Went into the store looking for real Tennis court shoes. After entering the store... the terrible music is the first thing youre greeted with. Then the staff looks at you like youre invading their space. No Hello, Hi.. How can I help you.. What brings you in today.. no greeting at all for 15 minutes I was in the store. Staff seems to be there to collect a paycheck.. and hang out with their friends. Well.. cant expect much when you hire kids.. as this is the up and coming generation. If youre looking to buy shoes from this location.. youre better off wearing socks.

No customer service. My intention was to purchase basketball shoes. If you have never shopped at Foot Locker previously, all the shoe inventory is in the back. Any shoes that you wish to try on needs an employee to retrieve them for you. Their prices are little higher, but you expect a higher level of attention and service. NOT HERE! No interaction was initiated by the Foot Locker staff. 3 employees on staff. 5 customers in the small store. After walking through the store for 20 minutes and not being asked once if there was anything that we needed. We left and bought shoes at Shoe Carnival. Saved money.

Just got some new kicks today, Karina was so nice and helpful finding my shoe size. 10/10 would go again 👏🙌👟

I was greeted by Jakob kindly, and he helped me pick out the perfect present for my twin brother. He was super patient while I was calling my grouchy brother to ask him his shoe size. I low key looked at Jakob’s feet for reference and it turns out that they were the same size 😃. Thank you very much you made the anxieties of getting presents for boys easier.

Rude service... a hello goes a long way

I had a simple question, and who I assume was the store manager was loud and rude for no reason. Every one was just standing around, if they werent at the register. No one helped. Never again. The Kids Foot Locker, Champs here is better

Didnt give a day and care to give friendly service. We had a girl worker by doing the very bare minimal customer service and several times, couldnt even find her to at least help us with the right side. Basically, had to hunt her down for our attention or any worker near by. Would not be spending any of money here!!! All, I want as a customer is at least a smile, if Im going to be spending top dollars.

Staff was two younger boys...on their phones texting! I knew what shoe I wanted, which was a good thing cause they didn’t offer help anyways ... when I asked them to get the shoe I wanted, they just glared at me. He finally got it after finishing his text message. I told him to have a nice day and he just looked at me. I only spent 170 on a new shoe... and the music was way too loud

I gave 4 out of 5 simply because foot locker doesnt carry wide width sizes. They set my girl up nicely though

Lazy and poor customer service/relations. Step your game up Footlocker! Better off ordering directly!

Very Lazy footlocker did not get greated me did not ask me do whant try something on. Did not communicate what they all wear standing around doing nothing.
