putting all the small places out of business! if you are in need of something quick their is no other choice to buy up or use prime.
Very helpful staff
Was looking for a plug for a pull behind boat tube. They had one but wanted $50!!!! Absolutely outrageous and in no way worth that. Went to another store just down the road and found one for less than $5. Highway robbery, I will never go back.
Didnt have what I needed, they were out of outdrive paint.
Helpful and friendly staff!
Its one of the few places I know I can get stainless steel hardware.
Great service and knowledge.
We went in and spoke with two different employees to make sure we were getting the right thing. They assured us we were. Turns out we didnt and almost messed up our engine. Went to Bridge Marine supply who hooked us up. Now thats a company that knows their stuff.
Called to ask if they had alpha One Gen 2 impeller housing in stock. Quoted me a price around $60 and said they had it. Wrong part on arrival asked if I wanted to order the part for $120. West marine is over priced, but I was willing to pay to get the part I wanted that day. Prefer amazon at this point.
Nice helpful staff
Bought a gallon of Bottom Shield paint. Have been stirring for an hour and still big chunks on the bottom. They shook it for me too. I think its old. See if I can get my money back... $106 per gallon!
A boating supply store chain, no repair services. That being said, they either have what I need or can order it in. Staff is allways cheerful and helpful. I get cleaning/detailing supplies here, I have an RV not a boat. I also find better quality parts here, than at an RV store.
Very clean & neat. Sounds like the Covid issue is affecting inventory.
Was in there for some winterizing supplies, staff was very helpful. They took time to help me as well as well as explain new marine electronics. Great store.
Really good help finding things.
Plenty of stock
Rarely have what I need in stock and prices are generally higher than everywhere else. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable which you cant get from a web site. The trouble is, the last thing I ordered from this store took 3+ weeks before I gave up and cancelled.
Went to get life jackets for the grandkids they had the good people to help there and a good selection
Good selection and great service
When you have marine needs, West is the best recommendation for all boating needs. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff to help.
Short staff i seems but took the time too track down my motor parts. Back on the water again!
Easy access with the social distance requirements
Went looking for tow tubes. Good selection.
Agree with google user from 3 years ago, the store then was nearly empty but it is a lot better now, not as good as the store on river road but well worth a trip if you just need a sailing block, life jacket, or deck fittings. The store on river road has more kayaks and canoes better selection.
Worst experience ever, these fellas have no clue. The young man behind the register i understand he doesnt, but the manager helped me both times with two of the easiest things. On my thirdtime back I had to ask for my money back. Ridiculous!
Doing Coast Guard Auxiliary RBSv, checking on books, safety item, life jacket stuff like that.
Some of the ppl answering the phones about parts need to be better knowledgeable of what there store sells
Super expensive didn’t return a wrong fit item and sold me a faulty item nothing but bad with this place
Small store with limited selection. Staff very helpful.
Staff was helpful and ordered what we were looking for.
Staff was helpful, but prices are way too high
Really helpful staff. Some things are a little pricey but thats what owning a boat is all about.
They had just what I was looking for.
Staff knows where suff is located. Some basic knowledge of products they carry.
Great marine store, nice employees.
They have fully stocked shelves.
Great selection of hard to find West Systems products.
I bought the wrong gas line and was not able to purchase a carb rebuild kit nor a pump kit for a 6.0 hp Keifhaefer Mercury twin outboard engine. Ill be returning to take back the hose setup. I need some experts to help.
Great service helpful staff
Got to be my favorite boat store
Helpful well stocked.
Very prompt help.didnt find what I needed but was quickly helped and didnt waist to much time.
Very helpful place
The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful
Dont even bother to walk in the door, the customer service was almost Scarry, felt very uncomfortable and will never be back.

Truly peaceful,relaxed atmosphere
