I was running late to reach AutoZone last night but called ahead. My father needed some antifreeze and was stranded where he was until I could bring some. The gentleman that answered the phone was very kind, figured out the kind I would need, and had it waiting at the front counter. I reached the store 1 minute beforehand. Both employees were super nice. Thank you for the best customer service

My buddy Jose is very knowledgeable about this automotive business. All staff is very courteous and friendly. Not like the other places.

What a wonderful experience! As a widow on a fixed income and recent cancer survivor, I was so overwhelmed with something as simple as a new car battery. Jose and Shelly went above and beyond. They found me a battery I could afford and Shelly (a beast!)installed it for me in the rain and freezing cold! Highly recommended.

Had to get a new starter, the store manager was right on it, she grabbed the new one off the shelf, tested my old one, then tested the new one. Very good customer service, I will frequent this autozone!

Most helpful gentlemen i have ever encountered at an auto parts store! Girlfriends car had brakes done a week ago by her friends... Brakes making horrible sound after she drove 200miles to see me. Found that the caliper is being chewed by the rotor, so maybe wrong parts were installed. When i called this store he suggested perhaps a bolt fell out, and he was right!! The size and part was not in their system for the bolt. They gave me several bolts to try and the tools to use. They were closing within a few minutes and i was feeling bad that i need a moment longer. They were telling me to take my time, relax, no hurry and were willing to stay open later to help me. Got it done just as the 7pm close time came. These guys are amazing!!! Thank you for the greatest auto parts experience i may ever have!!! We tipped them a $20, should have been more for saving us shop time.

Save your money and shop rockauto. Prices cheaper with next day shipping. Whats with having to pre pay for parts they have to order from another store? This place has seemed to gone down hill with new management. Ill be spending my money with rockauto and Oreilly.

Always having to run back and forth for the right parts after they sell me the wrong parts. One guy sold me the wrong plugs for my truck. I questioned him. But he said they were the proper plugs. I put them in and the next day I drove to my interview out of town. Truck drove ok for about 10 miles. It started cutting out. So as I was pulling ober to the side of the road. I heard a loud pop and smone started rolling out from under my hood. Long story short. Didnt make it to my interview and blew my Motor. I called AutoZone and spoke to the manager about what had happened. She said she had had many complaints on the individual from selling customers the wrong parts. And she said she was sorry about my Motor. But she can not determine if the plugs was the cause of the motor blowing. So I lost a potential job and my truck. And didnt even get an apology. AutoZone Sucks
