WORST COMPANY FOR MECHANICS EVER. Do not think for a second this hole has your interests at heart. Sadly Management encourages employees to turn against one another. Anonymous snitching is rewarded and practiced at Scotts. I was a victim of anonymous accusations, without ever hearing just what I had done to find myself being fired. Plant Manager, HR, and Maintenance Supervisor all twisted individuals. 33 plus Maintenance Mechanics all fired. Something really wrong with that NUMBER, and it continues to grow, I constantly see new HELP WANTED listings for mechanics. Thats what happens when you let individuals with out of control hormones run a department. They even went as far to try and get my finance to lie about me and claim sexual harassment against me. They didnt know we were engaged. Pretty sad for such a large company
