I went in today to have my tires rebalanced and I am very happy with the gentleman who did the service. He was very friendly, and kind. I didn’t catch his name but he definitely was a sweetheart!

Came in to check tires and found a screw in my tire. They replaced it for free even tho they forgot to replace custom valve caps back on my tire.. but friendly staff.. great training.. he could of just put air in my tire and let me go but he didnt

I was on way home and warning came up for air in tire and it was going down fast I was about 10 minutes from home stopped to put air in I could hear the air coming out so I put air in it and started towards home . It was almost 5 on a Wednesday and I realized I wasnt going to make it I saw the discount store and pulled in . After looking at it it definitely had a puncture no nail or anything in it but a hole . Since I was a walk in I was looking at about 90 minutes . I was like Ill just air it up and get home and deal with it another way but the guy that was helping me was like well I dont want you to do that so give me about 20 minutes Ill have it done and It was less than 20 . Beyond anything he was required to do for me . Super nice staff and beyond impressed with over the top service

Got tires her for 2 different cars and they were great. But the guy that was helping me with the third car said...they couldnt get the full set of cheaper tires...and were trying to hard sell me expensive tires.

Got me in within an hour of calling ahead to pull a screw out of a low pressure tire, went the extra mile and rotated all 4 tires while I was there, in and out in under 30 minutes.

Awesome crew and service! Manager at this location help us so much. We wanted 6 tires for our Dodge and they 4 and we planned purchasing 6 and returning when they got the other 2 in . By the time we got there the manager sent someone to get the other 2 from another store. Amazing service and help from the whole crew there. And the price was under 1000 with warranty! Cant beat that price anywhere, we look!! Definitely our tire store, thanks a bunch!

Have taken my car there 6 times because tire sensor keeps going off.Told them to change them but they wont so I lose more money taking back and forth .

This USED to be my go to. Im done with discount tire after today. I understand safety protocols, i understand being professional. A very small pinhole leak cost me a new tire because i just needed to know if it actually had a leak. Didnt want to have to purchase a new tire. I should add, the tire they replaced barely had 10000 miles on it. Specs are well within reasonable range. I will never do business with you again. You did manage to get one last sale out of me though. They explained once the fire was off the car they couldnt put it back on the car. It wasnt a problem except for losing a little air once in a while. Had i known, i wouldve just kept putting air in it. Poor business practice in my opinion. And they scratched my rim and didnt even wipe the rim afterwards.

My husband became too ill to take our car in for the rotation & balancing of our car tires . He told me to call discount tire and make an appointment, so I did . I have never had to worry about this kind of thing so I was a little nervous about now taking on this new responsibility. The day I took the car there it was raining a hard downpour wind was terrible& it was cold( feb.) I pulled up by the door as I dint know if I was supposed to pull into a bay or not . Well I’m 73 Yrs old and hate getting my hair ruined in the wind & I rain so I’m struggling to get out of theCar & here comes this nice young man to help me, he held my door open from blowing shut and opened the store door for me . He was so friendly & kind telling me to sit down and he would get my car into the bay& it would be about a half hour wait . He came & checked back on me and when my car was done he pulled it up to the front of the store doorway, came in & told me that he would help me to the car, reminded me to get my purse & my umbrella ( which I almost forgot, walked with me to the door . Opened my car door holding it from blowing away in the wind & then shut the door . I wish I would of gotten his name but with the weather so bad I didn’t . But they have this old lady customer for the rest of my life . Thank you discount tire in Kearns, Utah for such great customer service !

I will never go there again! I went there cause I had a nail in my tire and they said they “fixed” it well come to find out they didn’t do anything!! I had to have my work actually fix my tire cause it still had the nail it. This place is nothing but liars!!!! I gave them one star cause I had to in order to leave the comment.

We got new tires for my husbands car and at the time they informed me that one of the rims was slightly bent and that it might slowly leak. The guy also let me know that when we bought a new rim to just bring it back and they would swap it out for free. I thought this was a nice offer at the time.The tire didnt leak at all for several months so I thought maybe he had been mistaken, but sure enough we started to have to fill it up once a week. We finally purchased the rim and called them up to schedule an appointment. I told them of what the employee had said to me and they said to bring it in and they would see what they could do. They charged me $29 to switch it out, but didnt tell me until the end. This was beyond frustrating to me because I had a friend that would have done it for $10.We got the car home and when we woke up the next morning we went outside to get ready for a trip we were going on and the tire was flat! We called them up and let them know and they said to bring it in and they would see what went wrong. So we had to go spend $13 on fix a flat to get it so it would drive, then we drove it back to the shop.They said something was wrong with the stem so they would have to replace it. They then went on to accuse children in our neighborhood of messing with the tire overnight. We have 4 vehicles in our driveway. Our neighborhood which has basically no crime, just so happens to get hit by a band of rowdy kids that decide to flatten the one tire they fixed the day before? The absurdity in their accusation was astounding.I do not recommend these people. They are dishonest, make wild accusations, and then dont even reimburse you for their mistake.

I drove up to the side of the building, a guy came out within 15 seconds and checked my tire pressure. No issues, just a faulty check-light, cost me nothing. Thank you very much.

Im doing a road trip. I had two worn out front tires. Justin was awesome with options! Totally the price I was looking for. In and out the door in under an hour. Very comfortable lobby! The other staff was very attentive as well. They have my return business.

I’ll admit I was bugged at first because I thought I wasn’t getting serviced in time. Turns out it was their safety Covid procedures. All in all my non appointment trip to get my tires rotated was quick and easy and I stayed in my car the whole time. Very impressive. Quick and easy lemon squeezy!

I went in to get air put in my tires. One of the workers told me to drive around and they would assist me. Well i waited about 10 minutes for the car in front of me to get their tires filled and no one came out. I finally left and went down the street to Les Schwab. After I was done there I passed by Discount and saw the same car there waiting. It wouldnt be so irritating if they were actually busy and didnt have a bunch of workers standing around talking and 2 cars in the bay.

When you find a place that talks you out of spending more than u absolutely need to, you know youve found a honest, safe, and fair place for tire work. Shaun Gerber couldnt safely fix my tire, so I prepared to buy a new one and had my mind made up till he explained why it wouldnt be the smartest outcome. He found a very nice used tire, almost equal to my $200 weathereadys, that will wear and drive the same as the other 3 tires. Highly recommended...

Recently bought 2 brand new tires from here. They gave me no indication it would be about a 2 hour wait for them to install the tires after I already swiped my card. No problem, theres a Rancheritos next door.Whats worse came in the next day. Turns out they didnt properly tighten the lug nuts securing the wheel to the vehicle. After driving for a short time, the lug nuts started to come loose and my car started to make an awful knocking sound as the wheel bounced around. It was a good night, Im hoping they didnt damage the threads binding the lug nuts.

Discount Tire is the best. They helped my young daughter get new tires for her first car and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They treated her in a kind and professional way and her new ride has a good set of tires now.

They treated my wife with respect even without me there and everytime I go I am treated like I own the place. They have a kids corner which kept my 2 kids entertained as well as free coffee/ hot cocoa and water.

Didnt have enough on me for a new tire and they couldnt find a used one that was the right size . My tire was in desperate need of changing and was unsafe to drive on. They lowered the price for me so I could get the new tire. Great first experience with these guys, thank you Shaun for caring about my safety.

Discount tire was great. The nice kid that did my tire found the tiniest nail that was causing the leak. They repaired it free of charge. Did not push us into buying new tires even though the car needs them. And they explained every thing so my daughter and I could understand. We will buy the new tires there.

So, my wife drove to the station to fill up her car and wonders why it had knife cuts in it?!I told her calmly that by driving on a flat tire the weight of the car on the wheel will cut the tire when you turn and run over the rubber tire.She said, OH!So, we took it down to Discount Tire and for $15 bucks we had a new $100 tire put on. I come here anytime I need to get work done involving my tires. The workers are very friendly and helpful. They explain everything to you completely, and are willing to answer any questions you have. I recently had to buy new tires and the worker walked me through some comparisons of different tires so I could make the decision that was best for me.

I had a flat that needed repair, I went into the shop with only 5 min to closing, without complaints they got right to work. These men went above and beyond to get my tire fixed so that I could make it to work on Monday. As a home health nurse it was very important to get back on the road quick. After sharing my feedback with manager of this location he went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. If they do something wrong they make it right and use it as a teaching moment for the staff so they can improve upon the customer service experience. I will definitely continue to go to Discount Tire and I would recommend them to others.

I’ve had a good experience with Discount every time I’ve gone in. I had an issue once with what I though was a slow leak in my tire. They took a look and found it was a rust issue on the rim. They took the initiative to buff the rust away and fix it so that when they brought my car back it was all good to go. They’ll take care of you if you buy tires from them. Idk what they would make you pay for if you hadn’t purchased their tires but I have and I’ve never regretted it.

Since Discount Tire does business with Synchrony Bank, financer of their credit card, I’ll post my review since Synchrony doesn’t actually have a site except to make payments of course.I called and asked for my payoff, obviously payoff meaning all balances including fees because why would that be separate? Lady gives me something called a “promotional balance” claiming it’s a discount and balance would be paid off in full no hidden fees and 0 balances. ( I made sure to ask because of the line of business I work in) she assured me a thousand times over that my balance was zero absolutely nothing left for me to pay. I pay and check the account a few days later to make sure and there’s still $200 showing owing, so I call and a guy tells me they are the balances including insurance and any late fees and interest fees😳 saying the $430 I paid was only the principal balance. Insurance? What insurance? Exactly, I wasn’t told that. He says call them and they can maybe refund at least $49 of the $200 because it’s their fees, I called and they said we’ll refund you $10 they also added more interest after I so called paid the balance. My husband calls argues with Synchrony and pays the $200 a few days later the $200 payment isn’t showing in their system but it’s been taken from the bank account so now we have to call and see why and they’re not open today. Bottom line, if you want to be scammed by Synchrony go through Discount tire. They’re so shady Walmart has a pending lawsuit against Synchrony because of fraud when they used to manage the Walmart credit cards for Walmart.Synchrony is the worst company we’ve ever done business through and they’re scammers!! They don’t want to work for you but steal your money and destroy you through these merchants and credit bureaus.
