I contacted Taylor Glass and Mirror and spoke with Alfred to replace a cracked window. We were in the process of selling our house and had a strict timeline, with Nov 6 as our closing date. Alfred came out on Oct 12 to measure the window and informed my husband that the repair can be completed by Halloween at the latest. Before paying the deposit on 10/14, I asked Alfred again what the timeline would be. He assured me that the window would come in 7-10 days and he can install within a couple days. Well, it didnt go as such as. On Oct. 30th, I texted Alfred for an update and received NO RESPONSE. My husband and I both called and left messages on Oct. 31 and Nov 2, again with NO RESPONSE. Finally, I asked my listing agent to reach out to Alfred and as expected, he answered immediately and informed her that the window wont be installed until AFTER the closing date. Why couldnt this information be communicated to a paying customer? We did nothing to deserve being ignored for days. Taylor Glass and Mirror is unprofessional and lack basic communication skills. I wanted to support a small business, but I regret giving them my business. Take your money elsewhere; I would not recommend this company at all!!

I received a call back first thing in the morning, after leaving a message overnight and was given a same-day appointment! They were on time, very nice and did a great job replacing the glass in a broken window. I would definitely recommend them.
