I have several suit lady suits that I purchased 2-5 years ago. Over the couple years I tried a couple other suit purchasing options (charles tyrwhitt and custom indochino style) which are at approximately the same price point.I went back to the suit lady today and there are a few takeaways:1. The fabric quality is SO Much better at the suit lady2. She is excellent at finding the right size, Im looking at the tag and the tags say the same thing, but she knows which ones will fit and which wont, so I left with a suit that really fits well3. Its reasonably priced.I was really impressed and dont know why I stopped shopping there. Its instantly my best suit.

I had the most amazing experience here, we bought a suit and after taking it home to alter we realized that its too small and needed the next size. she totally took back the suit and gave us a new one!!! i definitely promote her customer service!!!

I love coming to shop at the suit lady, shes super nice, friendly, and straight up good at what she does. I already got 5 suits from her and will continue shopping by her. To get an appointment, no need to call and wait for them to pickup, just go online and schedule an appointment and there you have it. Need some more time making that final decision? No problem take your time. Dont have your size on the suit you fell in love with? No problem with free 3-5 day shipping you will have your shmexy new suit on time for your nephews bar mitzvah. Basically stop reading this and just go get yourself a suit from the suit lady.

Made a meeting and she canceled without notice after we had been waiting there for half an hour- extremely disappointed in her service.

I have been shopping at The Suit Lady for about 5 years now. Naomi is extremely knowledgeable and will guide you on the best fit/style, its like having a personal shopper. Picking out a high quality, reasonably priced suit has never been so easy. Highly recommend!

First, shame on this company for portraying this place so inaccurately. The store is in somebodys basement..might want to mention that. Even when we called there were very poor directions given on how to enter. She said you had to park in the driveway, even though you are allowed to park on a public street. We were not greeted upon entering, despite being the only ones inside. The service was horrible. She let us try 1 jacket and pants, no undershirt. No shoes. No accessories at all. Felt very uncomfortable the entire time. I think this place might be a front for something..not sure, Ill be making some calls. Be safe!

Amazing service!! I went in about a week before Pesach with me and 4 boys ranging from 13-24 and different sizes. In 45 minutes from our scheduled appointment time we were done with 5 suits a blazer and 5 ties! Customer service found the perfect balance of being extremely helpful without being a pushy salesman. Despite the fact that they were extremely busy we did not feel rushed or pressured. By far the best suit buying experience I ever had.
