Very kind and personable staff. I always walk my dog here to visit everyone whenever I’m in town and they’re always excited to see her. Their shoe selection is excellent and their service is excellent!
The women that helped us was exceptional. Bringing us different options. They were crowded and age vested time. We bought more than we centr for. Duh customer service!!

The woman who sold me my jadons was so great. I had to go back to my house to get my bank card and she kept my boots on hold. When i came back, check out was quick during black Friday.

The staff at Journeys in temecula were just awesome! I purchased a pair of Adidas before this pandemic started. Well, the pair I got was defective. The loop where the lace went broke. Fast forward to 3 months later, they let me exchange the shoes for a new pair! How awesome is that! Thank you Allen and Carrie for your help! You made my day!
Great customer service. I went in to exchange some shoes that I ordered online, they checked and didnt have the next size up, but the clerk said he could order them online for me. Wisely, he suggested that I try a similar pair on for size, I actually needed to go up two sizes. I returned the shoes, he ordered the new ones and in less than a week I have them at home.
I have worn almost nothing but Old School Dr Martens boots for close to 20 years. I used to buy them online to save a few bucks. I can usually get 2 years out of a pair. I found that Journeys in the Promenade mall in Temecula carried Docs, and they werent that more expensive than I could find them online, so a couple of years I bought a pair from Journeys.Well, I wore them to death, so after two years it was time for a replacement pair. I decided to buy my next pair from Journeys as well. This time, the sole of the boots started to separate a couple of months after I bought them. I researched online to see if I could send them back to Dr. Martens as every pair I have bought over the years have lasted me a good 2+ years All I could really find was that I should take them back to where I bought them.I was hesitant as I didnt have my receipt so I kind of procrastinated another couple of months (all while wearing them with the soles separating and feeling a squish in my walk). Finally, just on a whim, I was at the mall and went into Journeys just to see. To my surprise they were SUPER about exchanging them. They said that they have never seen Docs do that before and of course they would take them back (even 4-5 months later). Try that at the Vans store!Their customer service is great. Super friendly - unassuming - great customer service! Not 5 but 10 Stars in my book!

Horrible customer service. I bought a pair of shoes and after a couple minutes of wearing them inside my house, my feet were aching. I went back to the store to return them for my money back. The co-manager basically said I was lying and refused to give me my money back because they were too worn. I will never buy shoes from here again.
