Taylorville, IL Wal-Mart has a very talented cake decorator, in their bakery! Her name is Taylor Venters, and I am beyond impressed with her! I can tell she put her heart and soul into my babys cake.

The store was clean, the shelves were stocked and any employees that we encountered were very helpful and friendly.

I use to use Walmart curbside pick up once a week. We have a big family, so I’m always getting groceries. The updated app doesn’t work. Seems like it’s a big problem for many. Now I go elsewhere.

Not busy, which was good. Plenty of staff at check out lanes. I fully understand there is a national staff shortage and supply and demand issues, but to not have some simple things like trash cans in store available this far into pandemic is unacceptable!

Walmart in Taylorville is usually a pleasant experience. I found a few outfits for our grandson on clearance and a birthday gift for a friends granddaughter 1st birthday also

Prices are not on all merchandise or merchandise is in wrong place for the right price hardly anyone around to get the right price

Nice walmart. Pretty well stocked. My only wish is that walmart as a company would stock things in the same place at every store. So you can go in and find what you are looking for.

Typical Walmart. One stop shop and fairly organized with some randomness mixed in. This one was pretty clean and the staff are generally pleasant. Could do without some of the csms just standing there, dead set staring at their cashiers and the customers. Its not a prison, dear warden. Plenty of cameras doing the spying for you. Could try saying hello and asking about our experience without staring creepily.

Walmart Taylorville, IL04.21.2021Here is why I will not buy a TV from this Walmart or any, for that matter. I was shopping for a new 65 TV but was undecided on which brand I wanted. I saw a couple that I was interested in and asked the gentleman in electronics if I could hear them. I explained that I am hard of hearing and that was a BIG factor in buying a TV. He said sorry, none of them have sound, just video. Seriously? If I were going to buy a car I would expect to be able to test drive it. Same difference. This really upset me so I found the manager of the store (I am in retail also, so I know how to take care of customers). She was apologetic and said she would pass the message on but I am not so confident that will happen. If I had been that manager I would take the customer back and figure out a way to let them listen to the tvs. That is why I am posting this. I will go elsewhere where I know I can turn the volume up as loud as I want. I guess this multi-billion dollar company doesnt want my measly $1000.00.

The pharmacy took forever to fill 1 script told me 15/20 mins it took more like 30/45

Wal mart is a one stop place. You can buy clothing, electronics, sporting goods, cleaning supplies, get your medicine and food plus much more in one store.

Always a decent stop. Most of the employees Ive spoke to have been helpful. On this trip though i knew just what I was going in for and the shelves were stocked and I got just what I needed.

Opinions, well you know the comparison that everyone has one. Im not surprised that that the number of customers not wearing a mask was slightly less then the ones that were masked. Very few businesses with signage that masks are mandatory enforce the rule putting profits over safety and that to me is SAD.

A breath of fresh air compared to all 3 Springfield locations. Product was available and on the shelf unlike all the Spfld stores. Most important, the customer service was impeccable. Always a smile and a helping hand available. Great job Tville!

It was a good shopping experience and we found everything we needed, but barely anyone was wearing masks or if they were they had it below their nose.

The store is very neat and the layout is easy to learn. I just moved into Missouri yesterday and this walmart was exceptional compared to many others Ive seen. Id give this store 5 stars, but the customer service lacked l, in my opinion. If they would greet to more and interact better with their customers, definite 5 stars.

The Management in this store is very uneducated and unaware of basic laws. If you have an item for sale, then your employees (especially managers) should know the rules about selling the items. No excuses for poor management training and even less for selecting unqualified people into a management role.

Just seems that the walmart corporation could hire more checkers they come to towns with promises of new jobs then within a few years their presence causes mom and pop grocery stores etc to shut down putting people out of work then they downsize their staff adding self checks and pay just shy of minimum wage with less than 40 hours the people who work there give most of their pay back to Wal-Mart reminds me of the company store coal mines days they might as well establish their own money be worth more than our countrys money

I stopped in Taylorville to get my teeth worked on and decided after to visit this Walmart afterwards which is an hour and a half from where I live. This was one of the biggest ones Ive been to. I saw a lot of things I havent seen in my area Walmart locations. It was clean and well organized didnt look like much of anything was out of stock. This is a real good place to pick up food and find just about anything else you need.

Drove an hour to check out their silk flower department. Got there, and there was none, only ferns. Very disappointed. Many memorial flowers, but none in silk flower department.

False advertising. Posted one price to draw you in and then charge a different amount at check out...not a happy camper...lost sale for you.

Store is pretty good....minus they have no gaming consoles you can buy right before Christmas???!!!..You have to do it online (which is impossible) cause they will not sell them in the store!..Not sure I’m a fan of that....especially because they did for some people!

As general no customer service help on floor,group of salesgirl walking and chatting together with no concern for customers and 2 others playing on phones.However,most items I went there for were in stock.

Handicap carts constantly going dead while you try to shop. Personnel not really wanting to help you.

When you order online its a nice and easy pick up! The workers inside and out are also really nice. Love this place!

Friendly automotive staff. The guy with the grey beard and mustache hunted me down in the store to let me know that they didnt have the Pennzoil needed to do a high mileage oil change.

Just not a big fan of it. The bathroom was nasty and the store has a bad layout and doesnt carry as much variety as it used too.

I filled the store after having the makeovers that it just got should be a lot cleaner than it is and should have a lot more help than what it has got and the handicap carts need to be replaced with new ones its very hard when youre handicapped and you get stuck out in the store on one of them that dont work or loses total juice within 20 minutes of being out they say they are serviced once a month I find this hard to believe because every time I get on a cart it shorts out you need to get more help and try to get more friendlier help I think the Isles could be braids with sanitizer or disinfectant at least once an hour thank you

This particular wal-mart sells Ski soda. Its a lemon orange citrus soda from my teenage years. I drive out of my way to get it there. Its amazing!

Im not a fan of wearing a mask either but i do, for others concern. Cant believe how many i see without one. I hope they scorn people without masks on because they cant turn em away. Im thankful i get a sincere greeting when wearing a mask.
