A representative come out May 10th to measure my residential windows for replacement. He measured, took my email, said he would email me my window sizes, and it would take a couple days to get a quote back, understandable. A week later I called to follow up since I had not heard back from them. The reception answered and said he had the numbers and would be calling me later that day. No one called. I called the following day, the same lady said hes going to call me today, still no response. Its not May 26th and no communication from the company at all. This is very unprofessional. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Lovely, friendly people. Knocked out my order in less than 10 minutes and I was on my way. Couldnt be happier.

I have a dual pane window that has a crack in it. I called a few local shops and Straight-Line was the most affordable at $104 so I brought my window in. They didnt have time that day so I brought it back the following week only this time I was quoted $130. I guess they forgot to include the labor the first time. I asked if they honor the original quote since it was the reason I removed my window and brought it to them and they refused. Janette was very friendly but Ron didnt seem to care and turned me away rather then eat a little labor cost to honor their original quote. This was my first visit here and I will not be returning.

Though I always see bad reviews on this google page, Ive gone with this company multiple times over Andys glass and The Glass Doctors because they truly are the best choice for a broken window. The best prices, The most simple and down to it service with no uptalk. The best choice to get your windows done right with no attempts at over charging or wasting your time.

Ive compared them with multiple other glass companies and ended up choosing them to have windows fixed multiple times, They overall have the best prices and good quality glass. Experienced people working who do the job nicely quick and professional and dont leave you over charged or with a poor quality job.

18 years ago I needed some glass cut, after pricing it out at all of the shops in town I went to Straight Line. Their prices are the lowest and service the best. The only place I go to for glass after all these years.

Great service

Brought in a glass fireplace door. They repeated the same mistake for almost a month. They never got it right, so I took it to a different place.

Horrible customer service and told us they would show up on one day and never showed. They screwed up a house closing because they didnt come on promised dates!

There was a misunderstanding on a window I ordered and it cost me $300 out of my pocket. But they took care of it and got me the window I needed.

I called this company to replace my kitchen door glass.The man came to my house to give an estimate and we missed him, I called the owner back to reschedule and she had the biggest attitude ever. I will never use this company again. Bad customer service !!👎👎👎👎
