Im a big guy (64 - 220) and spent weeks searching for an XL frame bike. So many other shops either didnt have the bikes or had bikes listed in-stock on their website that werent actually there when I showed up.I made a 3-hour trip to your Temecula store and sure enough the bike I was looking for was in-stock and available. Austin was extremely helpful in walking me through some additional tips and info as I was transitioning to my first road bike.A week in, I love the bike and it was well worth the trip. Im only disappointed that I dont live close enough to use Bicycle Warehouse for my future bike servicing.
Came in looking for a new bike and was greeted immediately by one of the staff. His name was Austin. Very courteous and professional. No pressure to buy any bike. He was very informative and gave me advice on which way to go to attain my goals. Austin also showed me products that would make my ride more comfortable. I would highly recommend any one in the market for a new bike to come in and pay them a visit. They will treat you like family.
Austin and Jeff were fantastic! As a newer rider I have visited a few shops in the area trying to get good information, but these guys went above and beyond in providing high-level detail and professionalism in our discussions. Incredibly knowledgeable team that will get you exactly what you need and is not afraid to spend diligent time to ensure that the customer is well satisfied. Highly recommend bicycle warehouse!
Professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.Martin assisted my girlfriend and I with our first major bike purchase. He knew the size of bikes we needed, and how each bike needed to be adjusted for our specific body types. I gave him the general thought of what we were interested in, and he took it from there. We were allowed to test ride multiple different bikes, as many times as needed, to ensure we were happy with our decisions. Questions about seat height, gearing, wheel sizes, accessories, maintenance, storing and transporting the bikes were all answered clear and concise. At no point were we pressured to make a decision.Ultimately, we are very happy with our purchase and I would highly recommend anyone to purchase from here.
I new to the bike world, walking in here was the best thing I could have done not only did they service my bike Jeff walk me through in detail all i needed to know about my bike as well as what and why is important to get some essentials in a very relaxed, did not feel I was being treated by salesman man. Encourage everyone to stop by for your bike needs!
A1 Top notch service!! Thank you Martin! I came in to take a look to see what they had. As I was looking Martin was helping another couple. After he finished he immediately asked if I heed help and what I was looking for? He showed me a couple of bikes and then he hit the nail on the head for what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and full of great information. I got to test the bike out and it was perfect. From start to finish it was a great experience thank you Martin!! I will be back and will also refer other friends and family. And when my daughter is ready to ride I will be getting her bike here!!
I purchased a Giant model Trance 27.5” from them, and was astonished, darned right surprised at the warm hospitality of the staff. I drove one hour and a half to their shop to find no arrogance, no sellers market mentality that most So-cal bike shops have these days, just a genuine interest in getting you out there and riding. But don’t take my word as evidence, pay them a visit and find out for yourself, and if you can, ask for Austin.
I bought my first ever road bike here. I had no knowledge or idea on what height, style, or type of bike I was looking for. Luckily we got help from Martin, who helped me through the process. I would’ve never known I was a 54”, I was so close buying a bike online/offer up not even knowing what I was getting myself into. He explained that the better the fit the more comfortable longer rides will be. He showed me how to adjust a seat and everything. He made me feel at home, he wasn’t pushing me to buy the bike, he showed me different options. I was looking online but I’m glad I went to the shop because I got legendary customer service. I will definitely be coming back to shop here and highly recommend Bicycle Warehouse. Thank’s a million Martin!I’d also like to add that the shop is clean, stocked up with anything you need, accessories for your bike *super awesome helmets*Come check them out and ask for Martin. He’ll definitely help you with any questions you may have.
This place was great, I think Jeff was the one who helped me and he knew how to explain things to me. Like what kind of bike is good for me since Im a beginner, what size of bike and how this new mountain bikes work. I will definitely go back when I need an accessory or anything to do with mountain bike.
I have never done a review of any place before but I had to because of my great experience here. All the guys at this place are awesome and very friendly and knowledgeable. Jeff especially was very cool and gave me a ton of great help and information. This will definitely be my place of choice. I wouldn’t take my bike to anywhere else.
Went into the Bicycle Warehouse looking for info and possibly to buy a bike for the wifey. Martin was exactly the person I needed. He was helpful, courteous and provided the expertise I was looking for. Not pushy at all. Awesome service!! Thanks Martin. She loves her new bike.
Picked up my online bike order here the other week. Jeff was the one who brought out the bike and explained all the details of it. Very helpful and answered any questions I had of the bike. I now have a better understanding of making sure my bike is ready for the trails and keeping it maintained in the long run. Thanks Jeff!
Jeff was terrific, very detailed explaining my bike. They did a fantastic tune up at 90 days and went smoothly! If you’re not sure where to buy your bike, stop by and they’ll take very good care of you and it’s well worth the time and money spent!
Austin was super helpful when purchasing a bike for our son. Went over how to care for the bike, recommended a good lock for school and showed us how to use it and installed the kickstand and water bottle holder. Very great service!
Jeff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Service was fast and thorough. Jeff took the time and made sure we knew what we were doing.
Jeff was awesome. Super attentive and helpful! This is the second time Ive been here and I will keep coming back despite having other shops closer to me!
Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about cycling ! Shout out to Jeff; he’s the best !
I went in to buy a bolt for my Giant Reign and left with a new Santa Cruz Bronson! Martin was awesome, he made the purchase of my new bike a pleasurable one.
Purchased a New Giant Escape 3 online and went and picked it up in store.Awesome people in the store. Purchased a few water bottles with cages and a better set of pedals and they installed all of it while I waited.
I had the pleasure of coming to the bicycle warehouse and the amazing Austin took great care of me! I will be back for more supplies!!
Thanks Austin for the great customer service and getting my new bike dialed in. Highly recommend Temecula Bicycle Warehouse for your bike needs.
We always have a great experience coming here. We have purchased bikes here and parts. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. They are full of lots of knowledge! We will always come back here for our biking needs.
Sometimes I dont understand why some of the products are so expensive, but the staff are very very helpful
Ryan was extremely clear in explaining all the details in purchasing my new bike. Thank you!!!
Super helpful staff both Ryan and Martin were very informative and assisted with every question and concern. A++++++
Came for a bike; Got a bike. Nice
Great place to shop and customer service. These guys have bike unlike most other bike shops.
Austin was our sales associate and he was awesome
Where do I start? As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Alex with a smile and great handshake.I went in not knowing anything about anything in the store. I know I wanted a bike where I can ride on the street and on a dirt trail. Alex took the time to show me a few different bikes and explained why they were different. He was very patient with me as I was asking slit of questions.Alex took the time to find out what I needed and what my preferences were, and then he walked me through the different brands they had. He then hand-picked a bike that he felt would be a good fit for me. He even adjusted the bike so I could take it out for a spin.Yes I bought the bike, I also needed some accessories...I told him what my budget was, he showed me a few items on Amazon that I could order that was a little less expensive. I appreciated his honestly. If you are shopping for any bike supplies go and ask for Alex, he ROCKS!!!Alex thank you again, you are an asset to your Team!
Very friendly and prompt service.
Austin was an absolute pleasure to do business with. I will be back to make a future purchase for years to come. Thanks Austin
Extremely long wait. This place is ridiculous.
Listened to your outgoing message today. Called Jax bikes spoke to someone in the shop and i made my purchase through them. There you go. Two stars for having a recorded message that was a nice touch.
I have been looking for the right bike for over a year. I finally narrowed it down to several makes and models, and Santa Cruz was one of them. I went to Bicycle Warehouse to check them out. Jeff was so incredibly helpful. He spent at least 2 hours with me answering all my questions, and going through every detail of what was important to me so he could help steer me in the right direction. I had asked several people at different bike shops questions throughout the year, and no one has ever taken the time to explain things and answer my questions like Jeff did. He helped me decide on my dream bike, and I am so grateful!! I am a customer for life!!
Bad Customer service Definitely won’t be back.
The best customer service I’ve experienced !!! These guys Rock!! I appreciate all you guys help today!!! My Bike runs good as new!! Thanks
Extremely rude - sales rep ruined a Birthday present experience for a 6year old just so they can feel superior. No sense of customer service - unacceptable attitude. Spending $500 on a junior bike and they treat you like they doing you a favor...
I recently bought a mountain bike from BW and Jeff was fantastic!! Personable and knowledgable:) I recommend BW and thanks Jeff!!!
The customer service is terrible. I called and they wouldn’t answer the phone. I drove over there and there were 3 people working in the shop and no customers in the store, and no one offered to help me. I wouldn’t spend a dime at any bicycle warehouse. Let alone buy an expensive bike that they won’t help me with.
Bought a bike here. The bike was very poorly set up, bars were fairly crooked, brakes drug pretty bad, and a few of the bolts were merely hand tight. Customer service was ok when I bought my bike but the couple times Ive been back since I always get the feeling that the people hate their jobs. Would rather go to Jax or drive to San Diego for bike parts. Wont be back.
Very great staff and helped me find the perfect bike! Thank you
When I bought my MTB not even a year ago and probably have only about 100 miles. my bike is now making a clicking sound the rear wheel bearing area and the cassette has side to side movement. I took the bike and explain the person the issues. he said it was normal. I told him that is not normal operation so I compared the side movements with another bike from the store, he said well thats a 6000 dlls bike is not gonna have any movement but will check out your bike with no warranty and it will be a $120 dlls charge. yes my bike was only 600 but it should be able to function more than a year or 100 miles. I guess if any one wants a good bike you need to spend at least $6000 dollars at this store.
I recently scored on an old 80s quickline bmx bike and needed some help getting back into action. Got tires, tubes and a break cable. Was missing the housing for the cable. Alex and the gentleman in the back helped me with everything I needed. Thanks guys.
Ive been going here for years! The staff is unbelievable and makes me feel welcomed anytime I come regardless of how busy they are. I usually end up in there for over an hour talking to them because how personable they are. Pricing in the store is great and they have definitely bought my loyalty over other stores in the area with an elitist attitude. A++ ran store!
Customer Service is great. Took my bike back in for a free tune up they offer and though it took a couple of days, was well worth the wait. I wound up buying two bikes from them. Will be back to get a decent bike for my son.
Ryan is always helpful, knowledgeable and a really nice guy. Ive been using BW as my go to bicycle store for a couple of years now. Great prices and selection.
I came in with an 85 Schwinn Super Le Tour for the Free 50 point inspection, and I could not be happier with the service and care that was given! Evan and Brian were awesome, very knowledgeable and listened to what use I intended for the bike. The finished product and price was awesome Im loving my bike and I will definitely return to Bicycle Warehouse for any other bicycle needs! Thanks Evan the bike is riding great!
Went to Bicycle Warehouse Temecula to have my road bike checked out for an upcoming mini triathlon. We were greeted warmly by staff and invited to bring in my bike. Brian checked out my bike, putting air in the tires, lubricating the chain and adjusting the gears. Tim graciously helped my husband review some potential hybrid bikes. Brian and Tim were very knowledgeable and helpful, sharing information readily. The store was well stocked full of various bikes, bicycle gadgets and gear. I would highly recommend this store, as the people were friendly, knowledgeable and willingly gave of their time. Thank you, Bicycle Warehouse for your expertise!
Had what I needed to service my bike. Employees were knowledgeable.
I recently had some tune-ups done and the employees and quality are good. My main issue is the cost $$$$$. They have pre-determined prices for all the work they do, kind of like a car dealership service department. Some examples of their (labor only) costs are $16 to replace an inner tube, 20 to replace a chain etc. Any bike rider has replaced a chain sometime in their life and it takes at most 10 minutes. That would put the labor cost at $120 per hour. Kinda steep. I will most likely look for a more reasonably priced repair shop in the future.
My family went today to Bicycle Warehouse Temecula to buy a bike for my daughter and possibly my wife too.We were not greeted by an employee for over 10 minutes while we stood in front of the kids bikes with helmet in hand. Granted both employees were busy with customers but a quick be with you in a minute to acknowledge our presence goes a long way. Finally, one employee came over, (did not introduce himself) to see what we needed. I had already picked out a bike for my daughter but wanted the store to give an expert opinion on size. Getting that information was like pulling teeth. We were 100% going to get the bike when I asked him to install the basket and training wheels...According to their OWN description on their OWN website:Small on size, big on fun. She’s ready for her first adventures with the colorful Adore. A protective chainguard keeps clothing and fingers out of harm’s way. Removable TRAINING WHEELS let her progress when the time is right. The colorful BASKET is the perfect place to carry her favorite toy. However, I was told the bike didnt come with those and it would be $30 for the training wheels and $30 to install!!!I was shocked - so i sent him to double check. When he came back he admitted it was a typo on the website but also said that they would not honour the mistake. And it was still going to be $60 for the TW.When asked if I could speak to a manager I was told they were unavailableI get that mistakes are made but to charge $30 to put on training wheels must equate to over $200/hour labour costs and the cost on the training wheels is probably close to $10 if I was to guess. The outright arrogance and the refusal to negotiate made an easy decision for me: Take my business elsewhere - and I did.So good job BWT you lost $800 worth of sales today over $10 training wheels!I would not recommend this store to anyone given their shady marketing and gouging of customers.
I was helping my disabled Vet father replace some tubes in his custom trike. After calling a number of local stores, Brian at Bicycle Warehouse told me he had the tubes and would replace them for FREE to honor my fathers services. I took the wheels to him, dropped them off and within an hour he had them ready for me. Excellent service and support. I will return to Bicycle Warehouse. He earned my trust and future business. Highly recommend Brian and Bicycle Warehouse. Thank you.
I loved that store. It is very big and have reasonable prices. The wait on the fix was a few days but I had 2 all mountain bicycle with some work to be done and these guys seem busy so thats somehow acceptable.Worth the wait though.Thats my Temecula bicycle go to place now.
I was referred by my neighbor to go check out this place for bike and other accessories. Ben-customer rep. was really helpful find right road bike shoes and cleats. He also took the time to install and align properly-very detailed oriented. He also then help me to get custom fitted with my new road bike and with his expertise and patience, he really take his time with you. I have never got this kind of service or attention when it comes to customers needs but Ben really went out of his way to make you feel comfortable and not trying to sell you that you dont need. Honest, caring, and knowledgeable. I would definitely will buy and recommend my friends to this place. Thanks Ben YOU ARE THE BEST!
Came in to get new bikes and my daughter and myself wore a mask but my 2 year old didnt have one on (she wont keep it on) so the worker said we had to leave. If youre that concerned about a 2 year old having covid, maybe you should stay closed.
Very knowledgeable. Best customer service. This is the place to visit if you want the best service for riding and trying out the best bike for your size and gender.
I love this place! I bought a nice bike for my teenage son here. The staff is very informative and helpful. Speaking of helpful, during my last visit a homeless gentleman was there with his very battered bike in need of a tire tube. He told me that they were going to help him with a new tube. I was willing to pay for a tube for him but he assured me that the shop would take care of it. I thought this was just beautiful that they would do this.Im fairly new to the area but I can see myself coming back to this place again and again.
I am a self employed business owner and am aware of how some people might give a company 0 stars due to something minor. I dont want to be one of those people. My experience with this company overall has been better than OK, but not always great. The staff has always been friendly. And they guys really seem to know their stuff. The prices are fair....sure you can find something online a few bucks cheaper. But if you need something and need it now their prices are fair. Recently I went in looking for a combo clip-in/platform pedal set. I found one online for about $50. I went to the store and they had a different one for $100. HOWEVER they reduced their price (a lot!) because the same pedal was being offered online at a competitor store for cheaper....those were the good points... But I was unhappy with a recent store visit pertaining to a bike tune up. When I bought my pedals I inquired about a tune up and was told to bring a bike in on Monday if I wanted to back in time for the next weekend. I did.....by Thursday I hadnt received an update call. I called and was told the bike wouldnt be ready until Monday. When I expressed disappointment the man said hed see if they could rush it and would call me back in 15 min......he didnt call back. So I called the next day and they re-confirmed the bike would not be ready until Monday. So I missed an important training ride. Over the weekend the actual bike mechanic called me with an update on the bike. He threw in some extra service & repairs they did to the bike without charge as sort of a make up for running late. So I gotta give them credit for throwing in a little extra for a customer who wasnt happy. I cant give them 5 stars ....but being late and a failed return call doesnt mean they should get 0 stars either.
Great place.... they dont just give me a bike.. they took time to explain which is the right bike for me... i can highly recommend base on my experience.. special thanks to ryan.. the guy who help me...
I have nothing but goodwords to share about these guys. Ive never left the shop feeling like I was neglected or not welcome. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Most time when Ive visited I was either helped by Bryan, Tim or Matt (I hope I got their names right) and theyve always gone above and beyond to get my needs met. Two huge thumbs up! I would definitely recommend this shop to any of my friends. Ive even brought a couple over to get bikes. Keep doing what you guys and gals are doing.
Walked in no help just I will be with you. Found things myself...over $200. Then waited waited waited waited waited waited waited and waited and waited at checkout counter...and waited waited and waited..3 minutes...4 minutes...5 minutes...6 minutes. I could not take it anymore. Went to manager and told him that he just lost a 200 sale and left never to return again. They wonder why we buy on Amazon...there it is right in front of their faces.
Its an awesome bike shop. Will definitely return to get another one. Friendly. Thank you Adrian.
A great bike shop with plenty of variety! Friendly staff with great knowledge on all their products! Will be a returning customer!
To bicycle Warehouse of Temecula I am a every day rider. I average 5,000 to 8,500 miles a year and kill one to two bikes a year on average. For over 3 years now Brian has been taking care of all my bikes and biking needs he is one of the best bike mecanics I have had and to this day I only trust him to work on my bikes. Just picked up a talon three from the store and in two months put on over 600 miles on it both on road and off . Its a good bike for the cost and is holding up just fine to the every day abuse I give it. So I feel I have to give a big thanks to Brian and all he has done for me over the years. And love the new bike..
Really good selection of bikes and gear. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend to any experienced or beginner rider like myself.
Amazing customer service! Very knowledgeable and helpful thanks guys my little guy loved his 26” XTC Giant!!
BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT- This is the bike shop that you WANT to go to if you are in the Inland Valley. We are very lucky in the Murrieta/Temecula area because we have quite a few really good bike shops with smart enthusiastic employees and knowledgeable sales people. That being said, BICYCLE WAREHOUSE is definitely on a level all its own. Most shops treat you great when you come in, and better when you head towards the pricier bike; but they tend to ignore you if you are just looking or getting a tube or patch kit; not BICYCLE WAREHOUSE! Ryan and Evan are always quick to offer a hello as soon as you walk in (or a how can we keep you rolling? if you call), Nichole goes out of her way to recommend the right gear and offer educated advice on equipment, and Brian is an encyclopedia of cycling knowledge, and local riding spots, as well as the best mechanic in the Inland Empire. The store is laid out smartly and easy to navigate, and it offers a wide variety of mountain (both hard-tail and full suspension), road, and cruisers. Additionally, BICYCLE WAREHOUSE has a great selection of shoes, jerseys, shorts, tools, helmets, bike racks, and anything else that you might need. Oh yeah, did I mention that they match prices?? Theres no need to buy parts from some shady no-name internet only bike shop, BICYCLE WAREHOUSE matches legitimate prices right there on the spot!!! Wouldnt you rather purchase locally and support your community? I know I would. So if your looking for a truly full-service bicycle shop with a knowledgeable sales staff and top-notch mechanics LOCALLY, look no further than BICYCLE WAREHOUSE !! Youll be glad you came in, and youll keep coming back.,
Super helpful and not pushy staff. Bought a giant talon 3 hard tail and didnt try and up sale me on other stuff that I dont need. Didnt push me to get a more expensive bike...
Just bought a bike there. Havent ridden in 35 years. They made me feel welcome & werent condescending with my ignorance of current bikes. They helped helped me choose a bike that would work for me, and at a reasonable price. Thanks guys.
Great Mom & Pop style local business but with a great inventory. Really stoked on the the experience I just got here, so with great customer service like this, friendly sales staff, and good pricing.. I will keep coming back.
Ryan was great. He was very knowledgeable and easy going. A pleasure to work with.
Buy a new bike, will not get serviced till who nows when 🤨
I initially went in to have my daughter’s bike reviewed after purchasing it used. They did a free review of everything it needed despite being very busy from a big weekend sale day. They were knowledgeable and straightforward- they let us know what the most pressing issues were and didn’t pressure us to spend more on her bike than necessary.I ended up buying a new Liv Tempt bike because my bike was too big and hard to handle. For some reason my front tire kept deflating and we couldn’t find the leak, so they replaced the tube at no charge.Definitely would recommend these guys no matter your level of knowledge! If you are a beginner like me, you can be confident that they will be honest and helpful!
Great bike shop. They have a a good number of stores between SW Riverside and San Diego which works out well for me. I bought a bike from the Temecula location and test rode 3 times before finally purchasing. There was never any sales pressure during my visits and I think they really helped me pick the right bike. After hitting the trails I think their recommendation was spot on. I did have couple minor issues with the bike that the mechanic was able to take care of while I waited. Good customer service all around.
I brought m family in to look for my daughters first mountain bike. Austin went out of his way to explain features and what makes the Liv bikes different than other companies. While we were working with Austin as he explained the Liv bike, my son over heard your team member Ryan say under his breath, if you keep women in the kitchen where they belong they wouldnt need a specific bike. then the coworker he was with began to laugh. We continued to ask Austin questions and had planned to return after doing more research. I was shocked to learn what was said by your employee about female cyclists. Its a shame when you have someone as sweet as Austin mixed up with someone like Ryan who is supposed to be a leader. I will for sure be taking my buisness elsewhere.
Friendly and helpful staff, good Bike for a good price!A. W.
Went over to test ride a bike I was interested in buying today at Bicycle Warehouse in Temecula. Walked up to the front door and their was a sign that they would not be open until 11 instead of 10. So I wait around and see a worker go in the store at 10:45 and I walk up to the door and he still would not let me in even though they were opening 1 hour later than their posted hours. I ask him why the opened late and he said they had a team meeting in San Diego. I told him that that was not very good for customers that got stuck waiting today. He said you do what you got to do:, So I did what I got to do, and left and bought a bike from another local shop instead.
Excellent store! Easily the best mountain bike store.
The service was excellent. I wasnt quite fitting correctly on my bicycle. They understood the problem, came up with a resolution, and got me going again.
Great customer service. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. Will come here for my mtb needs for now.
Waited in lane to get when i got in i asked person in front for a break pads and he said he dont know.
Excellent customer service. This is a local bike shop and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
Awesome place. Thank you Adrian. Very professional and friendly.
I just wanted thank Fernando for all his help with my Giant XTC advanced 3 composite mtn bike. I appreciate people with his type of attitude in assisting customers like me which made a world of a difference and convinced me to get the mtn bike of my preference. it was the last thing on my mind to even buy a new bike that day, but the minute i walked into the store, i felt relaxed as i browsed around with no pressure from either pushy or non-motivated salespeople who wont bother paying any attention to you if you didnt look like you had any money to put out. Again, thanks Fernando for your help.
Well its been a little over a month since I bought my bike and Ive been pedaling ever since. I have nothing but good to say about the temecula store. The staff was friendly and professional and help me out with my bike selection. Whatever you need they have it from the road to Mountain and everything in between. And if your not sure what type of bike to purchase dont be afraid to ask they will point you in the right direction.DerrekSanta Cruz nomad
Very nice selection of bikes. Great customer sevice, good prices, everyone is so friendly. I was attended by Ryan, great guy, very accomodating and give very good input about which to choose among all the choices, even though Ryan was the one attended me, all the other staffs are great too like Bryan and the others. they treat you really really nice and they are easy to talk to. I live 45 minutes away from bicycle warehouse Temecula, but i will definitely drive 45 mins if i needed something that is bike related or needed a bike service. I like other bike shops too but i find myself at home at Bicycle warehouse Temecula. Thank you Bicycle warehouse Temecula!
They make feel like your ride is the most important. good service and very helpful.
Great selection of biking products and service.
Came in on a Saturday, desperately needing my bike to be fixed (brake pads were running up against the wheel). I had called before asking if they could see me right away because I had to leave for college the next day. I called first and spoke to a guide name Evan. He was nice over the phone and said bring it on over. Normally like any bikeshop they usually have allotted times to do maintenance and coming in randomly will usually lead to waiting a day or two. I couldnt because I had to leave for school. Now I brought it in and thankfully Evan was still there. I told him that I was the guy he spoke to over the phone. He immediately began working on my bike and told me I could walk around the store and he would have it completed in 5-10 min.. I waited around 15 min. He calls me over and tells me a fee things.1) My wheel was untrue and thats why it was hitting the brake pad. He fixed that to the best of his ability without having to have the rim sent out for repair. (I guess the rim was bent)2) I was rocking the wrong value stem which wouldnt have allowed me to fill my back tire with air. He also fixed that.He called me over and told me the things above but first he apologized for the longer wait. Super nice guy. After everything, I asked him what was the damage. He tells me no charge and then tells me to study hard. This was a great experience not only for the short wait time but for the really good service. I would have said this even if he did charge me for the service. If youre in need for a bike, forget Walmart or Target.Yeah they might be cheaper but there quality is much less and their service is nonexistent.P.S. Ask for Evan if you go. Hes such a nice guy and really helpful. Will be coming back once my bike gives out.
Bought several bikes. great informative people. just busy sometimes so you may have to wait for customers ahead.
Great costermer service with awesome bikes and solid warranties. These guys rock!!!
They had me waiting for 1 minute
Excellent service
Very good service thanks to Ryan
