Fast Joe down River is a awsome dude. Second time getting exhaust serve. Put an exhaust tip on my Wrangler and fixed a rattle I had at no charge. If i ever need exhaust work Fast Joe will always get my business. Oh and When he says fast, he means it.

Live close but looked at reviews. They were good with a few not to satisfied. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. And they were great. Wife’s 2009 Malibu was loud closer to the engine. I called explained the issue he diagnosed what he thought it was . And gave an estimate. Problem was in that neighborhood. But price was a lot cheaper and they did some preventative work. Great place!

Came In with my father in law wanting work done on his new 2019 Durango r/t, owner came inside and was very polite and natural, explained what I wanted, and got exactly what I wanted, the owner Joe himself pulled the vehicle in, he worked on it himself alongside a technician as well, inspected the work, couldnt have done it better myself. Paid the bill, thanked the man, and drove off with a much louder and happier vehicle. I would fully recommend most if not all of your exhaust needs, custom or bolt on. And of course being a shop they do much more then just exhaust and mufflers, even all your preventative maintenance service needs. Thanks again Joe!!

This is that end all be all mechanic shop everything from front end and engine work too a spare tire rattling in the trunk of a car thatd you thought was broke struts. Joe and his team of power rangers will save the day.

These guys are fast and honest. My original caliper on my Cadillac seized up on me.They fixed my Cadillac CTS break caliper even when the new parts given to them were faulty after installed they took the time and running around to get me the perfect part for my car, they made sure my breaks didn’t leak and that it was safe. They spun my tires while hoisted up and did a very professional job diagnosing from the beginning. They went above and beyond for my CTS and I couldn’t be more happy. I trust these guys. They also did the flex pipe on my escape for a hell of a bargain. I’ve had my escape exhaust rebuilt so many times with ford performance and I’m Never happy after three months when it’s back to sounding like a lawn mower and that place isn’t cheap. Joe at muffler man gives you a record to for your car showing what’s been done and what could be done, These guys fixed the escape faster than ever and for a fair price, they even provided me with additional information of what to keep an eye for the future.If I had any concerns they never turn me away they always listen to me and help me out. These guys are now like family to my family. We appreciate their work, and keeping our family safe during transportation.

First off let me just say that this is my GO TO place whenever I need work done on my car. The staff is friendly, and the work that they do is phenomenal. I went in yesterday for what I thought sounded like a hole in my muffler. With a single crank of the key, the tech, Clay, assured me that it was the flex pipe; and that it was an easy fix. He was absolutely right! He showed me how worn and rusted it was before he fixed it. It was just crumbling apart. After he finished I glanced over and noticed him screwing my bumper back on. I hadnt even asked him to do it. I am very grateful and appreciative. I will always recommend this place, as well as tip and review. Oh yeah, my car is whisper quiet again!😀 Keep up the great work guys!

Clayton was the mechanic who worked on my car and was super nice as well, showed me exactly what he did and assured me that my muffler was 100% good to go. I went to the dealership because myMuffler looked like it was hanging low. After over an hour of waiting they came back and said it was going to cost $700-$800. So I went to the muffler man instead and they fixed it up for me in 10 minutes for not even close to a fraction of the price. Then showed me under my car what they did. These guys were quick and had fantastic customer service. I would definitely go back.

Had an inspection done for my suspension. They gave me an estimate for $2000, including exhaust work that I may need in the future. Contemplated getting rid of my car. Took it to another shop for a second opinion. Received a quote for half the price, and I had them specifically look at the exhaust-nothing wrong at all. Had all of the work done and my car runs and rides great. Stay far away. Calling the state today to file a complaint.

Attempted to get some exhaust work done on my truck. Told & showed the service writer EXACTLY what I needed done, and was quoted a reasonable price with a reasonable turnaround time. Apparently they misquoted me, because I got a call at the very end of when they said theyd have the vehicle done with a new estimate triple the previous one, trying to justify it be saying a bunch of unnecessary parts needed to be replaced (including parts that didnt exist on my vehicle). They said theyd try to fix what Id asked them to fix and then sat on it for 4 business days without any notification. I called them asking about it and got a mechanic who told me I was misquoted and said hed have the service writer call me back (never happened). I had to call the next morning and the response was were just too far apart on the price that THEY quoted me, still trying to justify it by saying all sorts of parts needed to be replaced.Apparently I found the Muffler Man that wont do exhaust work unless its easy.

In the past I had poor experiences at other Muffler Mans. I arrived and straight up asked how their welding is and they ensured me it was excellent and it was. Looks like OEM welds. The manager Joe and the technician Clay were amazing to work with. They worked together and worked with me to give me the sound I wanted on a brand new truck. The work was great, the customer service was amazing, and the price was outstanding. I took my truck with 60 miles on it here and I would do it again! Thank you guys, customer for life here.

Came in with some major ride issues on my ram 2500. Larry and Joe diagnosed what was wrong. They even promised to get it done in the same day.. Replace shocks and u joints and ball joints. This shop does great work. I had my exhaust fixed here and am impressed by the quality. They redid the custom cat-back exhaust and fixed several mounting brackets. No more noise, no more leaks, and it looks good.

Thought I had an exhaust leak but ended up just being rotted out. They fixed it in an hour and cost only $50. Very satisfied.

Had to take my wifes vehicle back after they changed a left front hub assembly bolts were not tightened correctly and were coming out, they did fix this problem no charge but yesterday my wife heard another noise and felt something was wrong so I checked it out and found only one lug nut tightened down one fell off and the rest were loose. If you go here for front end work double check their work for your familys safety. Never had trouble here before this incident.

First of all we went to Muffler Man on Ecorse Rd in Taylor. After quoting a price of $80 for a muffler on the phone we went up there and now the price was $125.00 for muffler then they tell us the pipes were bad from the muffler to the catalytic converter, now the price is $260. I said way too much, he brought the price down to $250.00. Left there then called Muffler Man on Telegraph they quoted me $180.00 for the total job. when we went to pick the car up the bill was $120.00, they told me the pipes were fine. nothing wrong with them. Very honest.

Great place to do business!!!! HONEST is the best word to describe these guys, even though efficient and fast are other words to describe them. My 87 year old mother took her suv to another muffler shop in Southgate, for an estimate, they quoted her a price of over $450 to replace exhaust system from converter back, I took it to these guys and total cost was $50, it had a cracked pipe and a cracked hangar, couple of welds and it was done. Hate to see anyone take advantage of the senior community, definitely pays to shop around, they will get all of my my business in the future!
