Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We are new to gaming, and they went above and beyond to help us find some stuff that we loved. They even gave us the online sale price for the games we purchased, and they helped us straighten out some issues with our membership account, and honored some coupons that we had missed. Overall, very satisfied.

Most Gamestops are the same, but this one is special. I have 3 Gamestops close to my house, and I always choose to go to this one. Jerry has been personable, knowledgeable, and the reason I keep coming back. I have pre-ordered many Funko pops, and I have bought many video games from this store. I have yet to have a bad thing to say about the place. Its clean, organized and its one of my favorite spots to come in when we are running errands or just want to browse. Thank you Jerry and team for making this a great place to shop!

I wish I had caught the name of the man who helped me, but I was in a rush and didnt think to check. I came in on my lunch break to see if they had a game that came out only to find it hadnt garnered enough interest to have copies in the store. He was very helpful and suggested multiple methods for me to get a hold of it and I truly appreciate the time he took. Next time I need something it will definitely be a first stop.

Asked for three different products that werent available even though there was boxes on the shelves. I dont feel like this was the employees decision it definitely felt like a higher up decision. Employees did their best to help. Ill just buy it online. GameStop is only valuable if I can get things day of. If I have to wait I might as well just order it and not bother leaving the house

I was looking for a specific Nintendo Switch controller and they had it! I tried calling Target, Walmart, and Best Buy with no luck. The Gamestop staff member I interacted with was very friendly and informative. That employee you was definitely in the right place, they seem to like what they do.

I love Gamestop. Any one I go to, they staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. They even give great advice like...you will get more for your Xbox or game selling it on your own. Just for that advice....I keep going back.

Sign says 10 guests are allowed inside. 4 guests were inside cashier would not allow myself and 2 minor children inside. Out of 4 games we tried to purchase that had cases on the self they did not have a single one of those games in stock.

Though the didnt have quit what I was looking for they had great costumer service.

The employees were awesome! They knew what we were looking for and helped find things we didnt even know existed. I also got to pre order what I have been looking for over a year.

I liked it. They had some good stuff. What I was looking for was out of stock so I settled for an alternative. It worked out and Im pleased with my purchases. I have the Power Play card. The deals I get with it are a huge plus compared to online. Nothing has broken yet, so Im ready to buy more!

Only needed to buy some electronic accessories sold only at gamestops or online stores twice. Both times staff on duty was great at talking about the products we were buying and didnt push any extra subscriptions or clubs that the store offers. Easy in and out purchases with no hassle

I was in this store tonight and my 5 year old was being less than enjoyable. When your child is running around a store throwing a level 10 tantrum it’s absolutely humiliating. I wish I had gotten the name of the employee working tonight because he was hands down the most amazing person I have ever met. My husband took our son outside to calm him down. I brought my game up to the counter and apologized for my son’s behavior. He laughed it off. Obviously he has kids so he gets it. When my husband and son returned he gave my kid a very sweet and polite spiel about how he needed to be good for his mom and dad and told him if he was good he had a present for him. At that point he pulled out a stuffed pig. I don’t really know if he fully understood how much his compassion meant to us but it turned our experience from an embarrassing 10 minutes to a moment well never forget. Please make sure this man knows how thankful we are for reminding us that there are GOOD people in the world.

These dudes rule. I got off work and wasnt sure anywhere would be open for me to pick up a game on release. Walmart was downright rude, and when I called these guys they kept the store open late to accommodate me even when they would have already been getting ready to go home. They still had smiles on their faces and were happy and talking to me like it was no big deal.

Did not have anything that I asked for. And they are advertising on line for the stuff that I was asking about.

Its clean I just cant find the games for my systems.

Bought A brand new PS4 paddle, it wouldnt connect to our PS4, when I told Pete at this store in Taylorsville(were I bought it) he told me he couldnt give me a refund only $18.00 store credit (paddle cost $78.00) he said once its open they have to sale it used for $49.00. Have the receipt and box in perfect condition. Wont ever shop there again!!!!!! Giving one star only because I cant post this without one.

We came to this store to get help with our VR headset, but the guy here wouldnt even let me finish my sentence before he cut me off and told me he wouldnt help me. Needless to say I called the store on 4000 west and the guys there are wonderful and willing to help.

The employees are very helpful! They do always tell you about promotional offers or pre-paying for games. (Part of the job) However if you say no, they except it! They have no problem with my 3yr old (who knows how to play every system out there) playing their display games while my husband is shopping. Always respectful!

Large location with a huge amount of extra general merchandise like shirts, Funko, marvel legends, Fallout Energy weapons and Power Fist. Great customer service and wide variety of deals always going on. Recommend this location to anyone.

Gamestop has a good selection of new and used games, and a nice selection of other game related toys, I enjoyed shopping there and saw lots of things that will draw repeat business from me.

It is the only store I go to anymore there all ways the best with helping me and great with kids. Great employee.

The games are over priced, and trade in credit is laughable but the staff here makes it worth going to for used games. They really go above and beyond with trying to help you find the items youre looking for.

We brought in our Xbox to trade for a switch. We cleared it before we got there and the front desk guy was extremely condensing. We brought it in the original box as well, and asked if h could throw it away (since we were buying a switch!) He told us he didnt have a garage big enough for it..... I know you made a lot of money off of us, and I also know what your back stock looks like. He also talked down to some of the other people in the store as well. It was just odd.

There was a trade in deal going on for an xbox 1x and basically every other Gamestop in the valley was out of stock. They had to work some magic but they were able to make the deal work for me and I didnt have to keep driving/calling around. The employees were very friendly and you could tell they were having fun working together despite it being super busy (because of the many great deals that were going on that day). Ive had very positive experiences with Gamestop in the past and this location went above and beyond.

Weiredest experience ever. 1st suprised how many people were in there even though OPEN sign was off. 2nd the employee in the middle of the conversation walked away and started organizing games after confirming they had nintendo switches, and after convincing me to get the case and screen protector. I would have grabbed it and taken it up to the register myself but it was locked. So after a few minutes i left... like WTH? why did he decide to organize games mid conversation??

In a world where online shopping is becoming king, physical stores with real people you can talk to is becoming invaluable. I ordered a console online from gamestops website and it arrived damaged from the wearhouse. The shipping box was pristine but the console box inside had some obvious damage. I tried getting it exchanged through the online customer service and they wanted me to pay shipping and that was unacceptable. Frustrated I went into this store and Cole immediately sympathized with me, and exchanged it. Good customer service needs to be recognized and this gamestop deserves it!
