I must say, that they have the best customer service ever. I bought an elderly gentleman in to get cable TV. The gentleman that waited on us was very patient, and explain things very clearly. Good job

The manager Jill has the best customer service you will get anywhere by far. She went above and beyond. So happy she works there. Other worker told me my phone wouldnt work because of the towers near my home. He said even getting new phone wouldnt help because of towers. Thanks to Jill old phone now working again.

Not helpful or knowledgeable. Will mislead you on contract details. Any issue with devices they cant help at all. Just a shell of a store pushing products and services with no assistance after the fact. Would not recommend nor purchase anything again.

The service is really good on the expensive side only reason why I gave a 2 star is because our DVR box we received is really dirty with food stains on it and scratches all over the box not cool!!! thats really nasty not very happy about that al all

I wish I could leave a 0-star. We have been without service for 10 days now. Your coax lines burned my house, as well as several others on my neighborhood. Absolutely terrible customer service. No acknowledgement of the issue, no apology, no comped service. Thanks for destroying my property!

Went in two years ago and signed up for internet. Asked if I were to move and they would not cover the service area would I still have to pay a cancelation fee. They guy scratches his head and says Ehh I dont think so. 16 months down the line after I renewed my contract I moved to northern Michigan and returned everything after being told at the Dearborn location at Fairlane on lunch one day they would not cover my area. Called to verify they told me the same thing. A couple months ago when I returned everything they told me yes they would cover my area after I had to have another provider dig up my yard and install fiber cables. Told them this and what was told to me in the beginning and they denied it. Let them feel like they won. Finally today, I stood up for myself. I called corporate explaining the situation and what I was told at both stores and corporate said no they couldnt cover my area. Told corporate thats not fair two stores told me two separate stories and corporates correlates with one. They said I still had to pay. Told them Id get a lawyer involved and suddenly the money is credited to my account and the situation was over. Bottom line DO NOT trust the staff at this store they are liars. They will lie straight to your face to have you pay and make up a story on how your area has coverage just so they dont have to put up with you. Think about this. Think very hard at how they straight up lied to me about being covered in my area. The staff at this store should not work there or have any job other then a scammer in an India call center. Checked with ATT to ask if they dont make you pay a cancelation fee if you move the lady said they dont but she didnt tell me that. (Southfield and dix) What a joke this is to me. If anyone wants I can grab theyre names just incase you had a similar experience and we can file through corporate on them together. They lied. If theres one thing worse then a theif or even a murder from seeing red rage its a liar. Its premeditated and intentional to lie; stealing you could be hungry or murder you could make an unforgivable mistake. To lie is to have bad intentions and thats what the entire staff at this store have. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE AND IF YOU NEED INTERNET LIKE MOST DO; DO BUSINESS WITH ANYOTHER COMPANY. Scam artists are what these people are and nothing else. My current provider did the fiber line installation for FREE and I can cancel at ANYTIME WITH NO ADDITIONAL COST. Yes I read these terms and they match up to what they say.

Internet, TV, Phone out for two days, six calls to Xfinity Not one rep put in the street outage at all. Had four homes resetting modems and unplugging equipment for two days. 1am in the morning Xfinity truck comes out finally and realizes theres a total street outage and asks why we didnt call Tuesday when it happened!! No customer service. You cant get to an agent in Michigan or the US that can help. Now trying to get credit for days out and getting a run around from reps. Have an appointment tomorrow for satellite for prices & an Xfinity appointment at 2pm to return all 5 HD Boxes and modem because after 30 years of this nonsense we have had enough of Xfinity!

My husband and I had a wonderful buying experience here today. Victoria was extremely kind and patient with us. She took the time to explain everything to us and answered all of our questions. I loved how patient she remained with us during our decision making process. Victoria worked hard and made sure we got everything we wanted, she even stayed late and made sure our phones were working properly before we left. Everyone there was very kind and professional.

I have had cable over 27 yrs but during the past two yrs Ive had the worse cable service ever. Daily..daily pixelation on a variety of channels. Two on site service reps sent out...no change. Numerous resets by me and them....no change. I was stuck in a 2yr contract. After 18 months I decided to ride out the contract for another 6 months and dump my complete bundle, including the phone I didnt need or want which would cost me 10 bucks more a month if I said no to the phone. Never wanted never used. Dont get it, less services cost you more. Bundling. Ok so I decided to keep the internet and arranged to disconnect everything but at the end of contract, cable and never used phone. I only have a couple more days on the contract so when I made the changes to internet only the rep ingeniously put the order into effect immediately. Not at the end of my contract (the 28th), which it was to be, but today (26th). Within minutes I lost the cable viewing I had and was entitled to and had paid for. I spent the next 3 hours with various reps, techs and finally one supervisor. I still have no cable which was paid for. I was finally told by the only supervisor I spoke with that the only way to restore the already paid cable service was to cancel the new order and reset to the original agreement which would also require me to call their wonderful prompt system to put in a new change order after expiration of my current contract. Three hours for someone to finally be honest. Now, it literally minutes for them to cut off a contracted and paid for service before contract had been lived out. But after over 3 hours, 4 reps, 2 techs and 1 supe, I still have an unresolved issue. Im done. I have cancelled all comcast services. Hello wow. This is truly the worse customer service and cable service I have experienced. Comcast couldnt pay me to use their services again.

Comcast has been giving us the absolute worst customer service during a time when weve needed reliable service the most. I am a teacher from home and our internet has not worked properly since July. They scheduled technicians 3 times to come to our house to fix the internet and then canceled with no warning after we made our schedules available for the technicians to come. Their excuse-- they cant let technicians into homes to do services during a pandemic-- UNLESS it is a new customer wanting new service! So they care about raking in new money but cannot take care of the customers they already have! Eventually after the 3rd request a technician was sent out to rerun the external line, which should have been done the first time instead of them canceling on their end without contacting us--the customer. That didnt fix whatever our issue was. I went to the store to exchange our modem, we only use their devices, no additional routers etc, and that didnt fix the issue. Now one of our cable boxes will not work, despite multiple reboots and 2 calls to trouble shoot the issue. They have offered NO credit or compensation and we pay over $300 a month for our bundled services!Today I ordered ATT fiber optic cable and dish network bundle which will be costing us 2/3 the amount of what we have been paying comcast. Today I tried canceling our Comcast service, the company refused to let me cancel my service without first talking to a customer service representative so they can try to rectify the situation. Its too late, we already purchased another service and are committed to ditching them after 15 years of service.

Very nice modern store but they just cant get customer service right! Had their equipment to return and decided to return to a store instead of UPS. They took my name immediately but then Waited and waited and waited with no updates on when I will be helped. Store had more employees than customers. So I checked with them again and still had to wait unknown time, so I left and returned equipment at UPS in 2 minutes and comcast had to pay $20 shipping fees.. Great business thinking..

They were VERY rude op on walking in the door. The woman who came over to us walked away from a customer in the middle of his sentence & got.mad because I said I could.wait until she was done with him. The guy who helped us did not want to do his job. He was mad that he had to help us instead of chatting with a coworker. He refused to help in getting us a lower monthly amount for our bill & I had to explain to him 3 times what we currently have & what we wanted. The employees at the Woodhaven location are ALWAYS polite & will do whatever they can to retain customers, the Taylor employees do not care, they are just there to get a paycheck.

Not just this store but all the Xfintiy stores and online service has gone down hill. They cant even check inventory of other xfinity stores for what they have in stock. Had to drive 30 min out of my way just to check. Luckly there representative i had there was very knowledge and nice and helped me as much as they possibly could. Xfinity needs to get their stuff together.

Every experience with Xfinity ive had, ive always been greeted with rushing, rude employees rolling their eyes until you are out of their face. They never look into anything and push you to get out fast and dont actually care about their customers.I say down with Rhonda, after 4 previous visits, and she took her time to go through my payment/charges ledger and found/fixed each mistake.Ask for Rhonda, she seems she cares about her job/customers. I actually left relieved, instead of having high blood pressure.4 stars only bc if Rhonda. -1 star bc if Xfinity itself.

Awful service, waited over 15 minutes to be seen and still was waiting before I walked out. You had to sign in and the people ahead of me was purchasing phones, well that takes alot of time for that. Iithink they should have one side of the store strictly for cable issues and the other side for phones. Not right for the customers to wait that long. Not managed well at all. Not enough parking spaces. The other location in woodhaven was managed alot better and faster service,

I wanted to get a new phone. I’m already an Xfinity mobile customer. I walked in Monday afternoon, around 2pm. Someone greeted me and said they have at least an hour wait before someone could help me. I couldn’t wait that long because I was on my lunch break. They offered to make an appointment for me the next day. I asked for the earliest available appointment. We agreed on 9:45am Tuesday November 9,2021. Now I am here but the building is not even open. Complete waste of my time this morning. There are others in the parking lot who are visibly upset as well.
