Went to get some new boots yesterday. Excellent service and helpful staff. Probably say with me for an hour trying on boots. Had a date and needed some bots without dirt! Visit this Boot Barn if your looking for a good selection.

It was very organized and had 3 pretty good sized racks for clearance clothes in the women’s section. Dressing rooms were open and the customer service was amazing.

Ive purchased a few pairs of work boots here and my son just purchased his first pair. Great spot. 👍🏼

Boot barn has always been one of my favorites although noone offered help this time around the workers were still very kind. Always suggested ☺

My second visit in 2 days, Chelsea and Todd both helped out. Everyone was very pleasant, this stores huge. Its a warehouse of western and work wear, I purchased another pair of Danner boots and Danner shoes too for inside the office. Plenty of great work clothes, bought a good deal of Carhartt pants and shirts. Ill definitely return and use the credit card I was approved for that gave me a discount of $85 off my total of $600, plus the gift cards of $45. All and all very happy with the experience, the products and the employees.

Huge selection of boots, hats, and clothing. I love shopping here. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is always clean, organized, and well stocked.

Ready for new work boots? Found a great pair for under $100.

My husband got a great pair of boots and they have military discount. They are super comfortableI browsed the womens clothes but they seemed a bit too boxy for me. Everything seemed to be straight down, no curves.Found jeans I liked. Fit the hips but wasnt able to find the length I needed. For the price, I really dont want to take them to be hemmed.Fitting rooms are fcfs (they dont start a room for you, you carry your items since there isnt a cart.)

Spent $600.00 on 2 pairs of thorougood work boots for my sons, the girls there are always so helpful and very nice to deal with when shopping there! Highly recommend this boot barn for your shopping needs!

A bit disappointed w/the boots. All of the boots were dull and lacked style. I have a pair of J. Chism Ostredge boots that I have had since 1994. I got very ill and could not wear them until this year of 2018. They were stored in a boot case w/cedar boot horns. They came out in Miraculous condition. I was looking for high end boots, but could not, was told to check on line.

Wide selection to choose from and they will call other stores if they dont have your size.

The gals at Boot Barn were great! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I purchased all of my work boots here. They are excellent quality and last a long time.This time I came across a pair of jeans that fit my height perfectly! I am 59 which necessitates a jean length of 34. Boot Barn actually has this length! So excited to purchase more jeans here!

Great selections on boots, clothing and hats!

Selection of boots is not the best and you are definitely going to be paying a premium. If you have the ability to you can try on the boots at the store then find them online for a discount. My wife found the womens boot selection to be pitiful at best.

Ordering on line was easy but when boots didnt fit, this location refused to accept them for return. I had to leave with boots that do not fit and call customer support. Customer support inshort said, the store just didnt want to do the return and just go to website and start return process, print label, and take them back in. Really? Wont be shopping here again.

Staff was pretty friendly and its pretty easy to navigate around the store to find sizes and styles.

Good selection of cowboy cosplay wear, but no longer a place to go for real work wear.

The employees were helpful and there was a large selection!

If you have special sizes, call and ask them to hold it for you if you know what you want, but they are great and have awesome selection!

My wife went into boot barn today to exchange a pair of boots I bought for her. The boots were never used and still had the tags but we had lost the receipt. The Manager Shawna was extremely friendly and helpful. Shawna gave my wife a full exchange. Amazing customer service and the selection is awesome! We ended up buying another pair for my daughter as well

You know, I enjoy the goods they provide, but I have been in there several times, to spend good, hard earned money. Not once has anyone tried to make me welcome. Its hard to wanna like that. But again, I like the products the Boot Barn provides.

Husband came in for work boots. Employees were very helpful and nice. My only complaint was the limited amount of sizes available for certain styles, and the shelves seemed to be a bit disorganized. Regardless, my husband found a decent pair of boots in his size at an average price. The employees are what makes the place worth going to. Not the boots.

I wear a size 14, so finding shoes and boots is often difficult. I was pleased to find several options of boots here. They could use a little more of the larger sizes but my needs were met quickly.

The staff was more than helpful and very knowledgeable. They helped me select boots based on my preferences vice price (I saved $30 on this alone)... They also have a great discount for military personnel... I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for hiking, work, or cowboy boots....

Good store. Been shopping here for years. They have some western wear and limited tack. Huge hat selection, and pretty large boot selection. But over the years they’ve gone really mainstream with apparel. Not really the practical kind of stuff just really flashy junk you see in magazines and on tv. But you can still find good work clothing for both ranches and farms or blue collar stuff. Can’t find it in the store go online!

Had to buy steel toed boots as a requirement for taking a written exam. Went to boot barn found some very nice Keens.They have a very large selection of steel toed boots.

Was The worst experience ever did not get greeted I had to go look for the type of boots that I wanted I was out there for about 15 minutes nobody ever came by to check if I needed any type of service I had to flag somebody down because of the boots were all out of order couldnt find the pairs she just basically said you get them yourself just behind is the pair I looked and moved everything to the side and there theyre very rude I did not catch her name no pairs found they were more worried about guarding the front of the store making me feel like if I was going to steal something I told them they had the worst customer service ever and all they did was just laugh like its not a big deal maybe because Im Mexican and I look like a gangster because of my shaved head and tattoos but everybody should be treated equally even though it is a western store do not go here

I recently bought a pair of boots and a straw hat here. The staff was wonderful. I had a great woman helping me, she even laced the strings I got for my hat.

This Boot Barn has more of a selection than other boot Barns Ive been through lots and lots of clothing and Im incredible selection of boots its almost wall-to-wall nice job

Great place for brand names got my grandfather a nice stetson skyline hat they also can shape it for you free of charge. They also doCleaning for hats.

Wouldn’t help out with stretching one of my boots to help fit. If it’s worn outside, they can no longer help because of new policies. Just a heads up
