I love coming to this store! I live 40+ minutes away and always come see Zak! He is always helpful, polite, and gives the best customer service! I always leave with a smile!

Service is so slow because the 2 girls would rather discuss another employee and what shes doing than to actually ring up our phones. And the girl they was talking about is the only nice person there besides the other one that mostly works nights. So that one girl turns out is the manager. And the other one is training for management. Neither one are professional enough to even work with the public. That lady must be miserable at work and yet she smiles and tries to help everyone. So sad that bullying still exist in adults.

Sales rep lied told us that we could get a rebate for all 4 phones even helped us send them. We was like cool definitely a deal and waited for almost 2 months for 1 phone. Rebate center said only 1 line pee house hold😠😠it supposedly said it in fine print but never saw it coming. If it isnt a instant rebate dont fall for that ish... and they sent the cheapest rebate after I boutique the nice phones😠😠😠not gd business just to get commission

Went to by a new phone store was locked with all the lights on open sign on yet person locked the door and left!!!! Its noon on a friday.Update May 20 2021 11:45 the guy is in his car smoking a cigarette yells hey man you got somewhere to go my system wont work for 45 min.... Same thing they dont want to work they just come and go when they want and say under staffed or computer problems.... No it is management they have NONE!

I didnt know any of the security questions or my pin. They were very helpful and patient (only a little judgmental lol) while I figured out what I needed to do. I walked away with everything I need and never felt frustrated in any way by the service.

Just went in tonight to get 2 phones and transfer service. It took a bit of time to go through everything but Rebecca And MarcAnthony were very attentive and talkative. They apologized for the time it took and were very nice throughout the whole experience. I cant review Metro pcs as a whole yet...but Im mainly reviewing my experience with these guys tonight. About 2 months ago Metro came in and revamped this stores staff. Since then I have nothing but great experiences.
