Customer service is awful. I was accused of having a fake ID because the cashier had never seen an Oregon ID. He became aggressive with me because I couldn’t tell him where the birthday on my ID was exactly. Clearly poorly trained. Do not go here. The manager Paul has terrible customer service skills. I really hope you don’t waste your money here.

BevMo is always very well stocked, clean, has a wide variety and the employees there are really friendly and professional. The prices are about average to anywhere else on most thing.

I went shopping here with my wife. After browsing and making a selection of a few things to buy we brought it up to the register and the cashier asks for both of our IDs, were both 30 fyi, and my wife forgot her ID at home, so he immediately and rudely tells us to leave and embarrassed us in front of the whole store. Ill just go to the liquor store from now on.

The clerk that helped me pick up wines was super helpful. I dont drink wines but needed to purchase some for work. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

A bit on the pricey side. I was buying 6 of the same bottle of whisky, and only put one on the belt. Informed the cashier about what was in the basket. She was so busy chatting up the person in front of me and then behind me she didnt remember or (I guess) care about the extra I could have left with since I was only rung up for one. Being honest I told her again and she rang the rest up and..... continued her conversation with the person behind me.

Classy place to get your liquor and any drinking accessories and cute party knick knacks without breaking the bank. If you cant find a beer anywhere else they probably have it. We were looking for a while for a Chinese beer that we had once at a sushi place and were able to find it there.

It used to be a good place to shop, but a better store opened up down the street. The BevMo decor is standard in every store and is very outdated. Prices are somewhat high for most items I purchase and almost $10 more per bottle than Total Wine just down the street

Kind of slow service. Rude. I asked if they had cold jager shots. Answered no. Then i asked why other liquor stored had them and she told me they arent other liquor stores. Its a nice follow up to a long hot day in the kitchen cooking with 150 degree weather wanted a cold jager shot. Especially if its 3.85. Wont come back. Thank you. Have a good day.

Visited for the specific purpose of finding Bitburger - a German non-alcoholic beer. Out of curiosity, I also checked to find out if Henry McKenna sour-mash bourbon whiskey is still being made. It is still being produced, but it was on back order. The staff was very helpful. The store appears to be well stocked and very clean.

Went Christmas shopping there and picked out a specific bottle for my brother (LaCrema Pinot Noir) and they ‘forgot’ to put it in the box with my other purchases. They are over 20 miles away and ‘can’t issue a credit over the phone and the manger is not here’. Will never shop there again!

I went to pick up cigars like I always do and they would not give them to me without the credit card I used, even though I had a picture of the card and my drivers license and I am in there every week the manager said she could not do it. I will no longer used the online service or spend 1000 dollars a month with my company and personal use.BevMo no mo

I only go to BevMo when I have when I have a lot of money its expensive I went there about I dont know three times in one week it was out of Hennessy so I stopped going other than that hes okay

Customer service has fallen, everytime after going to my bank navy federal I would go here to buy 2 bottles of champagne. Last visit my brother who is 25 wanted to buy someSasperilla due to him not being a drinker I was looking for my champagne when my brother was refused the sale of 4 sodas and a rockstar due to not having has ID. Really you cant sell him soda without an ID because your cashier said you sell alcohol what a joke. Never had issues here before, always liked buying here. Ill just drive the extra miles next time and buy from another Distributor.
