Really good donuts! The oil might not always be the freshest but their outstanding selection and quality more than make up for it. They are one of the few places that gets apple fritters right - a little crisp/crunch on the outside but still moist on the inside!A super nice couple that runs the place too. Dont live in the area? Give em a try when starting a road trip down south or just a day trip to Cedar Point!

Very nice and very tasty.The lemon filled were nicely tart and the nut covered were good. The apple fritter has a nice crunchy outside with a soft and tasty raised center and a few of the prized gooey bits, bit no noticeable apple chunks. All in all, very reliable and worth the stop.

This is my go-to donut shop. Ive tried many others, and none compare. The donuts here are fresh all day everyday. They actually make them in the back kitchen area, so nothing frozen here.To clarify on a few previous reviews...They clearly had signs posted in the windows and on the register that read cash only. None of that matters now. When they reopened (after closing during the pandemic) they posted signs that they now accept credit or debit for a small $0.75 fee. As a small business owner myself, I can tell you that this is reasonable as card processing is a very expensive service. And to the disrespectful gentleman who told them to learn English... maybe your English wasnt clear enough. Thats all I speak, and theyve never gotten my order wrong in over 10 years!

Visited two mornings in a row because the donuts were so tasty. The service was prompt and friendly. They have a road tube at the drive-thru so it notifies them inside when you pull up. Staff were wearing masks and being safe. Highly recommend visiting when you’re in the area!

I intentionally seek out local donuts in my home city and every city I visit and these are some of the best Ive ever had! Absolutely delicious, and a good selection of classic flavors.The vintage sign outside is adorable, and inside is clean with several booths, some tables, and nice counter seating.The owners are adorable, and its great to watch them interact with the people who are clearly regulars here. Prices are super reasonable - but it IS cash only so dont forget to bring bills and/or change along!

Its a shame that for a dollar a donut you cant get a fresh donut or one that has glaze on the whole donut! Its like they dip it in the glaze instead of coating it.( I used to own a donut shop) sugar is Very cheap and so is this place! Ordered 2 devil food and a glaze and didnt check my bag, I got 2 raised a(that were Stale) and a chocolate in my bag. Come on now. Learn at least enough English to understand your customers.

I have never been inside the place but my neighbors parents always brings him 2 boxes of donuts at least once a month from here. One for my neighbor and one box for us. I have to say these donuts are delicious. If I ever make it to Eureka I am definitely stopping in for a dozen.

This place was recommended to me but walked in picked out my donuts pulled out my wallet just to be told “we only do cash” at 9am on a Tuesday. Its 2019 not 1960 that’s ridiculous. Some people like myself NEVER carry cash . At least post that in a very visible place . Take the time to go up to telegraph and have yum yum donuts . Should have stuck to my go to instead of trying this place . Ended up going there anyway and the selection is bigger and better

Great place for fresh Donuts 🍩! They even fill donuts on request orders. I love the Chocolate creme filled donuts (theyre way better than Dunkin Garbage which turns into hockey pucks hours later)! The Asian people that own and run it there are totally Awesome!!! 5-Stars! ...Bob

11/10. The donuts are fresh and of a higher quality than any of the national donut chains. Their prices are competitive and theyre open pretty late. The only downside is that they only operate in cash but Id happily go to the atm anytime in order to get these bad boys. Theyre delicious.

Took some donuts to our mechanic and everyone in their office. The put two donut holes in a separate bag for us so we could give it to our mechanic and we told him it was so he didnt get too fluffy and no longer fit in our engine compartment😄😜

Looks can be deceiving, this place does not look like much from the outside but as you approach and get hit by the sweet smells coming from inside you will begin to understand how great this place is. From its convenient hours (4am to 11:30 pm) and drive through window to its super friendly staff it all lends to a superb hidden gem. Oh yeah and the most important detail of them all the donuts are incredibly soft and pillowy on the inside and delicate and crispy on the outside. If you ever find yourself in Taylor Mi or even downriver you owe it to yourself to try Donut Kastle out.

Doughnuts were hard almost felt like yesterdays batch. Grease needed changed. You could taste the old grease. I know long johns are supposed to have a nice white cream on the inside but this filling was overloded. Way to much. Wont be back for round 2. 😞
