I put in an order for a dozen trophies. The owners at West Valley Trophy exceeded my expectations. They were willing and did make some changes hours before I handed them out. They were good quality and fairly priced. I made a mistake on a name and they fixed it right away. When I offered to pay for my mistake they wouldn’t accept it. I am very happy with the work they did for the kids.Thanks!

The employees spoke poor English. After telling the cashier what I wanted she charged me a down payment and said she would call when the order was complete. She wouldnt give me a receipt of what I ordered, apparently I get one AFTER I pick up my order. I would have liked to have confirmation that she even ordered the right stuff. Besides I spent an hour going through this massive catalog of what I wanted only to find out half the stuff in there was unavailable. I will NEVER go there again.
