Heather is the best pharmacist ever!I feel like she has saved my life!She is very informative gave me information that may have helped me with getting on the proper dosage that even the doctor didnt catch!!!
I was the only one at the pharmacy at about 0930, this morning. The pharmacist personal just left me in line without serving me. I left after 10 minutes. That is rude customer service.
I used to work at this location and it was a great time. I started off as a front end cashier and moved my way up to a Pharmacy Technician. The staff here is awesome both front and especially the pharmacy staff. Lara and Veronica are great workers who taught me to be a great technician. Rite Aid offers great opportunities for its employees.. at least it offered me a great opportunity which opened other doors within the field. I am currently an Analyst for a PBM which I attribute to the contribution of Rite Aid and it’s team!
SHAME ON YOU RITE AID, TEMECULA PARKWAY!!!!! DURING A NATIONAL PANDEMIC, ONE WOULD EXPECT YOU TO RISE ABOVE AND HELP THE CITIZENS IN YOUR COMMUNITY INSTEAD OF ENGAGING IN PRICE GOUGING! WE HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS LOCATION FOR OVER 15YRS. I CHOSE THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION TO BECAUSE OF THE FAST, FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT SERVICE WE USE TO RECEIVE ON EACH VISIT. IN THE LAST TWO YEARS, ITS JUST GONE DOWN HILL!! SEVERAL MONTHS AGO, I TRIED TO REFILL A PRESCRIPTION FOR MY ASTHMA. THE “TECHNICIAN” STATED MY PRICE AFTER INSURANCE WAS $59.81 DOLLARS. CLEARLY THIS WAS A MISTAKE. THE CASHIER STATED INSURANCE COMPANIES ARE RAISING THEIR PRICES AND THE MATTER IS OUT OF THEIR HANDS.” THE “TECHNICIAN” HELD UP THE PRESCRIPTION AND STATED, “THIS IS THE PRICE.” THE PHARMACIST WOULD NOT EVEN SPEAK TO ME. I CONTACTED OUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND THE INHALER SHOULD HAVE COST ME AFTER INSURANCE $25.00 DOLLARS. I RETURNED THE RITE AID, SHOWED PROOF, AND WAS REFUNDED THE DIFFERENCE. A SIMPLE MISUNDERSTANDING, RIGHT? OKAY.TODAY, I TRIED TO FILL A DIFFERENT PRESCRIPTION AND I KNEW WHAT MY COST WOULD BE AFTER INSURANCE. THE TECHNICIAN ASSURED ME MY COST HAD NOT CHANGED. THE CASHIER STATED, “MY COST AFTER INSURANCE IS $48.00 DOLLARS!” THIS WAS CLEARLY INCORRECT. THE CASHIER RECITED THE SAME LINE AS BEFORE,”INSURANCE COMPANIES ARE RAISING THEIR PRICES AND THE MATTER IS OUT OF THEIR HANDS.” THE “TECHNICIAN” HELD MY PRESCRIPTION IN HER HAND AND STATED, “YUP, THIS IS THE PRICE.” I ASKED FOR MY DOCTOR’S PRESCRIPTION BACK AND REFUSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN!! THIS CORRUPTION HAS COME TO AN END! I HAVE REPORTED THIS INCIDENT TO CORPORATE AND TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY!!CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW MANY INDIVIDUALS IN DESPERATE NEED OF REFILLING THEIR PRESCRIPTIONS WERE LEAD ASTRAY????!!!! RITE AID TEMECULA PARKWAY’S GIMMICK IS TO STATE THAT THE INSURANCE COMPANIES HAVE RAISED THEIR PRICES WHEN IN FACT THEY ARE THE ONES WHO ARE PRICE GOUGING THE GOOD FOLKS OF TEMECULA!!!!! CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW MANY INDIVIDUALS WERE FED THIS LINE AND TAKEN ADVANTAGED OF ?????!!!! HOW MANY GOOD FOLKS WERE PLACED IN A POSITION WHICH MADE THEM FEEL HELPLESS/ CORNED AND DIDNT HAVE THE ABILITY TO DRIVE ELSEWHERE TO SIMPLY RECEIVE THE INITIAL CARE THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN IN THE FIRST PLACE?!!! BEFORE YOU FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTION, CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY OR USE VENUES SUCH AS GOOD RX TO PRICE MATCH OR VERIFY THE COST OF YOUR MEDICATION.I DROVE TO RALPHS PHARMACY ON TEMECULA PARKWAY...MY PRESCRIPTION AFTER INSURANCE AND TAX COST ME $11.25 DOLLARS. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!
I would give give them NO stars if I could. Pharmacist threatened my 5 year old niece to give her a shot if she was naughty! WOW!!! Get some manners! Will not be going back to any RITE AID after that!
Just had a very pleasant experience at Rite Aid today 8 oclock Sunday August 26th 2018 was verbally threatened and I choose of constantly coming into the store and not buying anything the measure was completely unprofessional and should have repercussions. His behavior was completely 100 percent unacceptable, & not the way an employee let alone any one should conduct themselves.
Most knowledgeable pharmacy staff Ive ever come in contact with. They are faster than any other place and have a nice convient drive thru. They are the only pharmacy I trust with questions and filling rxs for my family. I would drive a half hour out of my way then go anywhere else. They truly are the best. Thanks for your excellent customer service even when its busy.
The only reason they get 2 stars is the drive thru but even that is slow.Always understaffed, very slow, they dont refill unless you ask. The phone rings & rings and when they do answer, they put you on hold.The one pharmacist speaks with a very heavy accent. On the phone he is nearly impossible to understand. It takes days to get anything filled & if they have to call your dr, they never call you back.
Michael in pharmacy is awesome along with all other in pharmacy.
