Its a good place to shop but most of racks are so tight and hard move clothes.

Prices are barely less than the cost of brand new items and they are dingy items. On top of it you have to pay if you want a bag! Give me a break! If youre going to go here to get used items and pay sometimes even more than you would for new stuff, then just go to Ross or Burlington and get a much better selection and you dont have to pay for the bags. Prices should be about half what they are for the used, mediocre items.

Order was perfect. Food was perfect temperature. Drive thru Associate was knowledgeable about options for both adult and kid menu, and pleasant. She offered sauces and gave sufficient napkins. I love it when they do that.

I used to shop at Savers all the time when we lived closer. We moved a good ways away, but I decided to make the trip tonight because I wanted to find some jeans. After trekking out there and finding a selection of items to try on, I was told there is no dressing room, but that I could purchase and return any items that dont fit. So I purchased several pairs of jeans, knowing I only needed a couple, to see which ones would fit best. I tried them on in my van, and returned a few moments later to return the ones that didnt fit. Thats when I was told they wouldnt be able to refund the items, or even give store credit. They said we could make an exchange, but considering they were closing in 5 minutes, and its a long drive for us, that wasnt reasonable. Basically, they will only take your money and never give it back no matter what. What sort of store refuses refunds? Especially one that wont even let you try anything on?? Unfortunately for them, I wont be shopping at Savers ever again. Thanks for ruining my night.

Good selection, a few treasures, mostly clothes and household.

We were greeted at the door but that was all the interaction we got from any of the store associates. Even when we were checking out there was no real conversation outside of telling me my total. They had a good selection of everything, but I miss when they did the book deal where you bought 5 and got 1 free. Regardless, the prices are good. The store didnt smell extraordinarily clean either.

This store is not as well organized as other savers in the SLC area. th general staff are very pleasant but I have dealt with 2 manager that were quite rude and unhelpful

It boggles my mind how a place can go from getting donated things to help low income families/people to getting donated things and turn around and sell it for more than they are worth. I didnt enjoy my shopping at all...

Well excuse me! I took a special trip to donate a baby stroller. Was sent away because the donation dock was closing in 15 min. Wow! Only one item and didnt need a receipt. I came home took a picture and put it on KSL in the FREE section. Someone is making a special trip to come pick it up. Much easier and they are very happy to get it. Bye Savers

I did like this Savers location however pricing did seem to be on the higher side much like what Goodwill does which is totally unfortunate!If it’s the only or closest thrift store to you, I would shop here and not worry about it.Shop deal days and ask what color clothes stickers are on sale on which days!

I had a reciept survey but didnt pay attention to the 7 day time limit.... However, I wanted to give a shout out to CONNIE. She is absolutely amazing, she is so friendly and so nice she always says remembers me and says hello! I love this Savers. I have found so many great items here, if I need something specific I can usually find it. The store is clean, the prices are great, and the staff is awesome. If you think the prices are too high look for the sale color they are 50% off.

Quiet, friendly, cheap place

I don’t understand how a thrift store that gets all of their items literally for free can turn around and try to sell their inventory for the astronomical amounts they have them listed for. I go to thrift stores often and Savers is by far the most ridiculously overpriced thrift store. You’re not saving anything by going here.

This place has went down hill the past year or so. Why does a place that gets all their products from donations need an armed security guard? The staff is rude and treats you as if you are gonna steal from them.

Usually I am like a kid in a candy shop when I go into savers but today I was rather disappointed their inventory has dwindled down to pretty much clothing only they have very few electronics they have very few tools and not much furniture at all I went in looking for a battery operated wall clock they didnt have a single one of those so I know that its well worth the drive to go to the other discount store place I wont mention it by name but everybody knows what Im talking about its pretty sad when they cant keep up with the competition so I will think twice before I shop there again Im sorry to say.

The staff are helpful and friendly, but the pricing is not the best. Prices are Too high for the clothes. I thought it being second hand would be a bit more cheaper but you’ll find shirts with 6/10 quality for $10 or just pricing that is not worth it. Would much rather then buy from Ross.

I dont know who is pricing their stuff, but I know for a fact they had an item from Dollar tree priced at $5. It was ridiculous. It made me suss of anything else for sale there.

Imagine walking around a thrift store, browsing and deciding what to buy, JUST TO BE ACCUSED OF SHOP LIFTING . not to mention the poor customer service. NONE of the cashiers knew a simple answer to a simple question . will never be coming back to this location. you guys are pathetic.

The Taylorsville Savers location was terribly unprofessional, unhelpful, unorganized, impolite and ill suited to receive ANY donations trying to be made. I have never had a good experience at this location. Dont waste your time at Savers in Taylorsville

This is a pretty good Savers. But of all the ones Ive been to In The Valley it probably has the least quality of selection. The staff there are very nice. The store itself is kept clean for the most part. . The retail space that its in., the whole shopping center, is pretty run-down. . But our family finds good things for us to use and Ive also found some decent items to resell as well.

I didnt really care for that Savers in Midville,Utah...the manger was kinda funny to me. I tried to reason with her on a prize..she wouldnt...

Me and my boyfriend used to shop here regularly at least 1-2 times a week until tonight when out of the blue for no apparent reason we were asked to leave and never come back, when we asked why they didnt give us a reason just that they wanted us to leave and not come back. They didnt accuse us of stealing so Im very confused why they wanted us to leave. We dress a little different than most people and feel like we where discriminated against. We are not rude or disrespectful to anyone. I have spent allot of money in this store. I think the new managment people are discriminatory and disrespectful and are a disgrace to society for being judgemental

The staff here puts a ton of work into maintaining the cleanliness and organization of items which is wonderful when you are shopping. To will always find some kind of hidden gem in these stores. My daughter has found many cameras and this is my go to place for books. They have the best selection of books of all kinds. Every location is very clean and the staff is consistently courteous and helpful.

Let me start by saying that I drive past 2 other savers just to go to this savers and the reason why is the team that is here. Teresa is always so pleasant and fun. She handles every customer with a smile. And the way the staff works together its like they all are very close and love working together.

I like this savers. The staff can sometimes be uninviting. And its not always the cleanest but sometimes the ghetto looking thrift stores often yield the best finds.

Savers always has good finds. However, their prices are a little higher than other thrift stores out there. It never keeps me away though!

I have been going there for years! I absolutely love to find gently used stuff. My husband says I never truly buy anything there... I just kinda rent it for a while then I redonate it for someone else to enjoy!

This location is very well organized. Sizes are clearly marked and easy to find. Great options for women and men. Current books in good shape and magazines too. Some of the brands that I saw were Columbia Outfitters, Christopher & Banks, Precision, Liz, Etc

This specific Savers has the most awesome employee team; supervisor team and management team.They are 100% flexible, understandable, respectful, and completely on your side. I cant be more grateful to have this opportunity to work with such an amazing people.

This place is just great! They have a good selection of book, very interesting knick knacks and a bunch of nice clothes. Smaller mens sizes are on the dull side. Great place but it seems prices went up up and up and i thought it was a second hand store but there charging full price for used things.

Shop there for my work pants tired of paying 30.00 dollar or 40.00 dollar for pants ill have painted or hole in them from my kind of work. So reasonable for pants and other things you may need

This location lost a few very loyal customers tonight. Normally me and my family shop at almost all of the utah locations but tonight was just totally unacceptable. As we walked up to the store with a reusable savers bag full of clothes to donate we accidentally entered through the wrong entrance we went to the one meant for cars. As soon as we walked through the door we got attitude from the donation attendant. We had to address him 3 times to get him to turn around and acknowledge us then he threw a tantrum because I wouldnt donate my reusable bag that I had just bought a week ago specifically for savers trips. He rudely emptied the bag into a trash bin and shoved my bag back at me then attempted to grab me by the arm and told me to come outside with him so he could explain something to me I refused to go outside so he opened the door and very rudely explained that I was at the wrong entrance. I told him I wouldnt have had to come inside the wrong entrance if there was either someone outside by the bins or if he had been paying attention he could have simply opened the door and helped me but evidently that was too hard. I then told him I didnt want the donation coupon I was supposed to get for donating since it gives me 20 percent off my purchase I just wanted him to drop his attitude thats when things got way out of hand he accused me of having the attitude. I walked off to start looking around the store and he told me not to bother looking around he was refusing service to us. I ignored him and continued walking through the store as him and a manager insulted us the entire time we were in the store and glared at us while threatening to call the police because we wouldnt leave. No one had even asked us to leave. Right before we left I went to the cashier and asked for my donation coupon or my donated items back and thats when she informed me that the attendant is actually the big boss or the head honcho. Lie. If he was a manager then he should at least wear a name badge or identify himself when theres an issue like this. What a sorry excuse for a manager an overgrown child just looking to pick fights with customers.

A little dingy, but its a thrift store. I dont go to Savers often, as I find them to be highly overpriced on a lot of their items. Seriously, I found a shirt there that I had at home and it was more expensive than the sale price I bought it for new. That being said, you can still find deals on some items, if you have a good amount of extra time on your hands.

I love going to Savers. That is what i like to do for fun because Im disabled and i go there to get my exercising walking using the shopping carts. I love talking with the workers and going through all stuff.

Ive been a Savers customer for a long time and have been very satisfied. But it seems to me that their prices just keep getting higher and higher. Probably because they have adopted new programs, but I think I am done. There are other alternatives out there that I will be checking out.

As far as Savers goes, this one seems to be going downhill faster than a fat kid chasing the ice cream man. Bunch of junk for sale and the prices keep going up. I saw a jacket in there today for $49.99.....seriously?? If you happen to be in the area then stop by just for the people watching, but in no way would I go outta my way to shop here. Employees are all pretty cool though, better than most of their other stores.

I love shopping here discounted clothes at great prices.. occasionally some things are over priced especially for a second hand store. The clothes are very well organized and easy to find the only times I seem to see clothes in wrong sizes or spots is when customers move them... Being able to shop form home, bath, bed, clothes, shoes, and accessories with items changing daily you never know what your gonna find its always an adventure at Savers

Im a single guy and a student. I was able to find all sorts of things for my apartment. Anything from bowls to pots, a big cup to hold chicken noodles and other things that wouldve cost me triple at Walmart or so... oh! Best item was a heavy duty commercial frying-non stick for just a few bucks!. Those suckers are expensive at kitchen supplies stores

Clean store, friendly staff, got everything we needed for my daughter (which was a lot) for 90$ which would have been hundreds of dollars brand new. Pop dem tags people! Such a good deal, absolutely worth it!
