I went into this store on 6/18/21. There were three young gentlemen. There was the manager of the store was a young man who was determined to fix the mess that was with my account that the same store (under other management) caused. Not only did they do everything they could to fix this issue THEY DID!! They (working together), fixed my problem with my my account when I first walked in we (together) called the customer service and he just could not figure it out. I finally decided to add a line! AND I looked at my account this morning and that issue is resolved! They knew how to do their jobs. I didn’t have to call Customer service to get my phone fixed (as I did the last time with the phone) and they fixed the issue with the iPad! I’m ecstatic!! Thank you so much !!!

Went in to switch from my mothers account to my fiancé’s. Was told we had to call AT&T to do a transfer of billing responsibility which we did and were directed back to the store. Upon going back in to the store Nathan was no help and became extremely condescending. It used to be that people would be lined up waiting for assistance at this location but if this how customers are now treated I can see why there was no business. I must add that Aaron, another associate who witnessed Nathan’s extremely unprofessional behavior, came to apologize to us for the treatment we received. I would not recommend using this store for your AT&T needs.

Nathan is amazing. We made the switch from Verizon to AT&T and he made it a seemless process. He answered all of our questions l, got us a GREAT deal and his customer service was top notch. I cant say enough good things.

The employees and staff are nice and they usually try to meet your needs as a customer. I chose AT&t because they are the only company that provides a strong enough signal for me to be able to pick up in my little town of Raymond.

Horrible experience!!! We selected a phone. They rang up the wrong one (more expensive) and then were u able to fix the mess up at that time. We had to take the incorrect phone ( with the tempered glass and case that we had paid for). We can return for the correct phone later but will then be out another $90 for the tempered glass and case for the correct phone.

The people at the store are awesome! Xavier was kind and patient and worked hard to figure out the problem with the internet on my phone. Unfortunately, it was a network problem he could not help with. The network people were supposed to call me back in 24 hours. Its been longer, still no call. When I originally had the problem I called support. I could not understand them because of the poor sound quality. It seems ATT as a company does not care. Thank you Xavier for your sincere efforts. Corporate could learn from your example. ...That was 4 months ago. I cancelled my account because they never got my internet working but they were still charging me, They never returned my calls. The only response i have ever gotten from them was the standard automated reply they put here. Heres the real kicker. THEY KEPT CHARGING MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR THREE MONTHS AFTER I CANCELLED MY SERVICE!!!! THEY DID NOT STOP UNTIL I CANCELLED MY DEBIT CARD!! I had to call every month, spending literally hours, to get the money refunded. ATT is a corporate scumbag.

The att reps are always friendly and very helpful in helping setup accnts or with any and all questions... they do everything they can to help you get the services you need

Hands down the best, most polite assistant manager Ive ever been in contact with. That guy really knows what he is doing! I will be back for all my future AT&T services.

This store is Truly AMAZING!!! They have the best products for the best prices! The employees are very professional and know what they are doing! I am saving $83 a month by bundling my TV, phones, and internet with AT&T!!!

Jessica was the employee who handled my transition from a Samsung S8 to an S9. She was polite, cordial, efficient, expert at what she was doing, and just made the entire transaction a pleasure. I will be sure to contact her directly if I have any questions about my phone, or need any assistance at all.
