Have taken our car to this service department a few times and its always been the same disappointing experience. Service department agents have always been rude and annoyed. They never follow through on their commitments to provide updates. The car has never been ready when they say it will. They show zero remorse for missing on all these basic customer service practices. Not once have they offered to make it right or apologize when we ask why they are not following up or missing deadlines. Overall, completely unsatisfied with this service department. We have experienced the same level incompetency from multiple service agents. Highly recommend making the drive elsewhere if you can. We will be taking our cars to a different dealership moving forward.
I brought my C-Class in for an oil change. The experience was flawless. Elizabeth Celiceo is an amazing Service Consultant. She answered every question I had and she gave me realistic timelines and costs. I would highly recommend bringing your car here for any service!
I have a sprinter van so I need to take it to a dealer :( First the problem was misdiagnosed but when I returned they did quickly clear the codes and did not charge me any more.

My experience with MBZ of Temecula has been redeemed from previous ventures when it was owned and operated by Fletcher Jones. The change of ownership has made a significant improvement to this location. My service advisor (Bruce Barrett) is incredible. FINALLY, someone working for a high-end brand like Mercedes Benz, who possess an actual personality and sense of humor. Great guy, goes the extra mile every time we bring our multiple Mercedes vehicles in for service (we own 5 Benzs).MBZ of Temecula has stood behind their repairs and honored their word, something Fletcher Jones in that location never did. Dont get me wrong, weve purchased our last 3 vehicles from Fletcher Jones in Ontario, but will be buying our next Benz from Temecula!

For an airbag recall during the pandemic, they picked up my car exactly on time, installed the new airbag, washed and cleaned my car inside and out, and filled it with gas, returning it that same afternoon. I was kept apprised of everything every step of the way. Complete professionalism by all involved. Great job!
All of the employees that work here are great. I dropped my car off to be serviced and the loaner car was ready right away. When my car was ready to be picked up they asked when I would be there so, I didn’t have to wait for them to get my car. I simply pulled up gave them the loaner car keys and got in my car and left.

I brought my car in for my first service. I was provided with a loaner car which allowed me to complete errands while I waited. My service was completed in less time than promised and when I picked up my car, it was gleaming. My car had been thoroughly washed and shined. Additionally, my service included them changing my windshield wipers and I did not have to ask for that. I LOVE my car and will never drive anything but a Mercedes ever again!
Dropped care off, received loner, and was on my way within 15 minutes! Car pick up was just as efficient and have had no problems. Very dependable!

Sam Lafoca exceeded expectation. I showed up one day earlier than my scheduled appointment date by mistake. Sam could have informed me that my appointment was for the next day and tried to fit me; but he instead treated me as if I had an appointment and got me on my way. It was when I got home that I realized I had mixed up my appointment date. I just went into this location for the first time and had the pleasure of working with Michael Georgie. I had a trade in and Michael went above and beyond to meet my needs, he was very patient I was there for 6 hours because I was very indecisive. He showed me multiple cars until I found one I absolutely loved he wanted to make sure I didn’t settle. I ended up with a C300 and I am beyond happy with my purchase thank you so much!

When my regular auto service center could not find the source of an electrical issue with my daughters C300, I took it to Mercedes of Temecula.My service writer Jose Hernandez was extremely helpful, and said he would contact me in a day or two with the diagnostic details and repair estimate. To my pleasant surprise, the cost of the repair was less than two other non dealer Mercedes repair shops quoted me.Bottom line, is I received excellent service at a reasonable cost from the dealer, and a free car wash. I will be back, thank you Mercedes of Temecula!

My check engine light came on. I drove in without an appointment. I was taken in immediately, given a loaner, the car was repaired quickly.
The AC on our brand new MB GLB250 was not cooling at all and was blowing HOT air even after an hour of freeway driving in recent 105+ F weather.MB of Temecula was able to get it looked at without appointment and with short notice. Even provided a loaner vehicle!!MB Temecula was not able to find anything wrong with the AC. I hope this doesnt happen again when its extremely hot outside. None of our other Lexus vehicles or our other MB vehicles had this problem. Maybe its a design flaw with a smaller AC unit to cut costs?? IDK.

Best service of any dealership we have used. We have owned a Mercedes for years and currently have two, we work a block from Fletcher Jones in Newport Beach but have always felt ripped off and overcharged there. We would rather drive our cars over an hour each way to take them to MB Temecula! Everyone there is so nice and helpful, there is plenty of open space to get your car in and out, we leave with a well serviced car and dont feel angry at the bill!

I brought my car in for a squeak noise. The shop foreman took a drive with and quickly identified the area where the noise was coming from. The part was actually broken. New parts were installed under warranty. The service department (Reza) arranged an Uber ride for me and kept me informed as to the progress of the repairs.

Very responsive, polite, was not sure what to expect with my sprinter motor home and their facility to handle it. The engine light had come on with no obvious running issues. Mercedes had to order parts and all repairs completed by the next morning by 9:30 am. Great job guys.

I’ve had my car serviced here twice now and both times have been such a great experience. Service advisor, Alvaro Acevedo, is simply amazing! I just call him up and he works on getting my car in right away and always makes sure I have transportation to and from the dealer, whether with a shuttle or loaner. He keeps me updated throughout the service process and ultimately gets me back on the road with my car feeling like new again!
The second service center was amazing! I was given updates on the progress of my vehicle and everything I needed done was completed to my satisfaction. The driver that gave me a ride to and from my house was also very accommodating. I will be returning for all of my services.

The service department provides great work, done in a reasonable amount of time, and they are easy to communicate with via text message. They also have very friendly indoor staff. Their baristas make excellent vanilla lattes too. I highly recommend this location.
Very warm and professional greeting at 6:40 AM on Monday, August 20th! The details were explained on what procedures were going to happen with implementing the recall requirements of the steering Wheel grounding and the reset of the computer for the correction of the tire pressure. Lovely waiting area with two flat screen televisions and coffee bar serving complimentary brewed coffee. The time waiting for my vehicle flew by.

Came here to get an alignment done and a quote to fix airbags on my 2006 Mercedes E350. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Paid for the alignment (150) and took a courtesy E class Mercedes shuttle home. They washed and vacuumed my car. I am satisfied and will return with my next Mercedes.

From the moment i walked in cali joe was the first friendly face i saw. I was unsure of what i wanted. I told him my ideas and he helpedme find my perfect car. A beautiful GLE 350 . Jackie also helped us out and her and cali joe were very helpful . Cali joe is very patient not pushy at all like most sales man and since i wasnt sure what i was looking for. My RV is built on a MB Sprinter Chassis. A rat ate through my diesel gas line. With no appointment I got towed in on the day after Thanksgiving and was out of there and back on the road, with a new gas line, in less then 2 hrs. As they say I was one happy camper.
