Nice,clean,but its not built for semi with 53ft trailer at all.Somehow I have made it through for PU, it was really tight.

Renting a unit here was super easy and accessible. We planned on being there only a month and ended up being closer to 4. They were super flexible and helped you remember and figure out payment problems very easily. You always talked to a person instead of a computer. No complicated forms or procedures.

Pricing is ok and cleanliness was pretty good.The lady at the front desk was quite rude though. It became very apparent when we opted to not get the insurance on the items that will be in storage. She ended with dont come crying to me when...The only reason I chose this storage unit is because they do first month rent free and I need the unit for less than a few weeks.

I rented from ExtraSpace Storage on short notice over the phone. When I showed up the next day that happened to be a Saturday, Justin Cameron (Murray Store) knew just by looking at my trailer, that the unit I rented would not work. Justin quickly started checking availably. He found a unit that would work at the Taylorsville store 15 minutes away. Tammy Trentman at the Taylorsville store listened to my needs, and even change me to a different unit so I could pull in and out without unloading my trailer. I was impressed by both Justin and Tammy’s help during this process!

They are good to work with and keep a clean, safe property.

They were so fast and easy to work with. Easily moved units, when I realized I rented too small of a space. They gave me reminders of when I thought I was going to move out and extended with no problem. They closed out my account at the end without me even thinking to do so on my own. I would definitely use them again!

The manager does anything she can to make sure you are taken care of. I needed a larger space and it was no problem to transfer and pay the difference.The lot is clean and right off I215. This location has the best prices!

The storage facility is very clean and easy to access when heading northbound on Redwood. There is little traffic in the site and navigating the the area is easy. The units are well lit and are clean when I first arrived. Easy to get a hold of management for any questions and helpful! Would recommend for anyone seeking a place to store their belongings. ^^

Debbie is such an amazing woman. She helped answer all my questions and calm my nerves about availability and pricing. She was very thorough and listened to me. Tammy is great to work with, and her team is great too. We never had any problems with billing nor the unit itself. When we did end up leaving ( we were actually able to downsize our junk) she was great and made the move seemless.

I reserved a 5x10 unit online. It was so easy and quick to rent my unit online. I was able to sign all of the contracts electronically so there was no contact with anyone during Covid 19. I needed to switch my unit to a 5x15 before we moved in and Tammy was very helpful in facilitating that change over the phone. Great customer service!

Wonderful experience here. David, I believe the manager, was so friendly and enthusiastic! I’ve rented many units previously with other companies and I have to say this was the most pleasant and worth the money experience I’ve had. And the unit is perfect! There was some dust etc and he said he’d have it cleaned perfect before I move anything it! Great guy and good company.

Very nice place. Very clean. Very secure. And its not in a place where theres a lot of local traffic and they use the cylindrical type locks that can not be cut off, only thing I don’t like about that is that there’s a master key that can open every one of the locks. If the storage facility has a master key anyone technically can get a master key too, But they’ve got a great camera security system and you have gate codes that have to be used to get in and to get out.

I spoke with a lady named Tammy she was very nice and treated me like an actual customer She didn’t let the COVID-19 get in the way she had a face mask on and her hand sanitizer ready And was at the door greeted me when I walked in. I didn’t know it was only her third day there but i thought she owned the place with all the info she knew and the way she was handling business and took control of everything. Overall it was great customer service she walked me to my storage unit explained everything to me then made sure all the gate codes worked before I had left. I would definitely recommend speaking with Tammy she will take very good care of you.

We had a little bit of a crazy time with our circumstances. We moved into the west valley location and only a week or so later, we then realized that a bigger option would work better for us. My brother was in need of a storage unit and so were we, so we opted to move out of our first unit and got a bigger place in Taylorsville. The staff at both places were kind and courteous with our situation and they took great care of us. At one point, we had a situation with our lock for the new unit. The one we purchased wouldnt work and we felt stressed and frustrated that our belongings werent secure. We knew we had a lock in our other unit and we just needed something in the interim between getting our stuff out and getting transferred over to the new one. They handled the situation and we were able to secure our belongings without stress of being robbed or otherwise. So, so far, weve been grateful for the experience and interactions that weve had with extra space.

Edy was fantastic to work with. He helped me find the best size unit for my unique needs. I need a unit that clear 8 feet for my trucks roof rack. I stored my truck for 1.5 months without issue. The facility is clean and secure and the service is tremendous. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage. This is my third time storing with them and it wont be my last.

Wonderful customer service, and large affordable units. The only drawback is the periodic price increases and the late fees, however if you talk to them about issues they are willing to work with you.

Very fast process to see and reserve a unit.UPDATE: Not a happy customer. They upped my rent after just 5 months with them and zero notice that they would do so! They claim they mailed a notice to my address on file (I dont live there anymore, thus the need for a storage unit - and not sure why they cant contact me by email). When I called them to ask why my rate had increased and what could be done about it, they said that they had sent me notice by mail 30 days in advance (even though I have no way to verify that this is true) and that its Corporate that decides these things, not their office. Yet, when I asked if I could contact Corporate, they said I could but theyd just send me back to their facility and theres nothing they can do about the change now that its taken effect. I tried to explain Im a single mom going through a divorce who could only barely afford this unit to begin with and I would like to know if this rate hike will continue to happen every 5 months because I may not be able to afford it. They verified that corporate analyzes prices every 6-8 months.In sum, only rent here if you can afford a variable payment schedule and enjoy being taken advantage of (they know its hard to move your stuff, so they feel they can charge whatever they want). I will be looking into other facilities if prices keep going up, even if I have to move my stuff.UPDATE 2: The day after I updated this review, I received an invite from Extra Space Storage to contact customer service via Facebook. I appreciate how prompt they were to responding to my concerns. I still havent had the issue of the raise in rent resolved, but its now being looked into. Prompt customer service, clean facilities, easy access, and convenient hours to get in-and-out of this facility has contributed to my resolve to up the rating from one star to three stars.
