Previously have had good experiences, this time they seemed disinterested. I couldnt easily get sales person on the phone, big lag in getting back to me on multiple occasions. Pricing may have been competitive but every time we spoke, i just waited for several days to get quotes and had to follow up multiple times. They were always very nice but it was unfortunately frustrating enough that I bought my car elsewhere.

David and his team @ Arcar delivered and even faster than expected. pleasure doing business with them! Where other dealerships failed, they succeeded. Highly recommend!

Im a first-time Arcar user, and it has been a great experience. Admittedly, I was a long-time skeptic, but having spoken to a number of very satisfied customers, I bit the bullet and gave them a call. Not only are their prices more than competitive for purchasing/leasing a car, Arcar made the process of leasing a car so easy and painless. Once I decided on the model car I wanted over the phone, my guy, Nick, literally drove the car to my house that same week and in less than 30 minutes, we were done with signing off on papers, I paid him the first car payment, and he handed me my keys. It was that simple. I will never walk back into a car dealership ever again. I highly recommend Arcar to those who dread going to the car dealership and wasting time and money in the process.
