All was going well until my Jeep I bought from Tom started having minor issues. Called Tom and let him know he was polite and told me to take it to the shop and that hed take care of it. Took it to the shop and they just bandaid the problem. So again I call Tom and politely let him know and he starts yelling at me wanting his jeep back when I no where near was rude about anything we have talked about and he was completely rude I had high hopes for this place I talked so highly on how Tom has helped me out so much until today would not recommend ever buying a car from this place ever take your business somewhere else. I recommend this place to so many people looking for a vehicle and I will let them know how my experience went

I stopped by for a test drive, and I was utterly disappointed with what I saw. The owner (I think he was, I might be mistaken) knew nothing about a car hed had for a week. I had to point out to him that the handbrake doesnt work. He claimed the car was a 1 owner with no accidents. The car had 3 owners and had been in an accident. How can you not know what youre selling?!? Didnt even try to negotiate because he didnt seem interested in making a sale, even though I had cash in hand. He was badmouthing another customer who inquired about a car right in front of me. When I got there, there was no one there for about 15 minutes. No sign in the window, no notice, he was just out and about doing his thing. After a lackluster trip from San Diego to Temecula, I ended up going down to El Cajon to purchase a significantly nicer car for cheaper at Greenlight Auto Group. They were so professional and nice, it made the hour drive down feel 100% worth it. I dont know if he just didnt care or if he just is that clueless. I wouldnt touch this place with a 10 foot pole.
