Was able to speak with the service manager about an issue concerning my Chrysler 200. He answered all of my questions and was patient with me. Plus he expressed his concern for my needs. There were other customers waiting for him to finish his conversation with me, however he did not rush me.Have had other work performed at Trinity Chrysler in the past. Never a problem as long as your budget can afford it. When you want the job done right the first time and you drive a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram this is the place to go.

I always get very good service while bringing my car to Trinity! I have bought most my cars from them and always have a superb experience getting them serviced. The entire dealership has great customer service skills and are always friendly! If there is a issue, they fix it and they always make it right! Can’t get any better than that!

I purchased my vehicle from here 7yrs ago. No complaints with my salesman who unfortunately is no longer with them. Service on the other hand is horrible. Every time I would take my vehicle in for service for something major, I would later on have to take it elsewhere to fix the original problem and fix what trinity screwed up. Parts department is just as bad never friendly or helpful. Highly would not recommend their service or parts department.

Friendly local dealership. Used service department to program a key fob and cut a key. Got fob done quickly but the key they cut wouldnt work. Said it needed to wear in showed them it had extra teeth then they said it was because it was aftermarket. Told me the only tech that can cut keys had gone to lunch...why didnt they test it before? So hard parts done headed to a locksmith to fix redo or replace key.

Overall I’m happy I made the drive to see them. Aaron was very nice. Courteous. The deal was smooth. I even had an issue that I wasn’t aware would be resolved, resolved without my knowledge. Excellent service even after the deal. I would highly recommend Trinity and Aaron and will happily go back for any future vehicle purchases. Thank you. 2016 Jeep Renegade.

I had a really good experience getting my Jeep worked on here. Their prices and labor are affordable compared to places I checked with in Springfield. They took time to talk to me and were up front - never any hidden fees. They didnt try to sell me something I didnt need or want and did a really great job. I will probably go back if I need anything done in the future.

My daughter went to the dealership for a replacement key for her Chrysler 200. I had recommended her to go there because in the past they have done well for me. She arrived a little before 1 and waited 45 minutes and no one helped her. She has a young daughter and was not able to wait any longer. So she left disappointed. In the future we plan to use another dealer for our service work.

I didnt dislike the place, but my truck is a 1993 Diesel, they cant put it on a computer anymore, they dont carry any parts they say its to old. What good is a dealer who cannot do service or parts?

If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would. Im a combat veteran of the united states army and looked to Trinity Dodge for help in purchasing my first brand new jeep. After a usual back and forth you would have over price and favors, I purchased a brand new jeep under some conditions. The two in particular were free window tint and a free detailing. I was promised 25% tint. I understand that its illegal and so did the salesman, but he signed an agreement stating he would get me 25%. I never got the tint. Now I will have to pay to get it removed and pay again to put the tint that i want on the jeep. I went in to dispute the matter today and was told that they couldnt pay to get me illegal tint. The day I purchased the jeep, I was promised that they would tint it as illegal as I wanted to. Secondly, the detail job on my jeep was terrible. The vehicle was cleaner before I took it in and thats not an exaggeration. It wasnt that dirty to begin with being a new jeep, but they didnt even vacuum it. Ive never felt so disrespected by a company in my life. I recommend that nobody does business with this dealership.

Went to look at a car today. Kevin M. was very helpful and went over every detail. We test drove a car we liked and he helped us get all the paperwork done and didnt need a down payment like other places were telling us we had to.

I went there to trade my pickup for a new Jeep.The initial deal I was offered was way low for my trade in. I researched online and knew the value of my pickup,very easy to do. After a lengthy wait the sales manager came in and offered a small increase for my truck,s till thousands less than it was worth. When I declined that and told him my trucks value,he proceeded to lecture me about how my truck wasnt worth more than his offer. Seeing this was going no where I left. 5 minutes later he called and wanted me to come back and try another offer. I went elsewhere and got a fair deal. Im all for dealers making a fair profit. But I dont tolerate being talked down to and having my time wasted.

If you are shopping for a Ram Jeep or Chrysler product, you really need go to Taylorville. They are completely different than what can be found in Springfield/Decatur with pushy sales people in little cubicles & arrogant finance depts. They also have inventory of the good stuff, not just the usual blanket fleet vehicles. Currently, getting the 8 speed transmission in a Ram is hard to do & no one has them, but these guys had 5.The only sales person I spoke with was Aaron Lane & is not your stereotypical salesmen. He is very personable & listens to what to you are looking for. If he does not have specifically what you want, he is not the sort to push something that you do not want. Would not hesitate at all to go back for the next vehicle.

I bought a used car here a year and a half ago. At only 77,600 miles it has been absolutely nothing but trouble since I drove it off of the lot. I went to trade it in and purchase a more reliable car seeing as I have a 40 minute commute to school everyday, and my car loan is so incredibly upside down that they actually advised I let the bank take it (over $5000). This is my fault as I should have looked up the KBB prior to purchase, but they should be absolutely ashamed. On top of paying for school, I have to pay for a car thats constantly breaking down and only worth 1/3 of what I owe on it. I am now completely screwed (pardon my tacky language) and have no idea how I will commute half of the time without reliable transportation. Do your research before buying a car here and know the value of your purchase.

The salesman I was working with was out of the office, so I was directed to the sales manager who said to me, I dont know what youre trying to get accomplished here, told me he would find me something and stay in contact. Four days later, I heard nothing and had to talk to someone else to find out if a vehicle I was asking about was still there...he was ignoring my phone calls. He was utterly rude, immature, and should in no way be in customer service. This was decided after he hung up on me, because I told him I did not want to do business with him anymore but asked for the original salesman.
