I like this location. The associates are usually nice and friendly. The pharmacist is also nice and helpful. Sometimes the line is too long to check out and the self check out is not always open. I recommend this location.

I understand its hard to find employees right now so I wasnt surprised to see only two cashiers open with long lines BUT no reason for produce to be moldy and shelves empty when management could be helping with those tasks. Employees were also loudly complaining in an aisle I was shopping in.

I dont like the organization of the store, it can be confusing when walking around. It offers good selection however. Open till midnight is helpful for me, as I work night shift. Staff is okay. Not super friendly, but not bad. Thanks Kroger.

Im done with this store. Whomever is in charge of ordering inventory has no idea what they are doing. If a product is constantly sold out, and I do mean constantly, then it is clearly a popular product and you order more. For the life of me, I cannot comprehend how the person in charge of ordering inventory still has a job. They are a complete joke at what they do!

Go here frequently, but I tried calling from 7pm to go to the bottle returns and no one answered, and when they finally answered I told them about how they don’t answer and she just said “have a goodnight and ended the call” and I never got to ask my question for another half an hour when I called again and it was already 8:30 which they closed at 8

I do all my grocery shopping here and have been ordering birthday cakes here forever. I wont go shopping here during the day because it gets way too busy and waiting in line is crazy. Late night shopping works for me. The prices are great and I use my kroger card which takes ALOT of money off. The birthday cakes are wonderful by the way. Marble cake is my favorite and they always make my kids happy on their birthdays. Ive made some delicious meals from kroger foods 😊

This is my store of choice . Store is always clean and well stocked and the staff is polite and friendly.

Clean store. Bottle return is sometimes busy so I have to come back later. The bottle return machines are horrible. The self check out is not to busy and the employees are friendly. They are not stocked on some things I need. Good store though.

Ordered an assorted sandwich platter at 10a on Friday for a 7p pick up on Saturday. I arrived at the store at 740 (after never receiving a pick up email). They handed me a tray that looked like a bunch of crustless bread and deli meat thrown on the tray. I politely told the man that’s not what I had ordered. He confirms that this is what was made and he’s not sure what happened this morning. He offered to give me this tray on a discount and said he couldn’t make the correct tray because they’re only done in the morning and afternoon shift doesn’t know how to make them. The tray was needed for 8am tomorrow before the deli opens. Because of their error, I was left scrambling for a party platter for the next morning.

If your goal for the day is to shop at a place where every other shopping cart has a wheel thats falling apart this is the place to be !

Theres a lot of weird people in there. I saw a girl wearing a cape and no she was not a child. They also dont have a designated chip aisle just random stands.

Just called the Kroger bakery to order cupcakes for my granddaughters birthday party. The lady who answered the phone was very rude. Unfortunately I will be going somewhere else ( Meijer) for my purchase!!

Pick up here is useless. If I had an hour to spend at the grocery store I would shop myself. Ill just start scheduling time in my week instead of relying on an advertised service that never actually delivers what they promise. Also the grocery pick up guy Michael looks down in those with ebt cards and expects us to just tell him our pin numbers no questions asked.

I like Krogers and their prices. However, at this Kroger in Taylor, Mi. the parking is very hard to find, due to the store closing the entrances at the 1 end of the store as well as the center entrances, and focing their customers to go to the opposite end if the store to enter. If I am not in a hurry and need the exercise, it isnt so bad. Most of the time I end up going to another grocery store.

Everytime we come here the past month or two the customer service/money center is closed...dont matter if its 10am or 530 pm....open random times never consistent...

This location needs to re-evaluate their mask protocol. Customers coming in all the time with no mask doing their shopping, meanwhile there are signs out front stating masks need to be worn. Security just stands around, and should be enforcing it. If you cant wear a mask, theres curb side accomodations.

I use this store for the grocery pickup service. Ive used it since last year. It has become horribly slow. Rarely to I get the full order. Average wait time for me for pick has been 45 minutes to 1.25 hours. Ive called and talked to managers. They always seem to have some excuse. In this new world with more people using this service, kroger should add more staff.

Only self check out has change. Cashiers do not.

Used to rate this 5 stars snappy people and they changed everything management decided to raise their voice at me when i asked to take it off tryed to charge 3×s as much for a item on clearance when brought it up they got snappy (once again) i try to be very calm so i said they were trippleing the price the cashier said it rang up she cant do anything asked for it to be taken off got snappyer called management and they mouthed off at me and diddent stop till i grabed one of the original items and showed them and they did 75%off if the original item (still not what the tag said) i said no cuz the item was broken and they marked it down to what the tag said after everything i tryed to leave so many times or just take it off and leave would not recommend

This is the worst Kroger! Thay are out of so many items all the time and the lines!?!?! Forget it 4 you self lanes and 1 regular lane on a Thursday at 6pm?!?!? Ridiculous was in line at the back of the store for 20 min

I got charged a 125.25 holding fee on getting gas when they already cleared my 24.01 out of my account! I will NEVER use this gas station again. And your customer service reps need more training!

I cannot understand why it is so hard to trouble shoot a problem. My new emerald card wouldnt go though and i called and verified it had funds right there in front of the guy and he just kept saying idk i cant help you. I asked if he could find a manager that could he said theyre just gonna tell you the same thing so i left my groceries and went outside and called the manager, was connected to customer service who indeed said they didnt know and couldnt help me. So basically what was probably a key pad failure and i could have been checked out on a different register couldnt be helped, it was way easier for me to shop for an hour for no reason and kroger to turn down an over 100$ sale, and loose a customer forever. Wow im still stunned, and I went to the gas station down the street and used the emerald card without an issue.

I have to say, I was there early this morning and everything was stocked and I walked right up to an open cashier. I guess if you dont want to mess with low stock and long lines get there at 8am!

Arrived at 10:00 am for a 10:am pickup. The line of cars was around the front of the building so I attempted to cancel my order. I was given an audible sigh and was told my groceries were already picked so I just said I’d wait for my order. One and a half hours later I called again because I badly needed to use the restroom was told to come inside, not sure what the point of coming inside to use the restroom when I’m doing a contactless pickup. I had no choice, I had to use the restroom and then waited another 30 minutes for my groceries. When they came I was short 5 items with no substitutions available. So since I’d already been inside I decided to look for my own substitutions, I didn’t need to though because all my missing items were completely stocked and it took me less than 5 minutes to complete my order. This is the 4th time in a row the grocery pickup has been terrible. Not the employees fault this is completely on management. Kroger pays on average $17.64 for baggers Walmart pays a bagger on average $9 per hour. This is the reason we shop at Kroger, however the grocery pickup a Walmart is exponentially better than the Kroger pickup. I’m having a hard time justifying the extra expense to shop at Kroger when their service is not even as good as Walmart’s. I decided to raise the star rating because it’s a very nice and clean store,the grocery pick up just needs a little work. This is a new option for shopping and it’s during a pandemic so it’s understandable.

Would choose zero starts if available!!Worst experience Ive ever had in a kroger ever. Customer service employees were beyond rude! Customer service had an attitude with me, and completely disrespectful for my request for money orders.Tabitha (the customer service employee) was so rude and Becca (she said she was the supervisor/manager for customer service). They both accused me of money laundering because I had too much money to ask for money orders. And I didnt have a social security card with me?? (Who carries a SS card in their wallet!? It even says not to on the card itself, so crazy. I gave my SS # no problem since they were so adamant about it. 🤷🏼‍♀️I said Id go somewhere else if it was too much to ask for and was an issue, and they said they would report me for doing this? I had my 2 year old son with me, trying to get money orders because my husband and I dont have a bank account here. I tried to explain we sold some furniture and didnt have a way to deposit since wells fargo doesnt have a bank here, but they didnt respond or care. Just ignored me. They still showed me complete disrespect and unkindness, continuing to treat me as though I was a criminal in some way?And on top of everything else Tabytha (customer service employee) got an attitude with me when I asked about my license, (she still had it & I didnt want to lose it), her saying she would give back my ID once she gave me a receipt, rolling her eyes and getting an attitude and disrespectful tone with meBecca got an attitude with me because they charged me $50 for 6 money orders that should of have been about $5 total. When I came back and asked for a manager, Becca wouldnt get one for me and wouldnt give me the cash back... finally she did refund my $ after talking to some manager I guess(one I never saw).

When the reaches the back of the store its time to open more lanes. You have only three cashiers working, and half your self checkout lanes closed.

I will never use pick up again early in the day. Completely ignored us being checked in for 1 hour and 14 minutes. Helped every spot but ours. How do you ignore the same exact spot for over an hour and we had to call twice. Yes it was busy but that is unacceptable.

We use the Clicklist grocery pickup almost weekly.I can not say enough positive things about the Clicklist team at this location, especially Kristen.Im a millennial, and sending food back or asking for a substitution sends me into an anxious fit. Who wants to be that person, yah know?The team here are so kind and quick to make things right that if there is ever an issue (very rarely I might add, even during the pandemic) its fixed right away.Someone give these people a raise, whatever you are paying is not enough, I promise you.Seriously, this Clicklist team is the best, and I am so thankful for this service!.

Kroger is always my go to place when I need groceries. This location is one of my favorite Krogers because the staff are usually really good about keeping things stocked, have easy to read signs and I almost never need help with anything there. I can go in and out with what I need in ease. Gas station is also the best Kroger gas station Ive seen so far.

Why are your employees temps not being checked before working? Check their temps, update your sanitization chemicals. They shouldn’t say “window cleaner”!!! I cleaned my own cart off with my own Lysol wipes- due to not knowing what your spray bottle actually has in it. Be smarter about your customers and employees!Supply your customer’s & employees with proper sanitation supplies while working and shopping !!!!

Bought $175.00 worth of food from the online checklist and received $40.00 dollars worth of food due to shortages. After waiting in line for 2 and a half hours I get items that don’t go along with others to make a meal what a shame big waste of time and money. They could have alerted customers that orders would have been altered due to inventory. Instead I get a bad g surprise seriously you could have done a better job and not overwork one man carting out groceries for a line of people wrapped around the building. Poor planning on Kroger’s part for being one of the biggest chains around!!!!

Store is alright in the sense that it has what you need for the most part just messy and not very well put together.Bottle return room is a mess, floors are so sticky you cant walk, there is ALWAYS a technical problem with the machines, specially machine number 1 which they never make out of order they just make people use it and deal with the problem.Get it together in there.

This store used to be clean and stocked. Now your lucky if u can even get a sale item in stock, the day it goes on sale. Forget even getting fresh fruits and vegetables. I actually picked up a head of lettuce that was partially frozen!! How does that even happen?

Went to Seafood Dept on 5/16/2020 and they told me they don’t do the prep and bake oven ready bags anymore but yet I just got them on 5/14/2020. They said whoever did it for me on 5/14/2020 they weren’t suppose to do it and they are gonna reprimand that associate that did that forYou said Manger Michael D. I’m sorry I get it with the pandemic going on but you can’t do it one day and not do it another. Sorry but guess I’ll go back to Meijer on Pardee!

I ordered the click list and sat in line for 2 1/2 hours to get only half my groceries and unfrozen product. Never using click list here again.

I have to say the girl that works in the pharmacy department, her name is Linda went above and beyond to help me attain my medication that my insurance company didn’t want to pay for .I’m so grateful there are still great customer service people that will go Above and beyond to help someone . Love that this Kroger has the Scan, Bag, Go handheld scanner system! Being able to scan all my items as I grab them makes our trips so much faster. And with all the extra self checkout lanes this location has, we never have to wait to check out. Its cut our time in the store down by half, it feels like. Love this location!

We ordered several Easter plants this year to decorate our Sanctuary. The floral staff at the Taylor Kroger were VERY helpful and the plants were gorgeous!!! We will definitely continue to work with them in the future and we will be sure to share with others our experience with the Kroger staff.

Today I spent a good ten minutes looking through strawberries trying to find a container that didnt have at least 2 moldy strawberries. Continuing with my shopping, I walked past several employees and managers whom didnt so much as glance my way even after saying excuse me and good morning. In one aisle the two employees stocking the shelves continued their conversation around me. One of them discussed how Kroger never has certain items or sale items and that they prefer Meijer...I couldnt agree more. Come on Kroger, get it together.

Cashiers are wonderful at this particular Kroger. The fruits and vegetables are always amazing and very yummy and for the most part they usually have what Im looking for. I would rate it a 5 if there was more than one line open at a time and if they always had everything I needed. It looks like Kroger might need to start hiring some more people to work there cuz it was very very very hectic and busy tonight with only one cashier that poor girl

Pretty decent store. Always fairly clean. I wish the produce area was more spaced out because it is hard to get carts through when the employees are restocking. I only gave this store 3 stars because I have a very hard time with their ground beef products. I swear the date it always off by one or two days. The beef turns grey. I thought the first time it was my fridge so I went back and got a refund. But just recently I went back and experienced the same thing, ground beef turning grey a day before the date on the packaging. Probably wont be back to get meats again but for everything else I would go here.

Always been a good place to shop, and I love that they now have the gas station. Only point i would make against them is the employees smoking up front. Looks bad, and depending on the wind blows smoke right onto your fave as you walk in. Maybe put a picnic table or bench in the back? But great place!

Taylor store was busy on this gloomy, cold rainy day.The store was over all clean and well stocked even for the 2 day sale!Parking lot had a lot of puddled standing water but so did the curb-sides of the street. Take that with a grain of salt 🙄There was a vast display of Easter goodies to be had

Best grocery store I have ever shopped. Never wait to check out. Flows without tripping over others. Made them my exclusive store over 5 years ago when we moved near by. The employees are all great people, and I wont shop anywhere else.

This is a good store overall. However, we had a fairly bad experience tonight. The water machine was not operating correctly, so we were only able to fill our three gallon jug less than halfway. Thankfully, we didnt have to dump it, they just charged us for one gallon. I like their Free Friday coupons, I got a free bag of Peatos last Friday.

I like the free Friday deals when they offer a good freebie. Dont know if I like the expansion of the store. They need to get everything organized still and they have no parking available when I do try to shop at this store.

Never coming back. Ordered a cake a few years ago for an event & when I showed up, they said they must not have seen the order. Now, I show up for curbside pickup and Ive been waiting just to get into a parking spot for 45 minutes. Not okay.

Nice store but crowded. I had to park on a snow bank and I realized that I bent my bumper extension on my truck because I had no place to park. I guess Im irritated but will be mindful in the future. I will probably avoid the place on the weekend

Bottle room is basically a toxic waste room and getting anyone to fix a jam is dang near impossible so just open the bin door and do it yourself. The managers behind the customer service counter are nice for the most part if they are the old school faces. They have a few new management people who are nothing more then a spot filler and wont even page a bottle room clerk. That being said I enjoy seeing my neighborhood grocery store succeed and hope they get rid of the angry staff.

Ha! Great store! The face lift and remodel had paid off! I love the secondary exit that leads out the first entrance! Could have sacrificed their sidewalk for a little more room in the bottle room.

I went there to get a roast whether it was a top or a rump but all they had was a chuck roast that was loaded with so much fat. Im sure it would have tasted good but I didnt want that. I had to go to Meijer to find what I wanted

Newly remodeled store. Good deli with a great sushi chef. Only complaint is the grocery goes all the way around the perimeter of the store and its a big store after the remodel.

For it being Christmas Eve I was very pleasantly surprised that they had so many registers open I didnt have to wait at all. Only problem was they had not done anything to the parking lot so it was covered in snow.

Ive had issues with this Kroger ever since its remodel. When clicklist first started it was great ...but now you have to wait 30-45 minutes for an order only to find out its missing items and stuff you need they are out of stock on.

Pharmacy & service desk staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Not my go to store but may start using it for quick pick up shopping trips. Easy in & out.

I go to this kroger about 3 to 4 times a month. The employees there are always friendly and helpful. Plus the food is always fresh and stocked.

Fairly clean & well maintained facility. Parking lot is a bit cramped due to a shared lot with a nearby drugstore & now defunct Big Lots. Product selection is varied, offering a wide selection of name brand items as well as a store brand equivalent for most fast-moving consumer goods, although Kroger, in general, lags behind other big name markets when it comes to its produce selection. Ethic foods selection is also pleasantly varied, especially with Latin food brands such as Goya. Bottle recycling section feels a bit inadequate for the amount of traffic this store receives, which again seems to be a signature of all Kroger markets. Beer & wine can be purchased, but liquor is unavailable. Service is friendly.

I love the free Friday items. Seriously, you get to try new items and sometimes get something good for free. Just download the app and receive the free Friday deals.

I love the Taylor Krogers! Ran in around 11pm grabbed everything I was looking for and out in 25 min. Stores clean and the stockers were friendly and several asked if I needed help finding anything. Cashier was quick friendly and bagged all my groceries.

This location is relatively clean however during this visit they are under construction building a massive addition to the store so its to be understood that some of the store is discombobulated having worked in a store during a massive remodel I can understand. The sales staff is always friendly however and and helpful. The produce is fresh and their fresh cases are well stocked and also fresh. Dry grocery selection is quite good for a smaller grocery chain having all of what I needed and in some cases a bit more for me to try. Prices are about average and there are constant sales for various items, most of which will coincide with a Kroger membership card a small extra inconvenience considering it pays off in discounts on gas. My only suggestion for improvement would be to improve the parking lot layout to match up with the expansion.

Everything belonging to Free Friday is gone when you arrive. The only possible explanation is they remove those items until the coupon expires. Well done.

Great for vegans/vegetarians. Place is super huge. The only time it sucks is if youre in a big hurry because the store is so big. Checkout time is always super quick.

Stopped in for 1 item because I dont care for Lk PK Kroger. Of course the didnt have it. Stopped in the restroom before going into ridiculously long lines. Disgusting! 3 people waiting for 1 stall because the other two were. unusable. Floor was trashed. Doesnt make me want to shop for food after all that. I will drive further to a clean store.

Went in to get laundry soap.. They had a sign up that said it was $2.99. It rang up $5.99. Let the associate know its ringing up wrong and theres a sign. All she did was take it from me. Didnt change the price or anything. Walked over there and took a picture of it. Nothing.

Store is usually clean. Lines are pretty manageable. Prices are good if youre buying store brands. Kroger card makes the difference.

This is actually a pretty nice Kroger, but my review comes after a bad experience with a self checkout lady on the morning of 8/29/19. The chip reader declined my card and I knew I had plenty of money and no security issues with my card. She insisted that if I went to the other chip reader it would do the same thing. I told her it wouldn’t. She said it was on me and was so sure of herself. And sure enough I went to another checkout and it worked fine and it was their chip reader malfunctioning. The way that lady acted was plain rude. Overall it’s a decent Kroger, but that type of service is unacceptable in any establishment.

Anyways today I brought all my pop cans from home to cash in oh my goodness, bottle return area is disgusting 🤢 The😷 floor is all wet from who knows what and in big puddles, only 1 machine was working, !! there were carts filled with trash and trash all over on the tops of machines and probably 5 people plus myself were there, and the SMELL IS HORRIBLE!! And now Im not sure if Ill go back there or not! I think some one should check in there every so often to at least keep it clean and not stinking, ant EMPTY THE DAMN MACHINES MORE! WHY SHOULD A CUSTOMER HAVE TO HUNT AN EMPLOYEE DOWN TO DO THEIR JOB! SERIOUSLY!!

Tried ordering party subs for a shower and got nowhere.....nobody answered the phone the 3 times the lady transferred me ..then was transferred to a manger and they didnt even pick up ..smh ....then my call was disconnected by the front desk lady because nobody was answering...wont be doing business here again
