Went in to do a return on fabric and was impressed. I didnt think they would do it but to my surprise as long as there are no cuts to the fabric and it measures the same size they will do a return.

It was good. I was looking for a certain color of yarn, but they didnt have it.

Very helpful salesperson, I got what I wanted and they had a sale. Store was clean and organized.

I love this store! This is the best place to go for inside seasonal decor, they have some outdoor decor as well. There is usually good sales but you can also get good deals with the coupons in the app (or online if you dont want to sign up). Often you get coupons at check out as well. Lots of fabric and craft things here as well. My faves: Cricut and Happy Planner/Create365.

A9 basically me entering this place is like me entering a hardware store- I had no idea what to do and had to seek help immediately. I wish I could remember the girls name... short brown Bob of hair. Helped me with a dang zipper only for us both to realize that my winter coat wasnt even broken. She needed a raise after that haha.

Good staff.. sometimes they dont have wjat I look for but overall you can find all you need for crafts, decorations and sewing needs

I usually dont have a problem. I only go there to take my 75 yr old mother for yarn and sometimes other things, material, decorations, etc. She loves to go there. But this last time was awful. My mother not having a smart phone cant get your online coupons and I usually try to get them for her. But when your told you cant use them for her order, well that just is BS. Hobby Lobby and Michaels here we come!

Showed a picture of what i needed and the girl knew exactly where to find them. So much stuff I had no idea they sold. I could spend a lot of money in there if i was left unsupervised

The clerk (STEPHANIE) is the nicest person Ive ever met and was very helpful. She deserves a raise, in fact, she deserves to be a manager. Absolutely made my day meeting that lady. And then The lady at the cutting counter deserves to be fired. She complained because we were buying ”too much product.” Acting like a complete b****.

Helpful clean lines moved fast. Out of few things but to be expected. Overall satisfied.

I ended up being in your store for 3 hours. A woman working at the cutting table cut our material but failed to tell me I needed a slip for my foam rubber after I stood in line at cutting table for ever. Went to check out they sent me back to cutting table to get a slip. Stood in line forever. Lady back there lie to me the whole time I am getting more angry. Keeping my cool told her she should of told me I needed a slip. Got my slip went to check out at check out the over charged me . Had to get a manager for a 45 dollar overcharge. Will I go back to this store. HELL NO

Store seems to be in somewhat of a remodel. There were vacant sections and the directions were a tad confusing but I was able to locate some things! covid safety precautions are also taking place!

This store is not what it used to be. They dont carry as much fabric as they used to. They also dont have much for crafts either. If you plan on using the curbside pick up you will have to wait at least a day before your order might be filled. You may end up not getting what you had placed. You will be better off going yourself or having items shipped to your home.

So... I went in to look at clearance material and see if they had and remnants I wanted. Also needed thread and scissors because you know crafting scissors cant be used to cut anything beyond material or you need new ones. The ladies working were really nice and $48 in brand new material later I realize I forgot my scissors :-)

Very bad.......new sale .I spent over a half hour looking for simplicity patterns for doll clothes that were on sale for $1.99. Not one to be found. Found fabric on sale for 50% off. I am a Grandmother on a tighter budget than ever before so I look for deals. When I went to Kayla to get my fabric cut, I asked her if there was left over on the end of the bolts if it was 1/2 off the sale price and she said no. I asked if I could get a rain check on the patterns and she said no. She told me to go on line. I went on line and showed her a pattern that was 30 percent off. She said* See? There on sale I yes yes but not for $1.99. She then said I could go directly to simplicty on line to get the patterns. I said for the sale price? She said no. Really?????I got an attitude from her the whole time. I told her I was not angry with her, but I am angry with .Joanns So I hope someone in management is reading this. Thank You.

Sales personnel are great! Stock was low. Lots of sales and mark downs. Prices can be pretty high, so you have to be sure to watch the dates for the 50,60% markdowns! Check out the holiday clearance, you can scoop up some great bargains!

Cashier was very helpful and patient.

Experience was better than we even expected! I was so impressed by the technology of sewing/embroidery/quilting machines. An employee in the machine area showed us around and answered many of our curiosities about the touch screens, ribbon features, and other aspects of the machines. Great experience :)

So much to choose from..

I have normally gone to the Canton store but the staff there has just gotten a bit cranky over the past couple months so I was about to give up on going to Joann stores anymore until yesterday when by sheer chance I happened to pass this Joanns when in search of another craft store said what the heck and turned in. This Joanns is huge has an amazing selection of fabric and the employees are kind! I will continue to drive 15 extra minutes for better service thank you all at this Joanns!!

Not from this area. The one by my home is average size. The place is huge. For as big as it was there really was not a lot of fabric.
