Really dont want to rate this place because I dont want a ton of people coming and stealing all of these gorgeous, well priced pieces but my experience was so great it would be a crime not to say how excellent customer service was as well as the clothing, shoes and accessories selection. My daughter and I found so many amazing pieces and at the fraction of retail price.

Such a cute shop! Totally worth checking out to take some time to browse and find that perfect fashion statement piece. Lots of unique designer brand clothing, shoes,and accessories. Worker was very accommodating for me and my baby, she even set up a dressing room so I could breastfeed him. I will totally be back!

Great place to sell your designer clothes or go shopping for some. They are so nice and they make the process quick and easy.

Been a fan since we moved an hour away 11 years ago. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Very welcoming atmosphere. Always find something. Youre shopping at the wrong places if you dont at least try Ritzy Rags first. Best deals ever!

The owner is very nice. She makes sure you as the guess is happy without taking away from the clients (who place the items w/her) pockets. Prices are very fair, and lables high end.

The whole time we were shopping, my boyfriend and I were being eyed like a hawk by one particular sales lady. Nobody asked if we needed help finding anything and they said they couldnt hold anything for more than an hour. Even stores in the mall will hold stuff until the end of the day. They do have some pretty nice stuff, and the prices arent too bad. Store has a really nice, homey feel to it, and they have some really cool decor in the back of the store.

All merchandise is in good shape.Items are categorized and well presented. Prices are good. Ive shopped there for years!

Ive been here a couple times with my girlfriend Trixie. They really go out of their way to make sure she is taken care of. Great shop.

This was honestly such a frustrating experience. I took so many very good quality, trendy clothing items and shoes including designer jeans to them only to be ALL turned down. I spent the 30 minutes I waited for them to go through the clothing shopping for what I would get with store credit but sifted through a bunch of out dated and cheap clothing items that were overpriced which could be found at a local Goodwill. I immediately went to Urban Exchange from there and they took nearly half of what I brought... I suppose I dont understand what it is theyre looking for. Although the customer service was over-the-top! They were friendly and tentative to my needs and paid me kind complements.
