First time going to the Taylor HEB. Its a nice large store with wide aisles and not many people shopping during my visit. It was convenient stopping here on the way home from Giddings to pick up some stuff to make chili with for dinner. Gotta love HEB. I dont know what I would do if I had to move some place where HEB did not have a store!?$#

What can I say HEB is the best they got more variety the finest quality products most locally sourced which I really like Im not looking to get meat or whatever from China Im looking to get it local vegetables are local really enjoyed my experience there as I do every time

Hello. I had a curbside order. Left a comment to txt me if out of stock. I called before leaving because it was a 25 mile drive ( round trip) and they told me it was ready for pickup. When I got there, they told me that the product was not available. The process needs to be improved, nothing against the employees.

I love HEB, I wish they would open more stores in the Ft. Worth area. Hello... Rhome is screaming for one. Decatur would do well, come on up!

Was great alil busy and crowded but lines were moving fast HEB partners were doing their best to get customers through checkouts

A little more expensive than Walmart. But better quality. HEB is usually my go to for food products. Their curbside and delivery is very convenient.

I love my HEB. This review pertains to the carwash connected to the gas station. Visited 9/7, late afternoon, paid $9.99 for a basic carwash, wasnt issued a receipt and the top, hood and trunk are still dirty. I havent sought a refund at this rime..

Friendly and helpful employees, clean and well organized, usually well stocked with the best products for the whole house from food,vitamins, hygiene items, cleaning, pets,and even home decor. Always has coupons on great deals to help save. Great bakery and deli and now has a sushi bar that I absolutely love...new favorite lunch grab.

H.e.b is a nice places to shop for you groceries and the work are very friendly and help you find what ever you need good support h.e.b.

The curbside at the Taylor location is awesome! The people who bring out your groceries are awesome and so polite.

Their store is ok its just the way the isles are organized, you can get so mixed up. Ive never seen a store organized like that.

Do people think the end is coming or what?! TP, laundry detergent, cleaning products, dogfood, chips, seasoning/gravy packets wiped out. Ok I get hand sanitizer, you dont have that on hand, but honestly all the other things?! Dont you clean your houses any other time? Or is H-E-B so short staffed they cant keep the shelves stocked? Crazy!

I have been trying to keep giving this HEB a chance. I used to come here on the regular, but the past year its gone downhill. Its tried to upgrade and compete with larger HEBs in the area. But when i go, they are frequently out of things I need. If you happen to be able to find what you need, good luck with the bottleneck at the checkouts. I refuse to come into this store anymore. I will go to literally any other HEB in the area.

I love H‑E‑B and recently moved to Taylor, so this store is new to me. It has most everything I need but will miss meat market and seafood counter. Also don’t understand why there are fewer choices for Boars Head deli meats. I don’t like the HEB choices near as much and why wouldn’t HEB carry low sodium deli meats.

I love this HEB. The employees really do care for their customers. The store is never over crowded. The registers are moving smoothly and fast.

I actually love H-E-B. We dont have them where I reside. This particular day, it was late and the store appeared to be winding down. The posted hours had them open for another two hours, but they had only an exit door open by which to enter. The shelves were well picked over and we found nothing we were looking for. It was disappointing. I am certain that had this not been late on a Spring Break Saturday, that our trip would have ended with better results.

Awesome experience at this store! And to the nice friendly lady assisting at self check out. Heb definitely needs to employ more people like yourself! Awesome customer service. Not sure of her name but thank you.

I mived from northwest Austin and its smaller than Im use too.

Love HEB. We are blessed to have HEB close to us because prices are better than other grocery stores and the variety of products is great. In the Dallas/Frisco area there are no close HEBs and shopping groceries is terrible. Count your blessings if you have one near.

HEB is certainly more consumer friendly than the major store across the street. I do shop at both stores but HEB employees more people at the checkouts. I perfer the face and voice of a person over a machine.

I went to shop with my husband and my service dog in training, an 8 month old collie pup named Dixie. We were almost done but we could t find the ribs that were on sale. We waited at the door to the meat department and all of a sudden the door opened quickly and a big nice butcher wearing all white including a hat and mask came out with doors slamming. This startled Dixie and she barked. One second later a manager JT stormed over to us and startled her again. He told us to leave. We had been in the store for over 20 minutes and had been in this store shopping before. I tried to explain to him the butcher startled her as did he, I explained that Covid had reduced her training opportunities and asked him if we could finish up. He wasnt willing to listen to me even though I was nice and calm. He said no and demanded we leave. I wont be back and that breaks my heart because I really like this store. TJ you should read the rules about Service Dogs and thank the good Lord you dont require one. A little kindness goes a long way!

Did s grocery pickup, as bd paid my 3 percent upcharge and just under $5 picking fee for the convenience.Didnt get the wine, the beer, or the cola I ordered. I ordered premade chuck patties...an eight pack. When I got home, I realized that the expiration date was the same as the pickup date!!!! Unacceptable

Love to shop there. Customer service is fantastic, store is very clean and organized. Can find what Im looking for every time. But lately there seem to be not much of different breads in the bakery of what Im use to from this store. Hoping that this will change back to before .

I went to heb early this morning and they were closed. We have been without food and water as many others, I happened to call just now to see if they had a recording with updates and someone answered she said they were closing, as I was asking questions she sounded very irritated and hung up on me, heb is our only option and we are all going through a lot but if a worker cant handle simple questions Im sure someone else more qualified can do the job much better and with a smile

Always clean and every one so friendly and I always find what I need they are always trying to keep it stock thats what I love about my HEB I always go here first before I go anywhere else 💯

The Taylor HEB is much improved in the last 6 months regarding layout & product availability. Customer service is excellent.

Oddly laid out, this was my first experience with Taylor H-E-B. It took me forever to find the bread aisle.

I drive all the way to Taylor to shop because they have very friendly staff and available things I need.

I like coming to this HEB because its closest to my house, but the people are also very nice, friendly and helpful.The only drawback to this location is it being a smaller store so they dont have as good a selection. No bulk section, natural food section or any of the choices the super HEB stores have. It would be great if they could enlarge it so they could add those things so I have an alternative to Walmart.

Ive lived here a little over a year & get so tired of their lack of stock. Vanilla mootopia is a treasure to come by, yesterday was out of asparagus & countless other items I frequently cant get.

HEB in Taylor is always a nice store. It was very busy on Saturday evening. Shelves were well stocked.

Loving Curbside. I am an at risk for Covid-19 customer. Curbside always gets my order correct and on time. If substitutions are necessary, I am always pleased with them. Thank you Curbside at HEB!

A little problem with checking out in Express but overall good.

I love the in-store coupons and some products are marked down without a coupon like the Marie Callenders Southern pecan pie 32 oz its 4.97 but when you get to the register they charge you 5.97, the computer needs to be updated thats why it pays to check your receipt.

Today I tried something new . A MANGO Margarita 😋 bottled by Rancho La Gloria . Fantastic product 👌❣️ great for our Texas warm weather .

I dont think Ive ever been in a grocery store, where every time I go in at least two to three Associates asking me if I need help finding anything. Staff is exceptional! Thank you Taylor HEB.

We love this store! They are always so courteous and knowledgeable. We shop curbside since the pandemic has started and they have always had what we needed, when we need it and know the importance of masks and social distancing. Thats awesome!!

Its not the largest HEB but its clean. A person wipes down each cart and leaves a wipe on the cart if you want to rewipe it .There are no shortages of meat or paper products. Staff members are helpful,and friendly. I like it better than the larger superstores.

I was able to shop in the comfort of my home online, schedule a pickup time, and arrived at the store when I was supposed to. A very friendly HEB staff person brought my order out and put it in my car and thank me for coming. This is the only way to shop now with the Covid! I have never had to wait more than 2 or 3 minutes for my order to be brought out. I love that they substitute at the same price as the item I ordered.

It was very busy, but cashiers can either make or break an impression, and this one was polite and never wavered on my full shopping cart.

It was packed but still very easy to manage safely and was fully stocked

I thought all HEB employees were supposed to be wearing masks during this time? I keep seeing a meat market gentleman (older gentleman, wearing white coat, gray hair) stacking meat in the coolers with his mask down around his throat. All the other employees are wearing masks properly. I believe masks help protect us.

They never have fried chicken.This store is too small for how much Taylor has grown. Ive been coming here 14 years and it was a nice place to shop. Now its always over crowded and always stock issues with items i need. Also the new employees their hiring are so inconsiderate of your groceries. I shouldnt have to ask the bagger not to destroy my food. I hope management is aware of all these inconsistencies that are happening in this store. I absolutely hate having to shop here.

Drove from Rockdale to get groceries and it was nice to see clean stocked shelves..No full but had lots of food goods on shelves compared to Rockdale Walmart

Just as good as any other HEB. Friendly staff, good prices, and they have stayed well stocked even during covid. Less crowded than Hutto HEB plus, but doesnt have some Plus options.

HEB is the best grocery store I have ever visited. All the stores are clean, the employees are always cheerful indicating that they take care of people. They give back to the community without hesitation. When a local teen, who worked at HEB in Taylor, was tragically killed in an accident this past Christmas, at least 20 HEB showed up at his memorial to show support. That is just not a grocery store but a neighbor, a friend and a family member. Thanks to all who support this type of corporate responsibility.
