Great customer service is what you can expect from D&L in Taylors, South Carolina. The name of the gentleman who helped me today is Orlando. I purchased a 2-ton split system Trane. He helped me load my vehicle and he was very pleasant to speak to. These systems are very nice and also very expensive. And Im glad they go above and beyond to make sure that I have everything I need or that my client is very well taken care of. Its obvious that they think beyond the sale and they treat you like family and they care. Its definitely a better experience then other supply houses that I have to go to from time to time. If youre local to the area and you have your licensing to sell equipment, check out what these guys can do for you. They are knowledgeable and they sincerely care about what youre doing with your clients and will go the extra mile to help you help your clients.

I will be coming here again next time I need a part. I thought I had diagnosed the problem with my washing machine so I called to ask if they had the part in stock. The man on the phone asked me what the machine was doing and told me he thought it was a different part. I took his professional opinion and purchased the part he suggested. He saved me about $100 and my machine is working fine!

We have used services twice for replacing our home appliance parts and cannot believe the great service. Orlando orders exactly what we need, it is at the store within 1-2 days, and he calls us when parts come in. The prices are cheaper than ordering online and all employees are very nice. When something breaks in your home, consider looking up the part number and ordering from D&L.

After having to deal with Frigidaire Parts directly to secure a new display for my refrigerator, receiving the part (which was packed loosely in a large box with untaped bubble wrap around the part), and finding, as I tried to install it that it was missing a connector board, I gave up on the manufacturer and discovered D&L Parts. Orlando and Robbie really calmed me down by getting me a new part (not one that had been returned like Frigidaire had sent me) in two days. They opened the box (it was bubble wrapped taped and, guess what, it was held safely in the box by styrofoam holders -- which told me it was new and not returned. Most importantly, it had the connector board in there. Got it home, it worked perfectly and I was so pleased with their service. Will always go back to D&L Parts. Great people, Great service and very Knowledgeable!!!

Needed a thermostat part for our dryer. These guys went above and beyond to get us the part, educate us on why the part went bad, how to install it, and taught us a work around we could do to make our dryer work until the part came in. Friendly, knowledge and quick...I ordered a part on Friday and received a call on Monday morning letting me know it was in. The price for the part was $20 cheaper than their competitor and it was a genuine Whirlpool replacement part. I will go nowhere else.

Ordered parts for my broken dryer. They were in by 9 the next morning. When I went in to purchase I was short a dollar and some change and he let me buy them anyway. Kind guy. There was free popcorn too! GOOD popcorn.
