Thought 3rd time would be a charm...it wasnt.3rd Door Dash experience with this location and its a nightmare every time I go. As long as youre a warm body, theyll hire you. Nobody knows what toppings go on anything on their menu. And they never have sprinkles??

24 hours? Thats lie. I arrived at 10 pm and the worker told me they are closed. You get 1 star for that.

There stick donuts are awesome I ate two with a glass of milk. Go buy one.

Taylor location inside the Dunkin Donuts awesome chocolate milkshake and the place is clean they rent out everything after each Shake I just dont keep making one shake after another each shake they clean what they made it in that they make the next Shake even if its the same flavor now thats doing a good job keep up the good work

Tonight I received terrible customer service. I ordered a large milkshake and I received a small milkshake I had only realized because of the total when I told the employee that he had only charged me for a small instead of a large he responded “wow. Can you ask him to make it I have to mop and sweep.” That is extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate I was there before closing time and I do not feel that it is good customer service to rush out your customers while they are there still with plenty of time to spare before close. He ended up making up the rest of the shake, but even that tasted like he hadn’t added enough ingredients it tasted like a cup of milk

It was good but way to HOT in there! Even being cooler outside we were sweating while eating our ice cream. They need to figure a way out to circulate all the heat coming from all the coolers running.

Asked for a snickers sunday and then the workers asked me what I want on it like they didn’t know that a snickers sunday was on their menu. Ice cream also tasted like its been in the freezer for a really long time. Also didn’t get any snickers pieces in my cup as well.

I usually go late night with my teenaged kids and the older gentleman working the counter by himself can get a bit overwhelmed when there is a rush. Also, can someone there please tell him that the Reeses Sunday is made with PEANUT BUTTER SYRUP and NOT CARAMEL SYRUP. He messed up my sons order and I tried to bring it to his attention, but the language barrier is pretty vast. My kid says he always does it that way but just never told me. It would be cool if that was corrected. Thanks!

Been to this Baskin Robins dozens of times, its everything you would expect from a B&R location as far as the products offered, this location is clean and well kept every time I come. The service is friendly for all hours but he warned the later shifts are generally staffed by only one person and unfortunately the nice gentleman that usually does it has a very hard time with English so you will have to be patient and be prepared to do a lot of pointing but otherwise this is a routine stop for me especially for breakfast as it is a bit more affordable than McDonalds.

Never bad time for ice cream

Can never complain about ice cream, because truly you can never go wrong with it. The later you go to this place, the more like they are to be out of almost everything the average joe might want. For example, I went here about 7pm, wanted a Resses Cup sundae. But guess what, out of Reeses Cups. Also out of Oreos, marshmallow fluff, nuts, sprinkles, banana, caramel and chocolate chips. So what did I get you ask? I got a sundae with peanut butter sauce and chocolate sauce. Not the same but darn similar. Not always the case but just something to point out before you waste a trip.

This month ice cream is sooo good, its Blueberry Muffin and it a great departure from Chocolate, Strawberry, and Jamocha Almond Fudge. 🙂

The woman who took my order was rude and she seemed to want to rush me along as soon as possible. Then I ordered an iced coffee with cream and sugar and she put so much sugar that I could taste the sugar grains.

Who doesnt love ice cream? Friendly personable service and a great place to take the kids for a treat even in Winter

Bought a $35 cake. Employee refused to write my daughters name on her birthday cake. Apparently, the person certified to write names on cakes was not there. A pathetic excuse to avoid doing any extra work. Please take you money and business elsewhere. This place deserves to go bankrupt...

Sweet tea was not sweetened at all. I ordered a Chai Latte and the lady said they dont sell Chai only Vanillia Lattes.....the donut was stale. Never again.

The guy who runs this place is extremely rude. He also stole my girlfriends phone when she sat it on the counte to paty!!!. Do not go here...the guy who runs/owns is a thief and extremely rude!! He also called me a stupid customer for putting my plastic spoon in the tray (just like they have on top at cold stone). Not sure why youd put clean ones on top of the displays!? And wow to calling customers stupid!!
