I ordered shoes that were too big. I returned them in accordance with their instructions and 6 weeks later I have not heard from them. I even sent them an email through the company webpage that went unanswered. I guess Im out $100.

Send multiple emails, left multiple voice mails and no one responds and all I want to do is order a pair of shoes. Either they need to hire more help or .............

The return process is very confusing. Once the return is physically made it, the reimbursement takes longer than 30 days. I would not recommend purchasing from this company to anyone who is not tech savvy or who is not 100% about their service.

I ordered a pair of boots for my husband on April 22, 2021. They debited my account on April 26, 2021. I have never received the boots and no calls back or answered emails. Their website says they are having delivery issues due to Covid but Im done waiting and have contacted my CC to dispute this charge. Id stay away from this company. Too bad.

I ordered a pair of shoes a month ago and I havent received any notice at all. It hasnt been shipped and the phone number doesnt work

I placed an order a week ago and even though their site states that orders are shipped within 48 hours it still has not shipped. Contacting this company is a nightmare. Do not purchase from them

Edit: product did ship after seven weeks.----Product never shipped, customer service never responded.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I tried them because a competitors shoe pinched my toes. These do not!

I have had my pair of Apex shoes for less than 6 months and they have fallen apart. The treads are all peeling off the bottom, causing me to trip and fall as well as causing an uneve gait when I walk. (Obviously, Ive stopped wearing them.) For the amount of money I paid for these shoes, one would think they would be better made. I contacted Apex weeks ago, with pictures and have heard nothing back from them. Shameful.

Shoes were not comfortable at all, customer service is a nightmare, getting someone to answer takes ages and more than one attempt and day. Good luck. My advice, dont order from here ever.
