I will never go to this store again. I needed to exchange a can of paint that ended up not what I wanted and was hassled so bad by management that I let so upset with a migraine. I was embarrassed because I had to argue with them to make the exchange they said they would do two times on the phone. People were there to hear this. I was so embarrassed. When I got to the store to exchange it they said I would have to pay. I even called before I went to make sure manager was there that told me I could do it. I did not want to go and stand in the store for another hour and habe to co through the details again. 1 can of paint I was so harassed by management that they wanted me to sign a form that said I would forever release, discharge and hold harmless the Sherwin-Williams Co., officers, directors, employees, affiliates and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, debts, obligations, suits, judgements, actions, and causes of any actions customer may have or hereafter acquire in connection with customers purchase, application and/ or use of any and all products purchased, provided by or otherwise obtained from s-w prior to the date hereof.I said are you kidding me, over a can of paint. ($80.00) I told him I would not sign it. It looked like something I would need to have a lawyer look at first. Told me I could not leave store with my paint if I did not sign.Finally I signed with a statement written on it that I was only signing because I was told that I couldnt leave the store without signing and without my paint. I told him I wanted District Managers name. He proceeded to call them and tell them what I had written on the form. At this time he was told the form was only for purchases over $100.00. After all of this harassment and terrible stress it wasnt even needed. I was in tears. I asked for it back since it was not needed and he refused to give it back to me.I have used this S-W store for years. I love their products. When Norma was there it was wonderful. I never had a problem and never had to return a product. From this day forward I will drive the extra miles and go to the Springfield store.I hope you never have to experience what I had to go through.P.S. He made me promise I would not bring the new can of paint back. Really!!!!
Friendly service and helpful, my car battery was dead when I went to leave and Jake the sales associate jump started my car for me, now that is service!!!!
