Super great experience at the Taylorville, IL store. Staff was awesome. Manager was on scene and visited with us. Everyone was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this store!

This place is the worst. No one knows what they are doing. They dont communicate anything correctly. I just got some new furniture. I was told Id be making one payment at this price and every payment Ive made so far has been a completely different amount than what was said I had to pay. I talked to the manager and she gave me a price on my bill, I go in to pay it and the lady there gave me a different price.

They are nice and the store is fairly clean. A bit more pricey than going and buying out right from other stores. The phone is more important than your presence, which is a bit unnerving. However, when you are able to have their undivided attention, they are pleasant and work with you.

Every thing went smoothly. The delivery guy was real helpful and very pleasant. I have always got my stuff from National rent to own now Rent One. 11 items now. Its my go to place.

Always go beyond on customer service! Have a good selection of furniture and household items, they can order furniture from another store and have delivered!

Love this store! Heather and Rome are great and so friendly!! They go above and beyond to help. The service/delivery men are also very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend doing business with this Rent One. You won’t regret it!

Was real nice..I thought I was going to have to rent a dryer but after they brought it, I found the breaker had been tripped and called them back and they came back and got it..no problems..now just waiting on refund..took them 2 seconds to take it out lets see how fast I get it back....but they were very nice and understanding about the situation...I appreciate that!!
