If I could chose 0 stars I would. I have never had a pleasant experience at the Fastenal on Wade Hampton in Taylors but today was especially bad. I walked in immediately sensing I wasnt welcome, the employee behind the desk was not eager to help whatsoever, as if I was inconveniencing him by being a paid customer. I finally got him out of his chair to help me and after finding what we need he offered me a box of 50 of the bolts that I specifically told him I only needed 4 of. Finally, we found my bolts and as I was cashing out he finally decided to tell me that the deposit had already went to the bank (20 minutes before closing) and that I couldnt pay cash. I left empty handed and supremely dissapointed. Thats not way to run a business and the individual working needs to realize he lost Fastenal a customer for life.
