Francisco and Jessie have been repairing/maintaining my vehicles for many years. I first met Francisco, when he worked at another shop and he did head gaskets and a valve job on my 4Runner. I was so impressed with him and his honesty and talent, I have stayed with him ever since.He has since become a very close friend of our family. Reliable Family Auto Repair has grown and they are extremely talented technicians, fair and every time I bring a vehicle in to their shop, they immediately attend to it no matter how busy they are even though they are a very busy shop. You wont find more honest people anywhere, which means everything. They have a broad range of technical expertise. I have had my BMW in there and most recently they worked on my 1930 Model A Sedan, which had been sitting for a quarter century and needed a lot of work to get running. When I decided to get it running again, I didnt hesitate to call Francisco and Jessie as I knew they would take on the project. I cant say that about any other shop in the area. There is no project that is too big or involved. Highly recommended!

Im extremely grateful for their timely help. Our car had some major issue on midway through our vacation with my family and kid. They took our car in and worked on it immediately and quickly fixed it in 3 hours. They were professional, helpful and very accommodating to all our needs. The price was nominal and they even tried to get our parts through an earlier recall.

As a new person to this state I decided to trust google for reviews for a reliable car mechanic which led me to Reliable Family Auto Repair. I will say staff was friendly but that’s all they have going for them. I needed to have my axel replaced and had to bring it in two times after the initial visit because AFTER they worked on my car, it felt like it was going to shake apart while driving. The owner insisted the part was defective and the second time he told me that the part “went bad”. I was happy that they offered to fix my car free of charge but if the job had been done correctly in the first place I wouldn’t have had to return for more work and would have felt safe in my car instead of feeling like my car was going to explode on the freeway. I would recommend exploring other options before trusting this mechanic. My experience hasn’t been fantastic to say the least.

We moved to Temecula 4 years ago and needed to find a good reliable mechanic. We began using Reliable for our car and recently brought in our Granddaughters car for service and repair. They always provide good advice and several times have told us we could wait on repairs that we thought might be due. We feel they are extremely honest and have very reasonable prices. It is a great relief to find a company that we can rely on to service our cars. We highly recommend them.

Fantastic place to get anything done on your car. Definitely the best place in town, especially because they stay open late if you ask them to. Few times I have asked if they could stay open just a few extra minutes to have my oil changed and they ALWAYS do and never have a problem with it. Awesome job guys!
