They are rude and against answering questions over the phone. You basically have to beg them. I was in the middle of telling the guy thank you have a good day when he just hung up.

Eric, Sue, Dave and Patrick are always top shelf. I constantly ask for pricing and they never complain, even if they seem busy at the time I call... ☺
