Wonderful staff, knowledgeable crew. Very clean and organized. My drinks always taste weak and water down. I get tea drinks and they are always milky and not flavorful

I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone!! Not only is this a Michigan-based coffee shop, but the people are amazing here!! Thanks to me and my clumsiness, I accidentally redeemed the coupon I had (lol I’ve got butter fingers 😂🤦🏽‍♀️) but they still honored it even tho I offered to pay. These people definitely care about their customers, not just the speed (although they are very very quick!!) Definitely visit this place, you won’t regret it!! ❤️❤️

This place prides itself in customer service.Friendly faces, upbeat attitudes, and fantastic senses of humor! The coffee is high quality, great tasting, and definitely worth every penny. They have a rewards program, digital coupons, and offer you a free drink on your birthday. They also have a community board where you can pin your business cards or missing pets/people flyers. This establishment also loves receiving fan art from its customers. Check out some of the pictures I posted and you’ll see all the art galore. I am so glad I found a legit coffee shop that treats its customers like family, unlike Tim Hortons and Dunkin Doughnuts.

This is the Taylor location, off of Goddard Road. This is our favorite Biggby location. The staff is great. Biggby has awesome coffee and drinks. Plus, it is a Michigan company! Starbucks who? Take my word for it, go to Biggby instead! My friends and I will be here on Wednesday evenings. Come check it out.

Ahmed is amazing!

They usually do a fantastic job but today (10/22/20) my mocha frap tastes awful! It almost has a burnt taste to it, I want to just pour it down the sink but it was $5 (I usually only get biggby once a week as a treat). Im honestly so bummed about it, I might have to find a new place to go. :(

Had the new eggnog creme freeze and all I can say is loved it, was good and cold caused a few brain freezes but worth it.

The owners and staff are awesome and brew a good cup of coffee.

The hours are different than on google. 7-7 through the week, closed Sunday. 10-7 on Saturday. The staff is not very welcoming, Ahmed is consistently rude. I’ve been going to biggby for years, and this is the worst one. It makes me sad that it is the closest one to me.

Stopped in to grab gift cards and ended up getting something for everyone. The floor play is very open a tad unusual for a coffee shop but quiet and inviting none the less. The staff were very helpful and patient with our orders and the quality of the coffee was top notch, got frozen coffee drinks for the most part and was surprised that the coffee flavor was completely pronounced and was impressed. My only gripe was the cost at nearly thirty dollars for the four of us a bit high for the area but to be expected in line with quality prepared coffee.

I dont drink coffee. I was there with a friend. He had no complaints. So Im assuming the coffee was ok.

I have worked at a Biggby for over a year and managed the store. I moved to Taylor and wanted to find a new one! We werent impressed with the customer service or the taste of the drinks. The espresso machine needs to be cleaned, the employees need to actually interact and smile and read their tickets to see what is in the drinks or on it. I wont be going back to this store. Such a shame

Apparently opening time is a suggestion. Got there after 7am and they werent open. Sat there for another 15 minutes to give a grace period and the girl saw me waiting in my car. I even went up to the door after 15 minutes of waiting to make sure opening time was 7am. It is. Never once acknowledged I walked up. Never turned on the open light or unlocked the door. Not impressed.

This is favorite Biggby!! The staff is always friendly and they make my Chai Latte better than any other location.

Have been there 3 times in the last few weeks when they were out of the house coffee! Response from staff-I come at a busy time?!? Its a COFFEE shop! And rarely is there someone there when I am....probably because they expect a coffee shop to have coffee, just like I do. Will have to go back to Tim Hortons where the lines are long - obviously for a good reason.

I really like this Biggby! Austin is great. Last time he saw me pull up and had my coffee ready for me! All of the employees I have encountered in the morning has very been very friendly. Afternoons, not always the same, but I usually go in the morning anyways. Something I would change is having somemusic on or something. Its a big open layout and super quiet when you walk in. But, I now prefer this Biggby over the one closer to my house! :)

This place is awful. They are cheap. When you order a Red Bull Cream Freeze, its one can of Red Bull per drink. Order two drinks, two cans. Not here! He may pretend to put two, but watch him close. Hell tell you there are two when he actually one puts one! Dont trust these people with your Biggby Drinks. There is a much better location on Telegraph South of Wick. This place has been a problem since it opened less than a year ago! Do not go here!
