Im very upset with this place. They charged my grandmother twice one time for 206$ and another for the eye exam 70$ but before we checked out my grandmother said whats the amount bottom line and she just said 206$ but then told her to slide her card twice without saying for the eye exam. I feel scammed plus I brought my own frames so 276$ is pretty steep. I couldve went to Americas best got two pairs with new frames for about 200$. Would not recommend

Great experience. Jen the technician was very helpful and the Doctor that is in every Monday was very good as well.

Doris was amazing! She was very thorough with explaining things and gave me space to choose the frames I wanted. She was very helpful with my desires in lens choices. Over all very professional in listening to my desires. Excited to get my glasses in a few days.

Dont go here!! Dr is great I love him hes the reason I kept going there but the rest of the staff terrible.First of all mask mandate was lifted over 60 days ago. Mandatory mask at this location temperature was taken whole thingThen they screwed up on my prescription. I have not been able to wear my glasses but will they fix them? No way its been more than 60 days. Oh but you might need an exam its been more than 60 days your prescription may have changed. It hasnt been that long just a few months. I dont need another prescription. These guys screwed up on getting it straight. Their mistake but will not fix it. $250 down the drain.

The eye doctor here, Dr Smithson, was the most unprofessional optometrist Ive ever visited with. As soon as I sat in his chair, Dr. Smithson handed me a business card/slip of paper that had a website listed that was for some covid conspiracy group. I awkwardly tried to sway the conversation away from talking about that, but he was obsessed and wouldnt drop the topic for the next half hour. So I had to hear him rant about how the CDC is a scam, weve had a cure for covid but the government elites dont want to release it, kept talking about Ivermectin, and how he loves supplements (ironic when I mentioned that supplements arent regulated, but vaccines do go through rigorous safety/efficacy trials). This dude was a complete conspiracy nut, and I didnt trust the prescription, so I demanded a refund the next day, complained to the Walmart management at that location, and immediately set an appointment for my old eye doctor.

This eye center is a joke. Waiting an eternity for reorder and picking up is absolutely ridiculous. Im not sure if the employee knows what she is doing, takes forever!!!!

Dr. Was very kind and took time to ask questions about my hobbies to see what would be the best fit. Tore a contact lens and came back to get prescription for glasses, and they replaced the contacts for me. Would visit again, for being in walmart i was very happy with service. Thanks Dr. Smithson

Amanda was very professional and very helpful with my family. She is an example of great customer service and she is well trained.

Went to the Dr. on staff and he prescribed a new prescription. When I received the new glasses they are much worse than my old glasses. And the lady that helped me was absolutely terrible. I was surprised they didnt even check to see if the glasses they had received where correct. Its hard to tell you how disappointed I am. Im hoping that I can have them fixed/ changed at another Walmart store.

Dr. Smithson is an amazing OD. The staff was Kahlid by himself, and was very friendly. I would recommend Dr. Smithson to anyone looking for a personable, efficient and knowledgeable OD.Very friendly guy .

Ive been seeing Dr. Smithson for a couple of years now. Ive never felt rushed through and unlike other ODs that Ive been to, he always spends time reviewing my charts so he can adequately follow up on prior visits. Hes always taken time to listen to my unique vision problems and done his best to help find a solution that works for me.

Great place. Just that one lady makes it hard to be there. Shes snappy, rude, and forceful.

The staff has horrible customer service skills, and i would highly suggest to never come here.
