Felix Cruz attended to every detail, to every question that I asked more than 100 times, offered a most generous trial period, made adjustments during the trial period as needed and was gracious thorough. He also taught my husband and i a lot about the science along the way and offered some free hearing aid adjustments to my husband about his hearing aids when he came in to my appointments. We never felt rushed. High quality product, excellent quality personalized service. I highly recommend without hesitation.r

I have worn hearing aids my entire life and have purchased from several different places. None of them came close to matching the level of customer service that I received at Cruz Hearing. I can’t say enough about the kind, helpful assistance I received from Joshua Cruz. I came to the area on vacation and realized (too late) that I had forgotten my charger. Even though I wasn’t their customer, Joshua got me fixed up and rescued my vacation. Without my hearing aids I’m nearly deaf so I was thinking I would have to abort my plans. If I didn’t live 6 hours away I would be coming to Cruz for my hearing needs.

I am 68 and have had a hearing aid since 2015, where that experience was minimal with only modest trust. My hearing was marginally better with the hearing aid than without. A month earlier in 2019 I had an exam at a different facility from the one in 2015 and had zero trust in the technician or store. Joshua had very high professionalism, expert answers to questions, extensive tests performed and the selection of aid was made with consideration of my needs. My trust is perfect over the testing and device recommended. I am hearing exceptional now. His office staff is perfect also.

I had plugged up ears and went to the Farmington Hills location. Mr. Cruz took care of the ears in the most professional way. I have never experienced an easier way to take out all the wax. I am so thankful for his help.

The cone of my hearing aid broke off while deep in the ear canal. I checked Google and found Cruz Hearing Aid Service near my home. I called and spoke to Bridgett, the office manager and she was able to get me in immediately. Dr Joshua Cruz was able to remove the cone and transmitter in short order. He then contacted the manufacturer and verified the unit was under warranty. So, within an hour of the accident I was home with the hearing aid removed and repaired at a very nominal fee. Great service and great people. HIghly recommended!

This guy is amazing. I was completely deaf for a week and came to him for help. He was able to swiftly get all the ear wax out using a camera and a tiny shovel. He makes you feel comfortable and you are able to watch the entire process! SUPER AFFORDABLE! Do not wait if you cannot hear or think you have wax stuff please call this guy.

Three years ago, I had to face the reality that my faulty hearing was interfering with my personal and professional life. I had been to several hearing centers but I never recieved the service from them that I got from Cruz Hearing Center. Very professional and extremely thorough that even included a vision ear exam and a cleaning. I cant say enough about how I was treated. Excellent.

Its not easily seen from the street, but I have always recd fast friendly service at this location.Joshua Cruz is extremely knowledgeable & possesses a kind, friendly demeanor far beyond his years.I never feel rushed & he always answers all my questions.I initially came to his dads office after hearing a radio talk show host relate how well he was treated. But this office is a convenient location between my work & home.Recently I almost decided to go with a different hearing professional after a somewhat negative experience when Felix Cruz was not available & I was treated by another person in the Farmington Hills office. He was kind & patient, but I had a problem with my right hearing aid of my first ever set & he said they were past the warranty period even though I had 6 months to go on the 3 yr warranty due to extenuating circumstances.To make a long story shorter I stopped in the Taylor office on my way home one day and while there I explained my problem and Joshua was able to resolve all my concerns & had the receiver replaced at no cost to me.I was so happy that I ended up purchasing a new 2nd generation newer Widex Evoke Fusion hearing aids that possess Bluetooth technology & an App that allows me some control over the Aids ability to help me hear in different settings & environments.I highly recommend Cruz Hearing company to anyone who wants expert, kind care & advanced technology in a Hearing Aid System.
