I brought my Mercedes Benz CLA250 here after I was involved in a car accident that left the front of my car damaged. John was my point of contact throughout the entire process and he was such a pleasure to work with. One thing about John, is that he cares about his customers!! He always returned my calls and was very patient and informative with addressing my questions and concerns. The entire process was so easy and efficient. I got my car back and it looked brand new. They do excellent work here! The crazy thing is that about 2 weeks after I got my car back someone else hit me again so I needed additional body work. I didn’t hesitate to contact Fort Lee Rd Auto-body again and John got me an appointment the very next day to look at my car. They fixed my car again and the work was beautiful. I can’t thank John and the rest of the team enough for the hospitality they showed me. It was much appreciated after experiencing the stress of two car accidents.

Excellent service at the shop. They do great quality work which is guaranteed. They are also very punctual. Had work done here twice and both times were great.

The place did a really good job on my car and had my car ready the same day even though the job was said to take about 2-3 days. The only down fall is that this place only takes cash which can be a bit inconvenient but overall costumer service was good. The job was done well and the staff was friendly.

Everyone at Fort Lee Road Autobody is great. I was treated like an old friend, always greeted quickly and with a smile. During the estimate everything was explained to me. The car was taken in and returned to me on the dates promised. When returned, the car looked and drive like it just came out of the showroom. This was my second time using them and absolutely recommend them without any reservation.

Repairs are outstanding, they did take their time which was appreciated since my damages were terrible. Only thing is for some reason my snow brush went missing out of my trunk. I needed to use it yesterday and wah-la it is not their . My dad had actually gave me it since I had just got my new car, Its a real shame.

I cant speak highly enough about the level of customer service I experienced at Fort Lee Road Auto Body. My family was dealing with a medical emergency and as we were pulling into the hospital emergency entrance we hit a pot hole on the street and blew out a tire on our car. Having to deal with the medical emergency is stressful enough but getting a flat tire at the same time is too much to handle all at once. As an avid Yelp user I did a search for an auto body shop in the area. When I found this place on Yelp and read all the positive reviews I knew that this was a place I need to call right away. The day I called them also happened to be a very rainy day and I was worried it would take a long time for someone to come out to tow our car. But I was so surprised when the tow truck driver arrived so quickly. He was very professional and hooked up my car in a matter of minutes. After having my car towed to Fort Lee Auto Body they were able to replace the tire right away and the very next day it was ready for pick up. I highly recommend this auto body shop and will be a customer for life.
