This is the ultimate Ace Hardware. Emphasis on hardware. Much more to choose from compared with the orange store or the blue store. and the staff is top notch. If youre anything like me you will want to have a little extra time to to roam around and check everything out. The place is huge for an ace hardware. 10 out of 10.

What a great experience!!! 🙂My husband and I had a custom project we were working on. We had visited serval stores only to keep buying the wrong items. When we walked into Ace Hardware Store, Bronson an associate immediately welcomed us and asked if we needed help. When we explained our project he jumped into action helping us find the right items and fitted everything so we knew it worked before we left the store. All the associates were so friendly and they had great banter between them. The store was was clean and well organized. I have found my new hardware store, and will forget the other guys!

We were looking for a pull out faucet hose but couldnt find it at Lowes nor Home Depot, ACE. The store associates at ACE were very nice and helpful, they said they didnt have stock for the relative products but told us to look it up at M1 Specialty to check whether they have any stock. I appreciated it.

Outstanding customer service. This is what I imagine when my dad told me stories about hardware store when he was kid. Employees actually treating people like people and not objects. Bronson helped me design a sprinkler manifold and answered all my questions about installing a sprinkler system. His patience made me feel like I could ask any questions. Even though I get a Military Discount at Lowes, Ill be shopping at this Standard for now on. Again, friendly staff and outstanding customer service. Please keep it up.

EVERY time I come here I am amazed at the variety and volume of the inventory they have IN STOCK.I was getting ready to bleed my brakes and just needed some length of clear tubing, and had planned on going to the auto parts stores after my visit to ACE but after being helped I asked, You dont happen to sell brake fluid here, do you? Yep! They carry brake fluid too! There were some other items I found there that I would have not thought to look for there that helped me with my project.In my experiences thus far, I have found the prices are pretty much the same there as they are elsewhere, but even if there are some items that are more expensive, the convenience at shopping at ONE STORE for everything I needed more than made up for the time and the gas money I would have spent looking elsewhere. The staff are super helpful (Bronson is the best!) I highly recommend this store.

If you want to buy from an ACE avoid this one they use the ACE name but you cant return anything to it even with a receipt. ACE POLICY on their website says:We recommend that you make returns of online purchases to an Ace retail store near you that can issue you a refund. Apparently they are owned by standard plumbing and everyone was on lawn chairs just hanging around when I walked In. The funny thing is I had plumbing pieces to return. This is what I get for supporting another store besides home depot and lowes.

Very knowledgeable staff and great products. If you cant find it here you probably dont need it. Matt the manager knows his business and was very helpful. Oh and the water heater I bought today was less money than Home Depot for the same unit.

They have everything I need and I like this store more than Walmart or Lowes ect. The little guys that still do good business.

It was bad service except when I went to check out the lady at this register was very polite and very helpful. And I thank her for that and the store should also otherwise a big ☆ if at best.

I dont appreciate being lied to... I went in for a specific model, treager grill. They didnt have it and I was told they are just out of stock and no other stores would have it in stock because the warehouse was out of stock and repeatedly tried to sell me a model I didnt want and I had repeatedly told him why I didnt want it... I dont need wifi on my grill.... I also noticed they didnt even have a location for the model I wanted... so I searched online and found another ace hardware that did have it in stock. So I got my grill from another location and asked those employees about the stock, those employees informed me that they have plenty in stock and so does the warehouse... so the employees at this location lied about other location in order to get me to purchase a different grill that I didnt want.... I wont be back, cant do business with people I dont trust especially when Ive confirmed they lie.

Well laid out, attentive and helpful staff. Found exactly what we needed and were on our way quickly.

So I took in a window screen to have another one made as Ace was the only place I could find that would do it (at least they said they would do it). I took it in on a Monday and was told it would be done Wednesday. I was supposed to receive a call about it and when I didn’t I called to find out that the truck that was bringing the parts in didn’t arrive so they didn’t make it. I let it slide, but a week later I still had to call in to check on the status I was told it was ready and that I would get a call when it was. This went on for a few more days. Two weeks after I had originally gone in i went to pick up the screen I took in. I spoke to the manager and he said the guy would come in and make it later that day and he apologized for the delay and said he would charge for a job not done. That evening my wife went to pick it up as I was still at work and it still didn’t get done because the guy didn’t come in to work that day. My wife told them how terrible their communication/custom service was and that we’d go somewhere else. As she was leaving another employee said “Well you can’t please everybody.” YES BUT YOU CAN DO THE JOB YOU SAID YOU WOULD. Even making an effort would be nice. Incredibly disappointed and won’t be going back to this location.

The employee at the front door didnt have a mask, and didnt even know what the ad merchandise was I had to show him, then he gave me the wrong information on the item that I was purchasing, $250.00. I am glad I did my own research prior or I wouldnt have made the purchase.

I attempted to use my Ace Hardware gift card at this location, the cashier said their system was old and they couldnt process the gift card. That seems untrue because the store is new. I called Ace Hardware customer service and was told it shouldnt have been a problem.

After stopping several places that had nothing to offer we went here and they had it. It took less than five minutes they were awesome to work with and the price was so right. Thank you.

The store was much more than I expected. It seems like if they dont have it, you dont need it. The manager was helpful and found us what we needed quickly. I want to go back with some time to check it out and do some impulse buying.

This is a HUGE Ace Hardware. Possibly the biggest ever. Fantastic extended hardware/ nuts & bolts / parts selection. (Probably double the normal). Staff is SUPER helpful and friendly (as always at Ace, but even more so). Plenty of parking.

Went to HD to get a specific screw, but they didnt have it. So I went here next, and they had exactly what I wanted plus more! I will be going back here instead of HD next time. Not to mention less crowded.

Superb! Came at 6:59pm and Shawn (sp?) opened the door for me unbeknownst to me that they were wrapping up the day. He took me and found exactly the parts I needed and I was in and out in 12 minutes. Im so glad Ace is here to compete with Home Depot where it can sometimes be tough to get personalized attention. Keep it up Ace!
