Very pleasant. Was thorough in examining my hearing and made adjustments to my hearing aids.

Worst place I could have ever taken a 96 yr old woman to be ripped off. The hearing aids are expensive and made poorly and cheap. Paid almost 7k for a pair of hearing aids and as soon warranty was up they broke. Paid $300 to fix with one year warranty. One year and 2 months almost to the day same aid broke again and she was recharged no discount and no call back from mang john. NEVER USE ANY OF THE PLACES IN SPRINGFIELD LITCHFIELD OR TAYLORVILLE THEY ARE TERRIBLE
