First off, I will caveat this by saying I understand this is a beauty supply store meant for those with a beauty license. I do not have a license and I’m sure they get people all the time wanting to purchase something without a license.Over the last few weeks my company has been raising funds for a four year old with leukemia who is losing his hair. As part of the fundraiser I committed to shave my head in solidarity and to help this four year old feel less alone. This morning was the day we were scheduled to shave my head on a National sales call at 9am. Driving in to work at 8 am we discovered we didn’t have a hair cape. Most every beauty store is closed at 8 am, SalonCentric was open. I called and explained the situation and asked if I could simply buy a basic hair cape even though I don’t have a license. The employees response was sorry I can’t help you and that maybe I should try Sally Beauty supply. I mentioned all other stores were closed and we really only needed a $10 cape. Still, the employee said “I’m sorry, I can’t do anything”, zero understanding or compassion.I don’t shop this store as I’m obviously not in the beauty business but was extremely disappointed in the lack of humanity or compassion for the situation.

The staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable and go above and beyond for me every time Im in there they are super friendly and you carry some of my favorite products I use in my shop..

The girls went out of their way to get me things ordered that I needed!!! Thx for the Great service!!!😊

My favorite location! The girls here are so nice and super helpful, they go above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer!My daughter broke her leg and I couldn’t leave the house so I sent in my sister to get some supplies for a color I had and Nicki got everything ready for my sister to pick up, it was such a relief knowing she was getting the right products and that Nicki had it all ready when she got there.

I love the employees at this location. I doesnt matter what day or what time you go in, they are friendly, welcoming, helpful but not over the top. I think this may be a good sign of management!
