Disappointed. The service was great, and every other time Ive been there the food has been exceptional! This time however the Rum cake I purchased was stale and stiff. If I was closer and it wasnt late night I would have returned with it. Just disappointing.

It took receiving a gift card for this place to discover its more than Easter dinner. Had a great fresh made sandwich and a tasty broccoli salad.

Just recently started eating honey baked ham for the first time about 8 months ago and I’ve been there over a dozen times so far!!! They need to come up with new items though for people like me who has had everything! I really like how they offer a buy one get one free sandwich after filling out a survey on your receipt as well as the punch card! Just want to mention the kid with the glasses that always makes the sandwiches at this location is really polite and always does a fantastic job!

I got there about 12:30pm, there was about 10 people in line outside. I had my ham and sweet potato casserole and was driving in about 30 minutes! HBH was very well organized and extremely helpful!

The ham was good. I would not say it is any better than a Meijer ham at least not substantially. Dearborn market is my preferred. It was good, the staff was quite short in temperament and a touch rude. It could have been a bad day. I will probably come back though.I came back a year later and they had a 1/4 ham which was much better suited for my family size. This time the staff (edwardo) was super kind and helpful.

45 dollars for 4lbs ham that didnt taste any different from a 6lbs Dearborn ham you can get for half the price. I wont be going back..

Placed an order online yesterday, when I attempted to get order no one would answer the phone. After standing in line I shouldnt have I got order. Never again !!!

I watched a white couple go in and come out without masks but was immediately confronted about not wearing a mask by an employee. I had masks in pocket. I just wanted to see if I would be treated equally and I WAS NOT!

Got the Tavern Club combo meal, very good. Fast service. Drink was cold, important factor because it was hot outside 😁. Nothing bad to say. Meal was worth the price

I really like HoneyBaked Ham, but lately (the last few years) it seems like the glaze is different. Years ago you could get bits of the glaze on each slice, even without re-heating it. Now it seems to be very hard and breaks off in big chunks. When I have purchased the small packages of slices, often there is no glaze at all on the ham. For me, spending more getting ham at HoneyBaked is all about the sweet, crunchy glaze. Maybe they are putting it on too thick?

Ok the Ham & Turkeyis great every year💞, but my experience this year with the cashier was ??? Lets say putting the racist on the cash register is not the smartest thing to do especially when they made it so obvious, approving some coupons without reading it and telling others on the same website theirs are expired, and cant be used. The runners are friendly and helpful, but the cashiers are unfriendly no human awareness and I hate to say this, but very aware of color( to put it nicely). Love Honey bake ham company. Just be aware of your cashiers, they need to be friendly also. Long time Customer.

I liked the Old Honey Baked Ham way as far as products the ham still taste great !! The double smoking was awesome back in the day !!

Really great food, but they like to mess up orders. Best check it before you leave. I plan to just steer clear after the last time. I havent been there in several months, but I used to go in about once a week or so for a sandwich or a salad.

Very expensive for very small pieces. A lot of people Ive spoken to has said the same. I learned to make it on my own at home, I credited them for the motivation to do so.

The clerk explained a better bang for my buck which was great.

Excellent for lunch. The original ham sandwich is excellent, add the extra ham and its a late night snack.Not just for the holidays.....

We got our whole Christmas dinner from them this year. They sell whole roasted turkeys. We love this place!!
