I am a little late posting this BUT Bonnie is amazing, her knowledge of the industry and dresses is amazing. She is warm and welcoming and so easy to work with. I said hell yes to the dress and it was BEAUTIFUL and cost way less than anyone who saw it thought. Highly recommend.

I didn’t catch the lovely lady’s name who runs this warehouse but she was amazingly helpful and sweet! Great energy, not pushy like some bridal boutiques. I found my dream dress here, it was the second dress I tried on and I fell in love with it. The dress is beautiful, unique and also easy to travel with, I’d been shopping other places and didn’t see a style similar to this anywhere else. Highly recommend getting your dress here!

WOW! What an amazing find! I was looking for a wedding gown I could love but one that wouldnt break the bank. I came across this gem while searching for places to rent a gown. Although they dont do rentals (no one really does anymore), I was so pleasantly surprised by this space. Its in a storage unit but Bonnie (owner) made the experience very homey regardless. The prices were extremely affordable and she sells them at wholesale and doesnt charge tax. I walked out of this warehouse with everything I needed to wear for the big day at 1/4th of the cost it would have cost me at Davids Bridal. I said YES to the dress and this was only the second place I had even gone looking. Thank you Bonnie! I am still in awe over the dress :)

1st place I came too look for 2 dresses for my wedding and reception. luckily Found both dresses I was looking and for an amazing deal!!! Bonnie was great and very helpful! I did my research and I am also on a budget but I found this place and I am so glad I did. I read some reviews that were great and some not so great but sometimes you just have to find out for yourself and that’s what I did. Bonnie is absolutely awesome! Yes the place is in a storage unit but so what. With the prices of dresses these days and with COVID making it hard to find places open, this place was an absolute dream come true. She has so many gorgeous dresses that would normally cost $1200 elsewhere for a fourth of that price. She has so many beautiful things and she even included a pair of beautiful bridal shoes for free. I got my dress, my veil, and a pair of shoes all for $350!!!! WOW!Bonnie was a pleasure to work with and she was very knowledgeable about wedding dresses. I can’t wait for the day when I get to wear the dress and I am so grateful to Bonnie for making my dream gown become a reality!!!!

This was the simplest bridal experience you can imagine. Called for a same-day appointment in the morning. No frills warehouse, but I was looking for the right dress at the right price, not champagne and chandeliers. Rows of dresses to choose from, a wide variety of styles, all for ridiculously low prices. Incredible quality for the price. I selected a few different dresses to try on and walked out the door within an hour with the perfect dress in my hands. A bit of simple, inexpensive side seam tailoring and Im good to go. No hesitations is highly recommending the Bridal Outlet Warehouse.

Bonnie was awesome from the beginning I could tell she was a good person and friendly from the 1st time that I talked to her over the phone, while I was making my appointment. A friend of mine Debbie came with me we drove from Palm Springs out to Temecula and Bonnie was there ready to help me find my WOW dress. We went through several styles as I didnt know what type of dress I was looking for and Bonnie was there helping me with zipping up, lacing up, pulling tight, she was there for me the whole time. when we finally found the dress that was perfect for me we celebrated with a bottle of martini and Rossi, Asti spumante and sat around talking as if we were old friends. I live in the Palm Springs area, and I googled wedding dress near me, I found a couple ones but as soon as I saw the reviews I wanted to make a first stop to this place, I even request the day off thinking I may have to hunt for more places. For my luck as soon as I went inside she asked me what I was looking for? I told her something simple but rustic and mermaid dress, as soon as she pulled the first one I knew that was it even tho she try to suggest me other ones we all fail in love with the first one. Bought my wedding dress her in June. Im getting married next month. Bonnie was great! She had many different styles to choose from and the prices were even better. Very kind and helpful lady, large selection at the time of my appointment (shes liquidating her stock), unbeatable prices from $99-$599! Its in a large storage unit and being SoCal you may want to try to get an appointment before noon if you get hot easily. Theres a big dressing room with a clean rug covering the concrete floor to keep the bottom of the dress clean, a mirror, and curtains that go around. I loved the first dress I tried on so much! I cant believe how gorgeous it is for the price I paid. I couldnt be happier with it and the whole experience was fantastic!

This is a great place for serious buyers only. There are no frills, no screaming bridal parties, no Champagne to drink, or stages to stand on. But that is why I had such a great experience. There are many dresses to choose from and Bonnie was excessively helpful. The prices are excellent; at least 1/3 of what youll pay at those fancy bridal stores. As a woman who is not only short but chubby, it was hard to find a dress that was flattering, but I found my perfect dress here! Thank you Bonnie for all of your help! I would highly recommend this location if you are the kind of bride that is all about getting the right dress at the right price and not about making it into some kind of party event.

This was such a refreshing experience! There was an amazing selection of dresses at great prices. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, no judging me for not wanting to spend thousands of dollars on a wedding dress (and no rushing me through the appointment after learning my price point). I got some great suggestions for dresses to try, honest feedback on how the dresses looked on me, and I came away with a gorgeous dress at a fantastic price.

I said yes to the dress here! I went to several other bridal stores before this and had a good idea of what I wanted. And I also knew that I didn’t want to pay a ridiculous amount for a dress that I was going to only wear for 5 hours, and let’s be honest, most brides save their dress to pass it down to their daughter but seriously, styles change in the future and wedding dresses become outdated. Didn’t care for that so opted for off the rack and affordable. Called Bonnie to set appointment, came in and started looking. She had a lot of size 6 and above, decent amt of 4s. The styles are more traditional (so if your going for that couture Berta/Milla Nova look- you won’t find it here.) Found a full lace modified mermaid/A strapless sweet heart neckline. It’s beautiful. Unworn. Clean. For about $300. Great steal! Don’t expect to pop champagne and pay up the butt for experience. It’s a no frills, in and out. Keep expectations low. The owner, Bonnie was very helpful! Glad I did my research.

Just found the perfect chiffon wedding dress for our vow renewal in a few months. As the reviews say, this is not a storefront, by appointment only, and best suited for serious buyers. Bonnie had some unforeseen circumstances and is liquidating her inventory.I am 6’1 and by no means petite, and was worried there wouldn’t be a selection for me. I arrived at the Bridal Outlet Warehouse with my mother and grandmother thinking I would find a nice selection of designer gowns at wholesale prices. When we arrived at the address, we went to the front door only to find that it was locked. I knew the owner was expecting us because I had made an appointment. I called her and she let me know she had to let us in the gate. We were surprised to see that it was merely a storage unit she was selling dresses out of! To top it off the selection was extremely limited!! Only a handful of gowns in each size and what she did have looked like it was from the 1980s! I didnt find one gown to try on. We decided to look at veils and after we had taken one out to look at it we were quickly reprimanded and told not to let it touch the floor or it would get dirty. She then took it from us and started folding it to put it away. I said can I try it on?? She then proceeded to tell me to come here so that I could see the veil in the mirror and interrupted the bride who was in the room trying on gowns. It was very disappointing. Please save yourself the trouble and do not come here!!

I just left this place... the only thing I can say is go ahead and look at the retail shops, dont buy, then come here. I only paid $35!! I also bought some cute pins for my hair for only $10! She has hundreds of dresses, vails, belts. She is so nice and accommodating.

If i can give this place 0 stars i would. First off this is not a warhousebut an illegal business ran out of a storage unit and was the Worst experiance ever. I showed up with my mom, sister, mother in law and friend and right away we were told we had to many people, bonnie would not let my guest come and look at the dresses with me. I picked out a few dresses and went to go try them on and my sister (maid of honor) was given a hard time about coming in the room with me to help me. I heard bonnie on a phone conversation telling someone that she had a bride in the fitting room (me) and that she was trying to hurry up before it gets to hot, not what a bride wants to hear when finding a dress and before i can even get a dress on bonnie was already walking into the fitting room trying to hand me the next dress she wanted me to put on and grab the one i just taken off. Bonnie was extremly rude and made extremly rude comments making me the bride (me) feel unimportant. I was informed several time to not leave the carpeted area of the pvc pipe made fitting room or else the dress would get dirty. I finally had enough of her unprofessional ways and rude comments and told my sister i couldnt do it anymore as i was almost in tears in the fitting room. I only tried on 3 dresses and left feeling defeated on what should have been a memorable day for me. Thanks for nothing. I did take my business somewhere else and was able to find my dream dress so i guess i do have bonnie to thank for that since shes the reason i left.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went here with my mother in law to find a dress for myself for $300 or less. When we arrived we found out it wasnt a wear house but a cold & poorly lit storage unit about the size of a 2 or 3 car garage. The lady asked my size and I told her I was a 10 in bridal, she then showed me the area I was able to choose from and found 1 dress among a sea of awful 80s and 90s wedding dresses, some of which reminded me of my sisters old prom dress bleached White. When I went to try it on, it didnt fit! So I thought okay fine well try something bigger. After changing and hanging up the dress at the request of the women she scolds me and tells me I hung it up wrong. At that point I was really upset because she was treating me like an employee rather than a customer. After finally finding a dress that wold fit she tells me in a pluse size 14 and that my dress is gonna cost extra because its plus sized. I found that strange because I had just worn a size 10 a month ago at a different bridal shops and I had actually lost weight since then. She then asks me if thats the dress I wanted but I said No, I want a ballgown she then proceeds to leave the dressing room (if you could even call it that) and tells me that Im not gonna find a ballgown anywhere for $300. That really discouraged me and got me really upset. So then I wait in the dressing room with my dress partially on waiting for her to come back with another dress because I hadnt tried on many and I heard her looking through the dresses. She then asks me if Ive changed back into my clothes yet and I said no, I thought you were looking for another dress she then tells me this Oh no, Ive given up. Theres no way I have a dress for you. You should go to davids bridal but they probably donthave anything in your price range. That broke my heart because it took me years to scrounge up that money and to hear her tell me I should give up or settle really really REALLY upset me. So thenow I gothink dressed and left. And guess what, I did go to davids bridal after that, and they treated me like I was priority and I found that petfect ballgown for in my price range. And they said i was a size 10 so Im not sure whats wrong with her sizing systems. So if youre looking for a wedding dress in your price range and looking to be taken care of, just go to Davids Bridal.
