I am very disappointed with the service center. This is the second time I have been in and it has been a complete waste of time. The last time I was in a few years ago my oil change took more than 4 hours. I hadn’t been back since because of it. They offered a free oil change and I declined because of the previous experience. The woman on the phone promised it would be done in less than an hour so I scheduled it. Big mistake. After driving all the way there, then having to wait in line for 20min just to get to the service area, they said the wait time was going to be over two hours. I wasn’t taking the chance of getting stuck there all day again so I left. Unless you want to spend all day sitting at the service center I would definitely NOT recommend them.
Quick & efficient. reliable so far & not pushy with extra services. they did forget to completely tighten the oil nut & had a small leak on our garage floor. I had to go back & they resolved it - just something I would have expected to happen at Jiffylube not the dealership.
Due to the miscommunication, we started on the wrong foot. But the Temecula Valley Toyota Service Center wanted to make it right. Eventually, they did their best and exceeded all my expectations. I am satisfied, and I truly recommend this service center. These guys guarantee 100% customer satisfaction, and they keep promises.
I just bought a pre-owned Toyota from this dealership about a week ago. There was a small item to be repaired that they said they would cover the cost of as a part of agreement to purchase the vehicle. I brought my car into the service center and dropping it off, every one was nice. They told me it would take about a half a day. At about the time they said it would be done they messaged me to say it was finished. Picking it up only took a few minutes. Overall, very satisfied.
Originally when I went here I had some issues with one of the service people who didnt do there job correctly and also cause some miss communication between me and the service tech but once the manager Greg found out about this he put his top guys on it and made sure the problem was taken care of to the best of there ability and beyond by making sure everything that was originally discussed was taken care of plus additional services were added to make sure I felt extra taken care of and I extremely appreciate that so I definitely recommend these people to anyone who needs there vehicle fixed they are human and can make a mistake but atleast they are able to admit it and make it right for there customers and I also have some health issues and they were willing to work with my schedule which helped tremendously so I will definitely be back and thanks again Greg for everything you have done for me and I look forward to returning see you guys soon!!!
Fast and accurate service .very timely and professional
I took my car in for something that was not done when the car was sold to me and then another two times to fix some of the changes they did before like the key fob no longer being sensed outside the car to open the doors and the seat memory not recalling in the car. The tires were also over inflated to 50psi when the vehicle was sold to me which I fixed at home. I give it 4 stars because the issues were eventually fixed and the customer service was superb by Angie.

These people are crooks. I came in to purchase parts and asked if they could match pricing offered at other dealers in the area. I was told that because they would only make a small amount on the parts that they could not. I found multiple other dealerships in southern California that offered the same price I was trying to get. They then told me its just the other dealerships trying to get people to come in so they can sell them a car... which is funny when you consider I was matching prices ONLINE. I would rather drive an hour to any other dealership than go back to this place one more time. CROOKS!

Took my brand new car for oil change and came back with two missing screws underneath my skid panel. Wont be taking it back to Temecula toyota for service.

Their service personnel are polite and listen to what you have to say. I like the fact they have a mechanic at the pull up service area now, which saves time and money.

Made an appointment. Arrived 15 minutes early. Had to wait in line about 30 minutes to get checked in. Was told the tech would take a look at my car in 4 or 5 hours. Why did I make an appointment? Fully expecting to hear about how my concerns are not covered by warranty and parts will not arrive for a week.
Have taken my Highlander and my sons Tacoma to Temecula Toyota Service Center and they are great! Super nice, professional, organized, up front, and responsive.Alex kept me posted throughout the day on the progress on the truck and notified me when it was ready for pick up.Have taken my cars to multiple service centers and this one is the best.Great process for checking you in, picking up, keeping you posted, and they even cleaned the floor mats.

This service department is the best!! I bring my brother and my car here for service they have the best staff and best people working! They’ll call to remind you about services needed in your vehicle and with crazy times and busy schedules it’s the best reminder.
Friendly service. The parts I ordered online were correct and fairly priced for a dealership.
Professional and friendly staff. I have been going to them for all services on my Camry. They were able to identify an oil leak caused by a worn out seal and were able to get the warranty to approve it and fixed it within 24 hrs and got me back on the road.

Ask for Pete Coorey if theres any miscommunication or error on the service requested.Given the ongoing pandemic crisis, things might get a little bit overwhelmed in the service department. Its a good idea to double check to see if theres any report or document associated with the service performed. If something is missing during the check-out, always ask for clarification or ask for the service manager Pete Coorey. He is very much willing to go above and beyond to ensure all the customers are happy and satisfied

BEWARE!!!!! The service department pulled a deceptive maneuver on my daughter. Her husband is deployed in Iraq and she took his truck in to have a problem addressed. I was in the car with her when they called her about the problem. It was clear they were taking advantage of the situation. They wanted her to buy a battery at $300.00 . And couldnt do a diagnostic on the truck without one. So she got some help from her church members and they went down the street bought a battery. Then took the truck back for the diagnosis. Thats when they tried to charge her $160.00 for the diagnosis when they claimed couldnt be done unless she bought a battery. BEWARE!!!! The kicker is, the truck is only 3 years old and the battery should have been under warranty. So they tried to scam her all the way around.
The ambience is nostalgic of restaurants from decades ago. The food is average and is priced a little on the high side yet, I will eat there again as the fireplace makes it worth a visit.
If you value your time please DO NOT COME TO THIS SERVICE drive the extra mile to another Toyota dealer for your service...they have a low score for a reason...I went to give them the benefit of the doubt but as you can tell I shouldnt have....Thank me later.
Took a bit to get the oil change completed but they are always checking up to make sure I come in and get my car serviced like I am supposed to, so good on em.

The customer service here is awful and this place is NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. Had to come for a recall, but after this experience will NOT be using them for ANY service. The waiting room feels like an old folks home, and there isn’t really anywhere else to wait. The shuttle is NOT an option if you have kids. Plan on waiting ALL day!

TVToyota has a rip-off service department.I took my car for an oil change with their multipoint inspection. After a Toyota certified technician performed the inspection, he tried to sell me an air filter. This was very disappointing as my air filter was only a week old. I MADE MANAGEMENT AWARE SO I HAVE EVIDENCE THAT MY AIR FILTER WAS IN NEW CONDITION. This made me believe that TVToyota doesn’t have honest certified technicians and just doing guess work to stay in business. Now I’m wondering if they used the right type of oil for my car.I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO TEMECULA TOYOTA
